One bed was on rollers and not stable to sit on or even sit up to lean on the wall behind and was to soft, partner couldn't move without the whole bed bouncing or rolling around the room.. No hot water in sink to wash dishes No shower pressure. Omg, the microwave. Absolutely disgraceful. Full of rust. *photos below. To scared to use it for fear of it catching fire or something. Balcony could use a clean.*gurny.

• Holly (5/5): It was good enough for the price - It was fair for the price, we weren't on a holiday, just needed a place to stay, so for the price we were happy enough. The great thing that I was not expecting for a cheap place was that the rooms were really quiet, it felt like they were soundproof (they weren't, just nice and quiet). The beds were comfortable enough. The staff at reception took a very long time to check in and were not the usual super friendly staff I expect to see, however we were checked in eventually. The rooms were not cleaned to the usual standard I would expect when paying for accommodation, however as I mentioned above it was cheap so it was tolerable. The place was also hard to find and not signed well so we were unsure we were in the right place when we checked in.

• Ivy (10/5): This was excellent for the value of money spent . I am already booking to go back in a few days . - The value for money was great . Prices of everything have gone up as we all know. I paid $120 which was the cheapest over all yet it was well worth the money from other places I have gone too. Clean room with 2 queen beds , living room area . Hotel had live music and great staff atmosphere where locals were regular guests too… Loved on arrival they had young staff members this warmed my heart . The over all experience was great and I’m booking again to go back in a few days . Obviously it’s been here for a while . It could use a touch of maintenance like paint in some areas I saw were run down . Other wise overall for the price the room and staff experience was great !

Security pad had flat batteries they couldnt find the cover once batteries replaced. Bathroom had previous persons personal care bottles one of the bottles was vagisil (eww) grout needed cleaning and it wasnt that hard to rub off with the hand towel, so it wouldnt have taken much to clean. Kitchen benchtop had coffee stains. I guess you get what you paid for. Glad I only had 1 night there

Don’t even look at how dirty the AC is. Just a filthy place! Arrived at 1:45pm to start the check in process, reception lady advised she was “busy” finishing another job and could not check anyone in until 2pm. There was a line up of us waiting until 2pm on the dot. Just ridiculous!

• Adam (7/5): Okay for an overnight stop, maybe not for a lengthy stay - For the price, the room was acceptable. It was mostly clean and tidy, quiet and easy to find. The bed spread had quite a few stains, and the room itself was quite dated and not particularly well looked after. The late check-in process was a bit confusing and could be handled better.

Good location close to Gold Coast and family. Good basement car parking. Rooms and the whole building needs an update. Car park was good but stunk as the rubbish from the restaurant was left just outside the elevator access to the basement car park. Restaurant staff were just kids who did not know what to do. Customer service was very bad. Pizza restaurant and bar however, were excellent.

• Ashleigh (4/5): Probably won’t be back in a hurry. Room was standard.. nothing special - The view of the marina was nice, seeing a dolphin early in the morning was a nice surprise. I was fist put in a room that was already occupied, at the very very end of the floor. I was checking in on my own with my 2 year old son (who was ready for bed). Came back to reception firstly asked if there was somewhere I could get a drink from as I was extremely puffed but the dining looked closed and wasn’t sure I said I just wanted to buy a bottle of water or something n all he said was ‘oh yes you’ll have to pay……’ and pointed to the fridge at the dining where no one was serving. Cool. I was told the only other option was a room where the tv may or may not work…… the look on my face must have been enough to be asked if I wanted them to check the room n make sure all is okay before going up I said well yeah I don’t want to have to do this again. And what’s my options if the tv doesn’t work they said ‘ahh that’s kind of the only one available’ …….. riiiiiiight. So they check on room 2 come back and offer to help me with my bags (had to leave half of my stuff in the fire exit from the first room as I couldn’t carry it all on my own back with my son and figured I’d have to take it somewhere else any way. The guy helped me to the set of stairs where I said if it’s not much further I should be okay from here on my own and he said it wasn’t. I left a lot of my things at the top of the stairs and walked… and walked and walked and walked all the way to the VERY LAST ROOM ON THE FLOOR! (By this time my son would not walk any further so I’m lugging him back and forth awkwardly to do trips with our bags to get everything to our room.) once in said room ( after working out how to open the dumb door lock. And having the instructions sent via text, with my phone on 1%…,..) I go to put my son in the bath and notice all the towels were used and dirty and hadn’t been replaced from the previous people. Contacting anyone was difficult I ended up just calling the number that sent me the instructions cause I couldn’t find ANYWHERE another contact number !
• Catherine (1/5): Disappointing stay with cleanliness and service issues. - It was on the marina and had a nice view. The shower was mouldy and missing a handle on the door. The room was very dusty, which triggered my husband’s asthma. The coffee cups that were supplied were also dirty and no way to clean them. No remote control for the air conditioner. We were told the bar with pizza and live music was open until 9pm, but it was already closed before 7pm. Staff gave poor dining advice, sending us to a nearby restaurant that was also closed. We ended up ordering food ourselves to be delivered. To top it off, another family was given our room as a change from being disappointed with their room, which was very concerning.

• Shennae (1/5): Won’t be coming back. - Nothing No cooking utensils in the rooms at all. It’s a maze and half just to get to your room. Beds are super uncomfortable. No extra pillows or blankets.

• Amelia (5/5): - Downstairs bar and restaurant I needed to change rooms as the room that we were given was very dirty, aircon mould, fridge and power points were not working.
• Linda (4/5): - The hotel seems inviting from the outside. The hotel seemed to be out the way of no were in an industrial looking area. The staff were hard to understand and there locking system doesn't feel safe as my door would not lock when I left the room. The room was dirty like it had not been cleaned. Bathroom was very untidy with a dirty floor and sink area. One of the lights in the room would not turn off even after flipping the switch which made for an uncomfortable night sleep. The rooms are so close together we could here noise from the office area and our room was at the end of the building. The carpark is very unkept and kind of scary looking as it seemed like it has not been maintained and the thought of it coming down on you jumps into your head. Would not ever come back or would I ever recommend this place to anyone.

• Jennifer (3/5): Stay here if you have no other option - It was reasonably priced but that was it. Just about everything. The restaurant was closed & due to the location of the hotel the only option is pizza from the bar. The gentleman at the reception should get a job that doesn’t include talking to customers.

• Bradley (6/5): An experience for sure. - Location Super uncomfortable. We had a room with three double beds and one of them was in what looked like a storage room with a washing machine. It was not great.

• Jeffrey (6/5): Nice,comfortable and clean would be nice to have fresh towels each day though - It was comfortable the noise from the bar area was a bit loud in my apartment also the step into the bathroom was a bit high for someone like myself who is disabled but was manageable The size and the view was nice
• Lizza (1/5): Not impressed - Location was good and handy The facilities were poor. It started with not enough towels for the people. I rented for 11 people, so 3 rooms. 1 room wasn't even cleaned and they had to find another room. No coffee making facilities in the room, the coffee caddy was empty, the fire alarm was undone and not working which I thought was a hazard, breakfast had its own dilemma as we waited for over an hour for coffee and others got a refund as they ordered before us and didn't get theirs at all. The young staff were now supervised and so had no leadership. The younger staff at the front desk were on their phones when customers came up and didn't acknowledge until the customer got sick of waiting. Daughter couldn't eat her breakfast as it was cold and off putting. I want to ask for a refund as it's not worth the cost of staying there

• Low (1/5): We was highly disappointed & dissatisfied on our easter holiday break . - Location & view Arrived at 2.00pm & after 4 moves with lugguge into room at 4.30pm. No empathy from management. Does stipulate microwave in every room. How ever there was one communal microwave,toaster & a broken bbq. False advertising. Room 3037 was filthy , room has not been clean. Stains on bedroom shits, curtains & broken blind. No smoke alarm detector. Freezer should have been defrosted.. No cutletry, no cups etc, coffee sachets. Paid $400 per night it was only worth $150. Broken chair almost injuried myself .

FRIDGE FREEZER COMPARTMENT ALL FROZEN, COULD NOT PUT ANYTHING IN IT. 3 TINY TINY MILK THINGS, 2 TEABAGS, NO TEASPOONS, NO PLATES, ONE FORK, 3 SUGAR LITTLE PACKETS, IT WAS JUST PATHETIC. PILLOWS LIKE A ROCK, TROUBLE TRYING TO GET AIRCON WORKING, TEMP ON CONTROL WOULD SAY ONE THING AN THE TEMP ON AIRCON ITSELF WOULD SAY SOMETHING ELSE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. IT WAS LIKE A MAZE YOU GET LOST IN, TRYING TO FIND ROOM, WEAVE IN AN OUT. 2 young school kids on reception. They had trouble finding us on the computer and then had trouble trying to tell us how to get to the room, we went up in lift an weaved in an out of hall ways an then down a flight of stairs and weaved around again an then had trouble opening door. Just CRAP AN I HAVE A SORE KNEE THAT GIVES OUT SOMETIMES. THIS IS NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

• ashleigh (1/5): - Nothing I strongly urge families and anyone looking for safe, clean accommodation to avoid this place. From the moment we arrived, the experience was uncomfortable. The reception staff were extremely unwelcoming — the young man barely spoke, didn’t explain anything, and simply handed over a key saying the details were in a text. No greeting, no directions, nothing. The other staff member didn’t acknowledge us at all. The room situation was completely unacceptable. We had booked a 2-bedroom apartment, but what we were given didn’t match that at all. One “bedroom” appeared to be a makeshift space that looked like a storage room, even with a door leading directly to the hallway — which raised serious safety concerns. When we went back to reception, staff seemed unsure what to do and again barely communicated, eventually giving us two small rooms on the same floor, one of which had the same strange setup. The cleanliness was shocking. The rooms clearly had not been cleaned — walls were covered in dirt and unknown substances, light switches were filthy, and there was visible mold on cupboards, air conditioning units, and other surfaces. The bathroom was in poor condition, with drains covered in tape and overall unhygienic. The carpet was stained, the entire space smelled unpleasant, and there was even leftover food in a fridge that had just been placed in the room. To make matters worse, we found a vape in one of the beds, and the sheets appeared not to have been changed. Outside areas were just as bad, with used cigarettes and stained, moldy flooring. The next morning we also discovered that the lift was erratically moving up and down. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. It felt unsafe, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT stay here!!!

• Rosemary (2/5): Don’t stay here. Sleeping in the car is a better choice - The location was great. The room was dirty. The shower had mould. The blanket cover looked like someone had sex on it and it wasn’t washed. There was what appeared to be semen on the cover. The bathroom floor was dirty and had a rust or old blood stain. There was no evacuation map on the back door, but an itinerary of a previous guest. Someone covered the smoke detector with a plastic bag and rubber band. The fridge was awkwardly in the middle of the area instead of in the kitchenette and plugged into a switch under the TV making it look unsightly. There was bug poo on the top shelf of the cupboard, showing that the room is not cleaned well or often. And to top this off, it looks like the room was a storage room that had been converted into a guest room.

Dark and dingy Paid an extra $75 for another bed for one night Toilet kept running water. Nobody at reception, waited a long time for someone to come.
