• Naing linn (5/5): • Clean bathroom, bed, and floor. • Breakfast freshly cooked but not satisfying. • Table not cleaned daily. • Front off - Room & Housekeeping: The room itself was comfortable. The bathroom, bed, and floor were kept clean throughout our stay. However, the table was not cleaned daily, and dust accumulated there. Interestingly, the same lady who cooked breakfast also handled housekeeping duties, and she did a good job overall with cleanliness. Breakfast: Breakfast was à la carte. When we arrived at the breakfast area and placed our order, the lady started cooking immediately. While this ensured freshness, the breakfast itself was not very satisfying for me. I felt the options and taste could be improved. Front Office Staff: The front office staff smiled and were pleasant only during check-in and check-out. On other days, their attitude was less welcoming, with an unpleasant expression and no interaction, which made the experience less warm.

• Rene (8/5): Good value for the price if you can live with a wet floor in the bathroom all night. - The location is excellent. Most that we did was at walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and staff is good. A little less was the choice in breakfast options The shower wets the complete bathroom floor.

Even complained it to the staff. Food is also served limited. The staff’s behaviour and the location is good. Its just at the middle of old quarter town. Train street, xuan dong market, hang dao night market and hoan keim lake are nearby at a walking distance.

Vegetarian food options were not available in the breakfast 4. Staff were not polite, both at the reception and the breakfast hall. Seems they were also short staffed as the receptionist was only handling the buffet in the morning. 5. AC was not working fine

Good food places and markets around. Also close to train street. Mabe breakfast was not the best, but for the price it was okay. Good views from the breakfast floor.

• Stoian (7/5): Stay in Old Quarter - We stayed here very last minute (literally booked just a couple of minutes before checking in) after another booking didn’t work out, so we really appreciated how accommodating and welcoming the staff were on such short notice. Everyone we interacted with was kind, friendly, and helpful, which made a great first impression. The location is definitely a strong point, it’s very central and convenient, close to everything you’d want to explore. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the pho ga, and the view from the 7th floor added a nice touch to the mornings. The room itself was clean and fairly average in size not particularly spacious, but not too small either. We did end up with a room without a window, which was our own oversight as we booked in a rush, so something to double-check when booking. The bathroom, however, could use some improvement as the walls didn’t feel as clean as they should be. Overall, it’s a decent stay with great staff and a perfect location, but with some areas that could be improved.

• Tien Ho Thuy (9/5): - The hotel is in a very central location, with plenty of great food options nearby. The shower was clean and worked very well. We stayed in the lobby while waiting for our afternoon flight, and my mom was very tired and fell asleep on the sofa. The staff noticed this and kindly offered her a room to rest for an hour since they had one available. The staff were very nice, thoughtful, and attentive. 😊

• Bolormaa (7/5): Good - We stayed for 3 nights. It was close to everything. The room was clean. Our room did not have any window, which we did not notice when we booked it. Considering the price, we thought it was ok, but the noise from the aircon in the next door or our room was too disturbing & we also could hear everything in the next door & in the hall or load noise after each time flushing the toilet water. The noise was loud especially in the bathroom, where we also can smell cigarette smoke from upstairs/downstairs room. The hot water usually finished in 3-5 minutes after having a shower. • Nikola (8/5): Wonderful location - The first impression of the hotel was very good! We generally enjoyed our stay a lot, thanks to the wonderful location, nice top floor breakfast in the outdoor area with a view. I choose 8/10 rating because the cleanliness of the room could definitely improve (the bed headboard was a collection of dust, a few imperfections in the shower) and the organization of the furniture in the room could be more effective as well to have the place more functional but on the other hand, we got fresh towels every day and the staff was very kind and helpful so we are thankful!
