• Milan (10/5): We will be back! - Everyone was so welcoming. Hotel was clean and well serviced. Food was fantastic. The nit pick would be the mattress. Not pillow top soft like home but still comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep.

• Claire (10/5): Parfait endroit pour un long séjour - Personnel disponible rapidement, le bâtiment est propre, bien insonorisé, spacieux, on s’y sent comme à la maison ! La piscine est propre et offre un beau coucher de soleil. On reviendra sans hésitations ! Manque de crochets pour suspendre essuies/cintres Coussins un peu trop mous à notre goût Le matelas est plutôt dur mais nous l’avons signalé et on nous a proposé un surmatelas, ne pas hésiter à demander par whats app ils sont très à l’écoute.

Cuisine équipée pour se faire convenablement à manger car le matin nous n'étions ps forcément motivé pour prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur. Literie très confortable. Personnel au petit soin! • Chia Hua (8/5): - 房間大、漂亮、整潔，廁所很多，餐具也很齊全，隔壁還有一個mall 其中一間主臥的廁所下水道味蠻重的，客臥則是排水孔有點堵塞，洗澡會淹水😓然後明明入住五個人，不知道為什麼備品浴巾都只放四份，廁所衛生紙也沒有多放一卷，很多東西都要自己去櫃檯要的感覺

• Minimin (9/5): - Perfect to just unwind a little before we went back home. Close to a big shopping mall with restaurants, walking distance 2mins. Little far from District 1 if you want to do tourists things. We had already done that so was not disappointed. The swimming pool was freezing, they have 2 and both are not heated pools so unable to use.

Also the washing machine does not have dry cycle and it was very hard to dry clothes after washing and no clothes line or rack to dry in the balcony.

Small bed, from bed room to Bathroom you must walk to cross living room, cross kitchen and main door !!!

Security Persons are good . Staff are helpful and the breakfast is set up just next to the property.We stayed at the 25th Floor and the View was just as good as it gets . Not someting which you dont like per se but its far from the major attractions.
• THI THU THAO (10/5): - This was hotel was amazing, it felt like our own condo but hotel feel. It had everything we needed for our family to be comfortable. It was so clean and the amenities were great. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The security was top notch, we even made a good friend with one of them. Highly recommended!!

There is a 24/7 Grocery shop next to the proprty which was alife saver and also the Vivocity Mall which has got lot of eateries and shops as well. Also the serucity personnel where really nice to the guests.

• Trang (1/5): Bad - Location A 4-star hotel that only deserves 2 stars. The infrastructure is deteriorating and not well maintained. The rooms are not cleaned properly, with a smell of feet and feces. There are dangerous house centipedes. Additionally, the drains are clogged, causing water to overflow onto the floor. The floors are not cleaned properly, and the hand towels are not replaced daily. We had to change rooms three times but still could not get a satisfactory room. When I requested to check out, the staff ignored me and only left an apology letter in the room without any concrete actions to address the issues. When I complained directly to the front desk, the receptionist did not listen to me and continued to look at her computer screen. I have stayed in many 4-5 star hotels and resorts, but this is the worst experience I have ever had, ruining my vacation that I had hoped would be perfect.
