• Phillip (7/5): Pretty basic yet easy motel to stay at if you need something cheap and quick. It's no Park Royal. - Simple and basic Motel with all that one would expect from this type of accommodation in the Lithgow area.

• noel (1/5): Disgusting dump - Location and parking Absolutely everything the room was absolutely disgusting it was like living in a dump there was blood on the towels and sheets the microwave was dirty the bathroom hadnt been cleaned there was hair and pubic hair absolutely everywhere dirty splash marks on walls near the toilet looked like poo, shower was full of soap scum and pubic hair mould everywhere under the bed has never been cleaned fridge was dirty and unusable and the bathroom window was propped open with a toilet roll from the outside we had to go out there and remove it so no one could peak in was like it was done deliberately possibly by the staff or a guest

• Mehdi (6/5): Good location and basic facilities, but cleanliness needs improvement. - The location was good and convenient. The room had all the basic facilities we needed, including hot water and a private bathroom. It was also quiet and suitable for a short stay. The cleanliness could be improved. We noticed stains on the towels and bedsheets, and there were some hairs in the room, which was not ideal.

• Gleadow (6/5): Clean but noisy... - It was very clean and our room was ready early which was helpful as I had a wedding in the area to go to. The trucks driving past all night, the bed wasn't secure so moved with the slightest touch, the family room is quite small but was fine for the couple of hours we were there to sleep.

The area our unit was in was quiet with little traffic noise. The storage space was great. The water pressure is really bad making having a hot shower almost impossible. Bathroom could benefit from having a heater as the weather was really cold.

• Emil (1/5): Disgusting room and rude staff - The room was so filthy, the kitchen had almost no utilities and the oven didn’t work. The staff was so rude about it and told us they could help because “this is a motel not a hotel”
• Vella (5/5): Great spot to get me sorted for a short stay - Facility was good with small shelfless fridge. Bed was comfy and I could do a late check in. The bottle of water was a nice touch along with the kettle and tea/coffee facilty. The floor was sticky and the bedside tables were very, very sticky.

• Bernadette (5/5): Location is good, but not value for money esp considering the price. - We loved the location as it was close to the main town centre. The quality and experience was a bit shocking, there was insects inside our room and although we heard room service, we didn't recieve any. Also no one at the front desk during the weekend.

Room 14, bathroom light didn't work and light on the window side didn't work. But that wasn't a issue, probably globes need replacing. All good fir us though.

• Michael (5/5): Ok - Location Toilet was leaking so the floor was constantly wet and the toilet bowl was filled with faeces that had to be flushed before use. The toilet door needs to be re hung as it is hard to close and open. When I turned on the heater approximately 50-60 dead baby spiders fell out and onto the pillows.

• Kate (8/5): Convenient, clean and comfortable. - The adventure playground next door was an unexpected bonus. It's fantastic with bike track and flying fox. It gave my 5 year old son a good run around before dinner and after breakfast before we hit the road again.

There was a used plate, cup and cutlery still sitting on top of the microwave. There were used shampoo bottles and an alcohol can on the shower windowsill. Shower head broken and held together by tape. Cigarette ash and bits of torn tissue in bedside table. Remote for aircon did not work at all. Tried to contact motel and have no response to messages

Bed head was broken and wood was hanging off it. Decor very outdated and the room looked nothing like the delux room we booked and the photos in the booking.com app.

• Tina (6/5): Was some where to lay your head but would never book again - 1 of the beds were comfortable, 1 room was a family room to cater 4 people which is normally hard to find The disability room is very old, they use double side tape to keep water from spilling through the bathroom the shower chair is cracked and broken so glad I brought my own. You can see the door was kicked in at some stage it has a crack where the lock is so was good they had a chain. The linen had stains on them. The gardens are not kept tall weeds everywhere. This place needs more pride taken .
