Jessica (10/5): From check in to check out, everything was smooth, staff were lovely and accommodation was exceptional. - It was central to the event we were attending. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The bed was lovely! Bathroom was spacious and I loved the ring light mirror! The staff were absolutely lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit firmer, but if that’s all I wasn’t happy with, it’s not a big deal!

The room was warm, cozy, and comfortable, and for the price we paid it was honestly amazing compared to a lot of the other accommodation prices around Penrith. One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the staff — everyone was so welcoming, kind, and friendly, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others. Would’ve liked a bath in our room

Black (9/5): A pleasant surprise and would definitely stay there again! - The foyer, restaurant and other areas of the hotel were tastefully appointed and give you a feeling of space. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The in-room dining was excellent and delivered in a timely manner by firndly and helpful staff. The hotel is located directly opposite the Penrith Panthers Club so there are plenty of other dining options also available with a short walk.
