• Arjun (10/5): A cosy, relaxing stay with thoughtful touches, spacious rooms, and an unbeatable location. - Had a wonderful stay at Hara House. The check-in process was super easy and completely hassle-free, which made arriving so relaxing. The location is fantastic too, close to everything Bright has to offer while still feeling peaceful and cosy. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, but the absolute highlight was the heated mattress topper, such a nice touch and perfect for a cosy night in. Would definitely stay again!

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the facilities were spotless. Special mention of Tocasa who was exceptional. She was always happy to help with any questions we had and went above and beyond. Thoroughly recommend staying here!

• Norm (8/5): Extremely well presented but could still be improved - Stylish motel that presents well and is well decorated inside. Large rooms with large size smart TV in both the main room and the bedroom. Bathroom had his and hers sinks. Easy check in and check out process. Pool and outdoor spa look good, although we didn't use them. It was disappointing that the kitchen had only a kettle and bar fridge and very limited cutlery and plates. No microwave oven which is a surprise for the price being asked. The restaurant is not open very night so if you are forced to go into town if you want a meal.

• Elyse (10/5): Extremely well presented with great attention to detail - highly recommended. - Attention to details lifts Hara House from a standard layout brick motel to an extremely comfortable place to stay. A sample: check in and out was easy, there are onsite EV chargers, mattress is super comfortable, bathroom layout is very practical, quality loose leaf tea at breakfast. It is quiet, well located (recommend taking a walk into town along the bike path), spacious and the restaurant is very good. Nothing.

• Cathleen (8/5): Comfy bed and special touches made our stay all the better - The little touches in the room made the stay so much nicer and the bed was super comfortable. Can't think of anything, it was great. Perhaps the only negative was the restaurant overlooking the pool, felt like I was being watched going for an evening swim. Some plants may be good to shield view a little.

Really enjoyed it. Restaurant was okay… could improve the food quality. Although im quite picky, it’s better than average in Bright.

Loved the ability to park outside your room and unload. The refurbishment of this late mid century motel meets Palm Springs kitch is fabulous! Beds are very comfortable and great shower. The pool area is lovely! Nothing it was all great!

• T_Hoppin (8/5): - The motel had easy access being on the outskirts of town and was quieter as well. Being an adult only space was great during the peak time we visited Bright. The town centre was teeming with families and other accommodation options would have been busy and noisy. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room well appointed. Linen, pillows and towels were of a high quality. There was an onsite restaurant for a complimentary continental breakfast or simple hot breakfast for an additional cost.

• Sarah (10/5): Classy modern motel - Modern motel with a touch of class that is incredibly clean, comfortable and warm. Communication was great and it was easy to arrange a late check in and early check out. Wish we could've stayed longer, and will definitely stay again when we're in the area! Any motel looking to refurb should look at Hara Hotel as a beautiful example of what can be done!

I had a sore neck in the morning after sleeping with a towel folded under my head. I did suggest to reception that they have at least 1 low pillow in the wardrobe. I also would have liked a microwave to heat a wheat pack for a sore hip

This was our second stay at Hara house and will not be the last. We highly recommend Hara house for all young or mature couple/family. We couldn't stay longer.

• Bahram (10/5): Exceptional - i do not eat breakfast so i do not know and the price they charge the breakfast should be included. the price was too high and i noticed too many empty room because of it its a simple economics and the hotel looked new to me inside but looks old on the outside a bit of render on the bricks will fix this look from the outside, but we loved inside and will recommend to any body to stay at this place.

No mould, no unpleasant smells, clean carpet, good quality Australian brand soap/tea/coffee & even a Smeg kettle! Well maintained bicycles & helmets were available to ride with no time-limit. The smart TV was new and well positioned. The swimming pool was lovely but the heating in the Spa was only turned on between 2pm and 7pm. Extended heating duration would be nice. There was a mini bar, fridge, cups and mugs but perhaps bowls, plates and cutlery in the rooms would have been good.

The pool and surrounds were fabulous. A very stylish mid century Palm Springs type of mood. All fittings and decor are to a very high standard. A directional bedside reading lamp would be nice.

Understand no glass around the pool, however not to be able to bring your own drinks in the area just outside the pool area was not good. This is a motel not a resort & if you wanted a drink you had to order from the bar.

We loved that it was adult only and when at the pool didn't have any noisy children. It was perfect, nothing wrong with the property. When the trees/bushes grow it will make the property even more private.
