Amazing friendly service desk, the smiles, the ease and quick and lucky early check in (12pm instead of 2pm, I was lucky), superb cleanliness, the price, the location, scent in the air (really lovely, diffuser I reckon) literally everything...cannot nitpick a single thing. Amazing beds, amenities, everything...I could go on. For the price, it was superb. They even called regarding some clothes I left in the washing machine after check out and I told them it's fine, donate it...they insisted they would hold onto them over the weekend in case I change my mind. Ironically, they let me go back into the room after I checked out as I had a feeling I left something behind...didn't find the clothes, I was looking for something else, luckily I have it already packed but each of the 3 different people working at ther service desk that I met and interacted with were super lovely. Truly Truly amazing service...wished I could stay longer...

- Sandro (7/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt viel Verpflegungs- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Das Tram nach Adelaide startet wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Das Parking war komfortabel und sicher. Das Haus ist sehr schlecht isoliert. Ich habe in der Wohnung gefroren. Man konnte lediglich mit dem AC-Gerät heizen. Leider gab es dies nur um Wohnraum, nicht jedoch im Schlafzimmer. Zudem ist es sehr hellhörig, man hört die Nachbarzimmer und auch Personen und Fahrzeuge von draussen. Insbesondere an den Wochenenden, wenn Leute mehr trinken und länger wach sind, wurde es teilweise laut. Während der Arbeitswoche fing die Baustelle auf der anderen Strassenseite um 06.00 früh mit der Arbeit an. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht sehr gründlich und die Küchenausstattung spärlich.

For a room for 4 people ie two bedroom apartment, it would have been good to have another couch or comfort chairs so we could all chill out together or all watch tv together

This will be our new go to for nights before flights with super early departures. The front desk rep was very helpful, offering suggestions on parking. Booking.com had a great special on the rate which made it a great value for the money. The room was very up to date and comfortable. The map app had us going down the wrong way of a one way street to get there. It would be helpful to post more details on the parking options on line. I had to call to understand them.

We did not like the air conditioner directly over the bed - caused dry nose and sore throat which slowly disappeared once we got out of bed, hence we did not sleep well. The bed was also too hard for our liking. We had come a long way and it was going to be a long drive back (6 hours). A good sleep was a priority. It was disappointing that the balcony door did not have a screen door in place to keep the flies and mosquitos out. This would also have been a great alternative to using the air conditioning. Being Durham Serviced apartments, we assumed our apartment would have at least had the garbage removed each day. This was not the case, we had to request that someone collect the garbage (we ate in a lot). My partner had been taking the garbage down and putting it in the bins on Jetty Road.

Minimal bathroom accessories no shower cap ect, soap container not filled and only the small soap bar.

We were woken both mornings around 4:30/5:00am by what sounded like leaf blowers below followed by a truck. There were definitely works beginning well before 7am so a lot of broken sleep.

Not sure if this was roadwork, being close to a carpark or being so close to Jetty Road. Comfy beds and pillows (I thought, though not all of my family agreed). Great value. I couldn't find any phone in the room, to call for assistance if required. We required the sofa bed to be used as a bed, and I didn't think to specially request sheets and extra bedding, and there wasn't everything available in the room. Fortunately we checked in before 8pm and the situation was quickly rectified by helpful, friendly and polite staff.

Nothing we didn't like - if we had to think of something - maybe the room was just a bit smaller than we'd expected

They changed the car park as we have a disability issue and couldn't walk as far away as the car park is. The staff member who welcomed us was fantastic and we mentioned her to the chief staff member as we left to congratulate her for her care. Each one of the employes was friendly and caring Explain where and how the car park works. We had booked 8 weeks prior so we had hoped for better service.

- Anne (8/5): Easy access to transport, coffee/eating places and beach - The location was excellent and the room was light and bright. Bed was comfortable and reception staff most obliging. Plenty of fresh towels on request and could easily top up teas and coffees. Coles supermarket is close by so easy to stock up on supplies if one is staying longer. Lots of choices for eating and coffee places. Easy access to beach. Whilst there was a microwave and hotplates, saucepans had not lids and there were no bowls for heating or use in the microwave. Washing machine was problematic, Our booking was around the Writers Festival so was quite expensive.

- John (6/5): It was convenient, if we decide to stay again we would request a room on one of the higher floors - Location was great; parking was close and reasonably priced Shower gel wasn't filled so it ran out (stayed only 3 days); the door close -to both rooms and to our room- wasn't automatic so had to check each time to ensure they locked; lower floors are noisier than upper floors.
