Sharkies was closed at the time of our visit.

Donna-Maree (6/5): We liked the room and location and most staff were very friendly, however the overcharging and non clean left a sour tas - The location was great, and the room was spacious. Most staff were very friendly. On arrival we were overcharged by a large amount for parking. That was advised and they refunded the difference which was also incorrect. This was then advised again and they corrected this a couple of days later. We stayed for 8 days and had one full clean on the second day. We then asked for another clean which was confirmed 3 times with staff, only for it not to happen. We came back at the end of the day to alert reception who said it can’t be done. It ended up being done, however the rubbish was not taken away. For the amount we spent to stay there it was disappointing to have to continually chase things up.

Alana (6/5): Good location. Lack of facilities and caring. - The location was great. We payed a lot of money to have the view of the footy for the game and could barely see it, air conditioning wasn’t working kept turning off and now the whole night ruined the stay completely.

I did get a lecture from the receptionist when I arrived at 9pm. I had replied to an email about parking and I was lectured on not replying. It wasn’t an issue and I was able to park on the property but the receptionist still gave me a serving about not replying !!

glenn (5/5): Average to disappointing. - Location was fine with access to the commercial centre for breakfast. No restaurant so limited take away selection. On arrival room not ready at 1500. Eventually offered a beautiful spacious room however window broken and therefore aircon would not work. Moved to a substantially smaller room. Room was fine however seating was like concrete and extremely uncomfortable.
