- Sarah (10/5): Truly relaxing getaway that really stuck with us due to the excellent hospitality and comfortable stay. - Loved the great service by staff. The accomodation was really clean, airy and roomy, well designed with its minimal aesthetics but intentional amenities (high powered hairdryer, quality toiletries, robes for each guest regardless of additional person, dust free extra bedding) and well stocked fridge with a large selection of drinks. Fusion Asian food at the restaurant was also amazing, would highly recommend lunch/dinner there. Nothing that we didn’t like. Would be ideal to have a heated pool but doesn’t take away from the property regardless.

- 826lynnm (6/5): A very reluctant 3. - It’s a very reluctant 3. Lovely boutique hotel. Very comfortable room & relaxing view. Breakfast was top notch. Highly recommend the eggs Benedict. Had to give a 3 though as due to the cost you don’t expect the bathroom to flood, water to stop or go hot then cold while in the shower or the room air con to have a mind of its own.

- Nikki (1/5): Waste of money - Good location, and aesthetically pleasing thought cracks start to show very quickly Waste of money, for the price you pay for a “room with a view” inadequate and inexperienced staffing, poor facilities (water in showering dropping in and out, terrible lighting, uncomfortable beds, a tv that is on the other side of the room to the bed with no adjustable bracket and a lounge seating area not suitable for sitting in). Terrible restaurant and room service facilities, don’t go there hungry, not enough staff to do the job. I’ve raised my issues with the property after leaving early as they didn’t offer any alternate milks from full cream or soy so couldn’t even enjoy a basic coffee, the manager was extremely defensive. Don’t waste your money staying here and getting excited by how it looks it won’t make for an enjoyable stay

- Rimma (6/5): - We had a wonderfull stay, both room and hotel are perfect, and we enjoyed wonderfull views right up until checkout. We checked out promptly at 10:00 AM and headed for breakfast just 10 mins later, only to be told that breakfast had already finished at 10am. Unfortunately we had no idea of the breakfast schedule - it wasn’t listed on the menu or mentioned in the guest information book in our room. We completely understand that the kitchen staff works on a set schedule, but considering the hotel staff saw us checking out and knew we hadn’t had breakfast yet, it would have been appreciated if someone had at least mentioned the breakfast cutoff time. What made experience worse was that no real effort was made to offer any kind of compensation. We were only offered coffee and a leftover sweet pastry. A complementary lunch or a bottle of wine instead would be a much nicer. Sadly that ruined our day and put a damper on otherwise lovely stay.

- Aussiefoodfreak (10/5): You must go here! - We stayed overnight to dine and wine and celebrate our fiftieth wedding anniversary and I could not speak highly enough of our experience! The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. The room was great, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The view from the room was serene! The dinner was exceptional with lovely wines, especially the Sauvignon (white) and the Chardonnay. The choice of food was small but the servings were so tasty, I was satisfied beyond doubt. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. I had the avocado on toast with halloumi and poached eggs - delightful! I could not recommend this establishment highly enough!

- Maria (10/5): Very chic clean and beautiful stay at Re’em - The room was very spacious with amazing views. You could stay in the balcony and chill even during the night it’s so relaxing. Big comfortable bed and pillows. Amazing bathroom and bathtub. The property is very clean. It was perfect. We were there during 40degrees, maybe a small dip pool would have been super nice.
- David (5/5): Would not recommend - Location, room were amazing The set menu for dinner was terrible. Starters were pork fat with dinner rolls inedible followed by some sort of crab meat dish and custard base very bland and no taste. We'd say the worst dinner we've ever had and at $100 pp!!!

Amazing balcony view and delicious breakfast made the stay perfect. Restaurant and bar was closed for a private wedding function this was a little disappointing but didn’t ruin the stay.

- susie0607 (10/5): Great Yarra Valley cellar door - a ‘must visit’ - We recently had a wine tasting & picnic platter at Helen & Joey’s cellar door. Overall an excellent experience. We did the Re’em Tasting and were most impressed with the quality of the wines, plus the knowledge of Nick who conducted the tasting. The cellar door is lovely, amazing Yarra Valley views. Food was good too. The restaurant was closed (we visited on a Tuesday) so we had the picnic platter which was perfect for lunch. Strongly recommended if you’re in the Yarra Valley - far exceeded our expectations.

- Tabitha (7/5): Good - Beautiful modern hotel, large rooms, gorgeous views and complimentary tastings Language barrier caused issues in terms of having to repeat myself several times for every question or request I had. Our room service order was sent to us incorrectly after having to repeat the order over 5 times, and any question I asked was not answered or understood. Room service menu was also quite poor in comparison to other hotels. If they can improve on this, then the hotel would be excellent to stay at.

- Stephanie (7/5): It was a hotel that appeared to offer everything but then lacked so much too. - Modern and comfortable Restaurant. Lacked warmth and ambiance. We were very excited to try for dinner we but set menu at $100 per head after we had been out all day wasn’t for us. Should definitely have a shared plates or smaller bites option for those who may have been dining elsewhere during the day. Show off all the talent and amazing food from the kitchen! Breakfast delicious but again very limited options. And no music playing made it feel like a big and cold space.

- Alexandra (9/5): Everything fabulous except breakfast - The location was perfect for visting the wineries we wanted to visit. The hotel and winery appear brand new, therefore, the exterior and interior was slick, modern and welcoming. There was sufficient parking, close to the hotel. We stayed in a mountain suite room which was fabulous. Lots of space, quiet, separate lounge area and TV, kitchen area, uber comfy king size bed, automatic black out blinds, minibar (extra cost), huge bathroom with large tub and rainfall shower. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The only thing that let our stay down was the breakfast. I really liked the fact that it was made to order, from a menu and it wasn't buffet style, however, the menu was limited in options. The ladies that were on service were lovely, but it didn't feel like there was enough people serving and definitely not enough people in the kitchen as it took a very long time for our breakfast to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold, but we were in a hurry to leave and didnt want to waste more time waiting for a hot version to come.

- Roxy (10/5): Beautiful stay - Beautiful stay at Re'em Yarra Valley. Rooms were modern and very clean. Amazing view to wake up to. Included breakfast was an added bonus and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again. It was impossible to book taxis. Not the hotel's fault but worth noting if you're planning on drinking at the nearby wineries or going out in Healesville. Try to pre-book a driver for the night!

It was a very “zen” trip and we could do stay there all day The only issue was probably the bed, it was too soft but some would love it, it was just a personal preference. - Hannah (9/5): A special night away at a stunning winery with top-notch service. - Everything about our stay from start to finish was superb! The location is stunning as is Re’em itself. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and had beautiful views. This trip was for my partner’s birthday, and the staff had printed a personal ‘happy birthday’ note and left it in the room which was such a thoughtful touch. We then went to the cellar door for a wine tasting, where we were waited on by Sam who was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and warm. We also dined in the restaurant for dinner which was delicious, and when we were too full to eat dessert (part of the set menu) the waitress kindly offered to bring the dessert to our room to save for later. On top of a surprise complimentary dessert for my partner’s birthday. Another lovely touch. I would absolutely recommend Re’em to anyone and I can’t wait to go back one day! Thank you for having us.
