Fiona (9/5): Very comfortable stay - Clean, easy parking, comfortable, good facilities ( microwave etc in room) Room of good size. Didn’t bother me but was some train noise otherwise very quiet and peaceful

Geoffrey (8/5): Great motel for a short stay near the Hume Highway - Perfect place for a stay on a road trip. Easy to find, clean, and comfortable with an excellent shower. Simple check in/check out. While close to the Hume Highway, road noise was never a problem. Overall, the motel met all of our expectations

Roland (10/5): A cosy and well-located motel with easy access to everything. - The hotel was very good and cosy, and the park at the front of the motel was a lovely feature. The location made it very easy to access the surrounding areas and get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. There was nothing major to complain about, but a few small areas could be updated. Otherwise, the stay was very pleasant.

Kathleen (9/5): The perfect place to stay in a beautiful little town of Chiltern - This motel is located about three hours north of Melbourne and we selected this quiet little town for our stop on the way to Sydney because we were leaving Melbourne in the afternoon (i.e. 1/3 rather than 1/5 way to Sydney). The room was very clean, standard motel style, with fridge, kettle, microwave and basic crockery etc. The towels were fresh and clean, as was the bedding. The room was comfortable (neither too hot nor too cold). The bathroom was good size allowing ease of movement (this place would be suitable for someone with reduced mobility). They no longer serve breakfast). The information package in the room was comprehensive. Their is a major train line close by, which at times was quite loud with the train horn and the level crossing bells. Other than that it was great.

The bathroom was perfect. Fridge microwave kettle toaster all easily accessible and easy to use. The motel is easy walking distance from the middle of town so perfectly convenient. Motel is near the railway crossing but I like trains, brings back lots of good memories, so that didn't bother me.

Heard the trains going at night, but it didn't really bother us. Strip lighting above the bed was annoying, when one person wants to read and the other person wants to sleep.

Up until about midnight freight trains and Vline trains were passing through making it very noisy. After then, it seemed to quieten down. Annoying, but I guess you can't move the railway line!
