There was 5 of us and it was so roomy everyone was extremely Happy and all of us would stay there again hopefully for longer than 2 nights next time. Highly recommend. When there was an issue with the heating, someone was there to fix it within a matter of hours. Easy check in, great location. Great balcony too.

• John (10/5): Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again. - As someone who is quite particular about cleanliness and organisation, I found this apartment to be outstanding. It was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and everything had clearly been thoughtfully arranged, which made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The location is also excellent — conveniently close to the ferry, the beach, and nearby amenities, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The ample parking was another major advantage and added to the overall convenience of the stay. There was nothing to fault.

The cafe and supermarket that are silly close were both top quality. All up we could not have asked for better. The air conditioning was too good! We woke up hot the first night before we realised we didn't even need it on... Snow on Mt Wellington yet we were warm enough without it. Our bad, not the apartment.

• James (10/5): Bloody brilliant in Bellerive at Little Island - * Everything. Perfect place to stay when you’re in Hobart, only across the bridge via a short drive! This was a fantastic property in every way possible with its location, modern decor, value for money and view. This by the best apartment we stayed in over our 10 day road trip in Tasmania, hands down. * Great spot for morning or evening walks or runs in Bellerive, in both directions, along Derwent River and even going by Ninja Stadium etc. Great handful of cafes and restaurants close by, mostly down at the harbour (5mins walk) which were super tasty! A nice place to try was a Canadian fusion restaurant called Gastown East offering delicious Poutine. * The property was clean, comfortable and also as pictured via Booking. 10/10 and we’ll be back when Down Under in Tassie again! Thanks for a great stay with it being an easy check-in/check-out process and having plenty of parking for both cars as well! .

• Renee (8/5): Great place to stay just a stones throw from Ninja Stadium - Staff were a pleasure to deal with, the apartment was very clean and well organised. Check in instructions were easy to understand and follow. I liked the QR codes giving you instructions on how to use appliances. The location so close to Ninja Stadium made it a great place to stay when going to the cricket and also the footy. There wasn't anything I didn't like. However, when settling down to watch TV a night I would of loved to have a throw blanket to snuggle under. As I said it wasn't a dislike, just something that would have been nice.

Inside parking, Monoxide alerts…security cameras everywhere Plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, cutting knives..toaster, stove and oven (and their instructions) Left over unspoilables like: salt, olive oil, cling wrap, aluminum foil pepper…etc…In the fridge some milk Nespresso machine, with capsules (although they did not fit properly and were quite hard to get into the slot) Washing machine powder, dishwashing tablets…plenty of tissues, toilet paper, bin liners driveway onto road was the cause of some front under carriage scrapes. Remote control to TV was slightly broken (plastic only, but still worked) Nespresso machine capsules were quite hard to get inserted into slot

Emily was only ever a quick message away, which made everything so easy. The home was spotless, tidy, and beautifully set up with everything we needed. We especially loved the thoughtful touches like the shampoo and conditioner, board games, and the extra bed in the lounge. The views from the balcony were incredible, and having such a large outdoor space to enjoy was a real highlight. Having a full kitchen and laundry to ourselves was also a huge bonus, making our stay feel comfortable and convenient. Thank you, Emily, for a fantastic trip. 10/10, highly recommend! ✨

• rosiechris (9/5): Comfortable apartment for Hobart City break - Close enough to the city 10 mins by car. Good views. But easy to move around and safe parking. Well kitted out and comfortable beds. Sofas to low and hard for our liking. Would stop again Sofas too low and hard
• Kay (10/5): - The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. I especially liked the early morning sun streaming in the lounge and dining room windows. It was well located, with a large IGA store next door to buy all your necessities.

We will ce - Our apartment was great for our party of two couples, had very good facilities and was very comfortable, it was very well positioned to be close to the Bellerive village and there was an excellent supermarket only about forty metres away. It was close to perfect! Nothing at all!
