Erinomainen sijainti lähellä keskustaa, mutta silti omassa rauhassa ja viihtyisä naapurusto muutoinkin. Ruokakauppa oli lähellä, kivoja ravintoloita ihan vieressä. Ilmastointi oli vain olohuoneessa, makuuhuoneissa tuli kuuma nopeasti. Wc-tilat olivat ahtaat. Pysäköintialue on erittäin ahdas, jopa mahdoton ajettava edes keskikokoiselle autolle. Luulimme ennakkoon, että piha- ja laiturialuetta saisi käyttää, mutta paikan päällä ilmenikin, että se on ehdottomasti kiellettyä muilta kuin talon vakituisilta asukkaita. Tämä oli kiusallista.

• Elke (9/5): We loved our stay here. - A really beautiful location looking straight out onto the harbour with a jetty out the front which was perfect for one of our children who loves to fish. The apartment is beautifully appointed, very clean and modern. A really lovely property. The parking is really tricky. There is a car park that you need to access by driving under the building and out the back. The access to get under the building is very tight and only a small, low car will do it. Our larger SUV had no chance, which meant parking on the street which is limited parking and limited to an hour or two.

Lovely location near supermarket, shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Lovely beach cafe at Elizabeth bay, we ate there a couple of times and had gorgeous food. Loved the property only reason given 8 was because there was very loud building work going on every day apart from Sunday from 7am.

• Robert (7/5): The place is in a great location with parking and a view, but could have been a tad cleaner. - Communication was fantastic. Easy swap to a different apartment last minute for personal preference. Location is perfect, quiet and on the water with tight but manageable parking, just 2 blocks from city cafes and 30 min walk to the main part of Sydney. It was so nice to sit on the balcony. Beds very comfortable and nice showers. Air conditioning and washing machine were nice to have as well. This review is for the Peach apartment but I assume other units are similar. While the beds and bathrooms were clean, the unit had leftover food in the kitchen, and some main surfaces not cleaned, to include beer bottle cap on the living room floor and you don’t want to look under any furniture. There was a Nespresso but no pods provided. We left some for the next guest. Slightly stained couch. A little more attention to cleanliness and personal touches could really set this place apart. Overall though we had a great stay.

• Jeanne (9/5): Great Stay in Sydney - What a spectacular view! We loved being on the water and being in the Potts Point neighborhood. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We also loved being walking distance from Circular Quay, the Rocks, Botanical Gardens, really all the main spots. The bathrooms were a little tight and the bedroom windows look out onto interior spaces. As we were advised, the parking access was tight but quite doable.

Near great restaurants- a quick walk (steep stairs) away! The AC only works in the living room. To get the bedrooms cooler you need to leave the bedroom doors open, which only helps a little. When you leave the bedroom door open the light floods in. The wifi only worked in the living room and 1 bedroom; the other two bedrooms had no wifi.

Not the best place to leave by foot, if you have a pram. 3 pm check-in and 10 am check out could be extended.
