• Naoise (9/5): A great hostel with lovely staff - The staff were great at keeping in contact before we arrived. They rescheduled our tour and arranged a shuttle to the greyhound bus for us. I had a private room and bathroom which was cosy but so clean and had a tv. The shower was hot with good pressure. The pool seemed clean but I didn’t have time to use it. There was a free breakfast included. The kitchen was clean and not overwhelming. Comfy sofas and lounge area with tv. Right beside Aldi and Hungry Jacks. About 10 min drive from greyhound bus stop. There was a waterproof protector on the bed which made a really loud noise any time you turned over and felt a little plasticy under you.

Made a complain on the app and instead of apologising or looking to help me or fix it I was given a short reply about how I was wrong about something I said. Then about 4/5 hours later I was offered a room change because other people had obviously complained too but I was no longer comfortable staying here. I am currently trying to be refunded as I cut my stay short by 3 days but booking.com are taking forever to reply.

Der Fernseher im Zimmer hatte auch Netflix etc. Frühstück war auch ganz gut, nicht spektakulär aber immerhin etwas. Das Zimmer ist sehr kompakt, aber hat schon gepasst. Die Laundry Nutzungszeiten sind zu kurz.

Parking anunciado y confirmado por el hotel pero resulto ser solo si reservabas una habitacion individual sino daban como parking el de un Hungry Jacks en obras que da la la autovia. No pude dormir por dos personas roncando, cosa que no es culpa del hotel, pero si no hubiera tantas camas pegadas en la habitacion podria haber sido mejor.

• Sharon (8/5): - Excellent facilities, spacious with large kitchen. Plenty of tables and outside pool a bonus. Nice at the water park. Low lying area with lots of ducks gave it some charm. It is situated out of town, which seems isolated if you don't have a car.

She told me id hav to speak to booking.com about refund but her motel charged my card not booking.com

The facilities and location are perfect for skateboard competition across the road. The access to Aldi across the road made it very easy to self cater. The included breakfast was nice but it really needs some better coffee to go with it.

The staff were very good installing Goki on my phone which is used for all entry points and communication Not knowing how to get access to get into the venue was a problem as I had to wait for a guest to let me in.. When I got into my room it obviously had not been cleaned from previous guest. Wet towels on floor, bed not made and room not cleaned. Had to go to reception and request another room. Its not a great location for business travellers aster are no restaurants nearby only an Aldi store. Maybe I didn't read all amenities before booking.
