• Angie (9/5): Overall location was great, apartment was clean and tidy. - There was a bit of a mix up regarding keys to the Carpark etc, the carpark keys were not with the apartment keys at the pickup reception. We got there in the end. Hosts were helpful. Carpark keys needed to be left with apartment keys. It wasted a lot of time trying to get into the carpark and apartment. There was no milk or sugar and limited tea and coffee available, we had to buy our own.
• Nicole (7/5): Great location but the property needs some TLC - Location. It wasn’t clean. The balcony & windows were filthy. I had to clean the fridge. The en suite smells bad, the ensuite shower heats up & you can’t cool it down & the ensuite shower fan does not switch off so is noisy. The plaster is coming off by the front door.
• Ismail (5/5): - The balcony view, close-by shopping, close-by tram station No flat screen tv as advertised and also didnt have netflix or foxtel or youtube, literally no light in the kitchen or living room we were literally sitting in the dark which felt very strange and lastly parking was advertised and when I got there i was told there is no parking so I had to park my car on the street which is so stupid a hotel should include parking atleast as i came here to relax and enjoy but parking my car was just a headache.

• Mitchell (1/5): Unhygienic - The property was presented in the most disgusting manner I have ever entered a property. To the point we contacted reception for further cleaning and am astonished at how bad it was. Complaints with photos have been emailed The fact that upon entry we can clearly see the intimate marks across the wall from previous guests great time and their bodily fluids and hair throughout the bathroom was disgusting.
• Cameron (2/5): Good location and Horrible everything else. - Close to the train station and marvel stadium and coles. Rooms not even close to standards advertised. Booking.com should consider removing their postings. Do your research into ReadySet Apartments. The floor, couch, beds, tables, chairs, balcony, bathroom, walls were filthy. Not maintained well, looks like they are maximising profit above all else.

• Marina (9/5): It was enjoyable. - Never been there before. Loved that it was close to train station. Next time I come to Melbourne I think ill come by train. I found it hard to find where to collect keys ( not being a city person). I found it ridiculous trying to leave on the day having to leave the keys in the room and the elevator not working without it. It might be better to have a drop box somewhere to place the key when you leave. 🤔

The room was not thoroughly cleaned and we - It was ideally located next to restaurants and shopping mall The address of the car park was not indicated and the slots in the car park was very narrow for a large SUV to be parked. I literally had to jump off from the passenger side as the vehicle next to me parked after the medium mark. No coffee in the kitchen. We went and purchased our own.

Overall, The property did not deserve to be $400 for 1 night stay.

Improper keys given making us locked out of the garage and lvl 4, lack of utensils, missing towel rack, Broken blinds and power outage in most of the apartment on the Monday morning, stopping us from making breakfast for over 2 hours and unable to turn lights or hot water on.

• Larraine (8/5): Overall the place was good but would be better if a few maintenance issues were attended to. - I liked the location and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great for me and my sister in law. A couple of things that could easily be fixed would make the stay more comfortable. The towel rail in the ensuite was completely missing and the toilet seat was virtually hanging by one bolt which made it slip and slide every time you sat on it. Definitely not suitable for kids or the elderly.

• Toni (8/5): - It was central and we could walk everywhere The bed wasn't very comfortable and even though there was pillows they were way to thin. No underlay just sheets and a thin doona that had a few stains on it. Our apartment wasn't anything like the picture.
• Tanya (8/5): Great value for money in a great location, book this one. - Clean, modern and a great location. We were very comfortable, plenty of room and we had everything we needed. Recommend staying here if you’re going to Melbourne. No information about how to access the pool and fitness centre, so we were unaware this was available to us until our last day, so ask when you pick up your key.

But when we paid all money and reached there we received a massage that was here is no car park / no swimming pool / no gym is available. Because of weather . But other residents was using all facilities . That was embarrassing.

• Yudhison (3/5): - Good location and facilities. 1. Parking space were so limitted. We had to argue a lot with host just to get them. 2. Arriving the first day, it was obvious that the place had not been cleaned properly. There were stains on the bed sheet, carpet was not vacuumed yet. We requested cleaner and waited, but none was coming as promised by host. Because we needed to have rest, we cleaned the property ourselves. The next day, cleaner came but it was no more necessary.

Obviously this indicate a lake of the room preparation. This was reported at the beginning. 2/The carpet is very dirty , the carpet is stained in many places. the nightstands were dusty. This was reported the day after our arrival, nothing was done. By the way please take a look under the beds big dust !! 3/ the lamp above the sink won't turn off, this light is preventing us from sleeping My wife had to close the bedroom door to have some dark in the room, consequently the heat from the heating did not warm the room, she was very cold every night. This was reported 2 days after our arrival. Instructions given did not help. 4/In the bathroom adjoining the bedroom, the extractor fan runs continuously, impossible to stop it , consequently it makes noise that prevents us from sleeping. This was reported 2 days after our arrival. Instructions given did not help.

Photos look exactly the same as what are displayed on the profile. 4. The apartment was clean and well maintained. 1. Utensils were inadequate for a group of 7 adults and 1 child. 2. Getting in touch with the staff was extremely difficult. Multiple reminders need to sent to ensure they reply. 3. The bath room in the master bed room doesn't have a lock.

• Arvhie (7/5): I would still recommend it. - I love the place's location especially how it's so close to Souther Cross Station. So the main transportation going to Geelong and to Sydney was so easy and accessible for us. Dirty and used towels were left inside our laundry. Thankfully, a cleaner came the next morning to pick it up. There was also no coffee table and only two chairs in the dining area even though the place says it can accommodate up to six persons.

Proximity to public transport - right across from Spencer St Station and lots of trams close by. Apartment security and facilities. Wasn't very clean. Linnen didn't feel clean and fresh. No basic toiletries (like soap) provided. One bedroom was missing a blind/curtain - so no privacy and light first thing in the morning. Dryer didn't work. Lots of items left behind from previous visitors. Had to pay $10 per bag for bag storage after check out.

The room is in need of a paint and new carpets.. Shower had mould in it and the fold out couches were dirty and when we got the sheets and doonas out from under the seats the doonas were filthy ,hadn’t been washed in ages and one of them didn’t even have a cover on it . The pillows were dirty and the worst part was when we unfolded one doona it had a dirty tissue rolled up in it so clearly it hadn’t been washed or the cover on it changed … will not be going back to stay there ..

Would have liked for the apartment to have a coffee table given that the couch is the main seating area.

• Anonymous (1/5): Do not stay here unless you enjoy sleeping in filth. - The location was good however the directions given over WhatsApp were terrible and it was difficult to find. It was extremely dirty. The unit had a broken bed, stained couch, no lights in one bedroom that worked, stained carpet, the windows did not close properly so it was noisy, the tiles were greasy and dirty, the bathroom had used toothpicks in the cupboard. I also did not like that the company moved communication from booking.com to WhatsApp with no warning and requested copies of licences on an insecure app. Overall the stay was terrible and would give 0/10 if I could. The customer service were also very unhelpful when the issues were reposted. Do not stay here.
