• Matthew (9/5): Large split level family house with amazing views! - Large split level 5 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, 1 en-suite and 1 separate (4th) toilet was convenient in a joining renovated house and unit with seamless transition to balcony/ BBQ area to explore and relax. House feels warm and cosy filled with books and DVDs. It was clean and neat with well equipped kitchen and facilities to enjoy, including 3 split systems air-conditioning, one in master bedroom and lounge room downstairs and one in the main lounge room upstairs. Situated down a very steep driveway/ embankment provide a rewarding elevated and unobstructed amazing views across the river Derwent and all the way to the Tasman Bridge. Friendly, warm and excellent communication from the host kept us well informed throughout our stay, starting with a smooth check-in and some welcome treats. Bathrooms did not have any heating. Not the entire house was fully renovated and modern.

• Courtney (10/5): Relaxed, beautiful, tidy, comfortable - We absolutely love the amount of space and separation the property offered. Obviously the view was incredible. Everything was very clean and easy. Easy to use. Absolutely loved this place. It wasn’t an issue for us, but if you do have someone in a wheelchair or struggles with steep drive ways this may be hard for you. We ended up just parking our car at the top and walking down and up the hill which was fine.

The house was very clean and had everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable The driveway was way too steep and wasn’t mentioned until the day we checked in. An elderly person or a person with a disability would have trouble using it. Luckily our weather was good as I wouldn’t like to have to go up and down the driveway in wet weather to access the car parked in the street
