Comfortable. - Location, cleanliness, comfortable, internal facilities There was no light directly above or next to the electronic number lock so it was impossible to see the numbers without using a torch at dusk or nighttime. If you’re not a coffee or tea drinker you’re out of luck as no herbal teas or chocolate sachets were provided.
• Alan (8/5): A comfortable stay in a refurbished apartment. - On arrival our first impressions were not favourable, but we came to appreciate that an elderly apartment block had been totally refurbished. As a result the apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Excellent location. The stairs are daunting for elderly people. Pillows were too firm. Having to reverse out of the parking area was a challenge.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Fabulous place to stay in an excellent location. - The Peppertree Apartment we stayed in was very clean with modern facilities and an excellent location, a short walk to the lake.The bed was very comfortable. There were no pods for the coffee machine and we weren’t sure if we were supposed to provide them ourselves.

• Sarah (10/5): Wonderful weekend away in comfortable, quiet location. - Quiet location in a leafy tree street. Within easy walking distance to the lake and shops. Room stylish and very comfortable. The metal stairs and the door lock system.

• Bronny (10/5): Great location, quiet, safe and super close to town. - Lovely place, very quiet and was perfect for our weekend. I prefer allocated parking specific to unit but understand space availability. Maybe one spare towel.

• Jenny (10/5): Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. - The bed is very comfortable and so were the pillows. We were happily surprised to find a can of Fly spray in the cupboard, a roll of Aluminium Foil and Glad Wrap! All much appreciated. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The decor is very well thought out. Whoever made your curtains did a fantastic job. Very easy to open and block out sufficient light. All in all our stay was very comfortable. I only have one very small criticism. The toilet roll keeps coming off the holder as you pull the paper. The holder should be pointing straight up. Maybe a note explaining stairs are used to gain the first floor.

• Jennifer (9/5): - Great location. Easy walk to the shops and restaurants . Very quiet and no traffic noise. Don’t like the check in time at 2pm and then we have to vacate at 10am. I don’t feel we have time to relax. If other guests have left the property and house keeping is complete it would be good to have access.
• Stewart (9/5): Nice modern flat in a pleasant part of town. - The block looks like an old motel that has been refurbished. Inside the apartment was modern, light and very clean, with good quality linen. It is in a pleasant area of Sale with parks and lakes close by, and it is in walking distance from the shops and restaurants in the town centre. Wifi was a bit slow by modern standards but there is a decent 5G phone signal so we didn’t need to use it. Will stay here again next time we are in the area.

• Martin (8/5): - The apartment it self was lovely, very quiet , modern, comfy bed,comfy sofa and plenty of room for a few days . We really loved the complementary netflix. Location was good . Kitchen well equipped except for glasses and mugs, only 2 of both , not helpful when wanting a drink and the dish washer is running . Very easy to find . We also loved the proximity to the botanical gardens and lake as well as a nice bar .Nothing was far away . Sale nature reserve was a revelation , Def worth a visit if u like nature . The outside space that we particularly wanted . The 'patio' is a small strip of concrete with one chair! The ' garden ' is just lawn across all of the back of the property . Not conducive for sitting out . First impressions were off putting as the apartments look like a motel , having said that once in the apartment our fears were unfounded

Kitchen well equipped with great appliances. The room has great cross ventilation and natural light with views of the big beautiful green trees. Very quiet accommodation within easy reach of all the shops and restaurants. Bathroom tap design limits being able to wash properly over the basin.

• Kelly (10/5): - The room we had was very clean, styled beautifully and had everything you need for cooking. Our room didn't have a couch which would have been nice, you had to pay extra for that, as those rooms were bigger. The only other thing that would have been nice is a sliding door out to the garden as there is no outdoor settings to sit at. But overall, very nice and the bed was comfy too. I would stay there again.

• Scott (6/5): Mixed experience - pros + cons - There were a few pros + cons for our stay. Pros super clean - always happy when places are clean comfy couch - again great to sit on lots of light + a balcony for fresh air was pretty quiet at night (school across the road so lots of bells during school time) Cons pillows were way too thick - requested thinner pillows for the following night which were delivered doona was not in a cover - just between 2 rock hard sheets - need to ask for an extra blanket (which did come but looked quite old + worn) stairs - if you have heavy luggage then best to request the ground floor the outside - the photos don't really show that the place is quite old and been renovated (nicely) inside - so a bit surprised on the look of the outside when we arrived. Would i be back - probably look for an alternative. If none, i would bring my own soft sheet, pillow + extra blanket (if i can fit in my luggage) then it could work!

Peppertree Apartments are better and far more superior than the ones I’ve stayed in. The amenities are 5 star, Nespresso coffee maker to mention the least. The bed was heavenly! I could’ve have slept in if not for my work commitments. Highly recommended for future travellers to Sale. Their housekeeper was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Nothing to dislike!
