We booked a sea view room which had a small balcony. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Room 329. The aircon heating mode made noise and didn't work very well. Pillows were hard. Shower water went all over the floor. Poor drainage design.

- Maricar (9/5): Great location and friendly staff. - The location was everything. Great friendly staff and ample available carpark. There was a lot of scuff marks and minor cosmetic damage throughout the rooms. I understand this is hotel is used for the ironman competitions - but it made it just that subconsciously not professional looking in comparison to other Hilton hotels throughout Australia. It is a small defect - but I still noticed it nonetheless.

Great location, easy parking availability and a fresh, modern design throughout the property that made it feel relaxed but still polished. What really stood out though was the staff. Every team member we encountered was friendly, approachable and genuinely engaged, taking the time to make conversation, offer local recommendations and ask about our onward travels through the South West. It made the stay feel much more personal than your standard hotel experience.

Definitely - The location was perfect, stayed overnight for the Busselton 100 and the staff were extremely helpful in catering to me needs. Slightly noisy outside from people but that is to be expected when you’re staying right in the heart of a town.

- Sarah (10/5): The best in Busso - So happy with our stay at the Hilton. Incredible location, lovely rooms and all the staff were fantastic. We can’t wait to stay again and for longer next time! Only thing it was missing was room service delivered to your door. They only offer a pickup from the kitchen, which was fine, but would’ve preferred delivery.

- Russell (8/5): Fantastic long weekend exploring the beautiful Margaret River region. - The location is great, but it can get quite noisy in the evening with the Shelter Brewery and early morning with the road sweepers; however, it is worthwhile for the spectacular view of the Indian Ocean and the Busselton Jetty. Would not change anything.

I assign to a connecting room and I can hear my neighbour talking and having shower during night time. This was really annoying and impacted my sleeping at night. Could not sleep well during these 2 nights staying in Busselton .
