Guest Reviews
- Rachael (8/5): -
- Karel (2/5): Waste of money. Filthy and disgusting - Mice living in the oven. Yard was just gravel and weeds. Difficult to lock doors has to be forced shut.
Truly disgusting place.
- Wendy (3/5): - No top sheet. Bedding dirty. Slept in clothes.
- Liz (9/5): -
- Kerrie (4/5): Such an Uncomfortable Lounge, boring accommodation - The bed was reasonable but that varies per person. The kitchen was usable and tidy. The availability or a laundry was handy. Local Aldi and Highway Hotel is the local area. No character, very stagnant boring areas within and surrounds. Noisy entry gate. Large black stain on rug. Zero bathroom bench space. The laundry floor flooded badly per wash. As a single woman, it did not feel homey at all.
I personally felt it was like backpackers and did not feel safe in that apartment. The unkept exterior and overgrown back court yard just gave it the creepy feels. I lived there a week as if in an abandoned block of units. Unit 2 parking is impossible to negotiate to park within the boundary, as it has the block of letterboxes In front of it.
- Manny (1/5): WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Nothing DONT STAY HERE.
Not clean, mould in bathroom and kitchen, utensils need to be binned. Doubts as to whether the linen had been laundered. Comforter was old and stained and had blood on it. Oven stunk so badly I expected a rat to jump out. Stains on couch and carpet. Advertised as having a dishwasher but nothing there. Only one kitchen chair, and that was broken. The property was so bad that we had paid for two nights and only stayed for one. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. Still trying to get a refund and have had to resort to contacting Southern Australian Consumer and Services department. Would not recommend booking this property.
- Hanrahan (10/5): - Clean, quiet, comfortable and fantastic location for my needs.

- Jessica (6/5): Decent stay for short periods. - We could store our luggage before check in and the size of the apartment is good for 2 people. The closet was occupied by 3 vacuum cleaners (after moving one, we could use a part of it. Only 1 chair in the entire apartment, so had to bring in a garden chair to eat. No hairdryer or dishwasher, no kitchen towels, bedroom window and garden door partially broken/jammed and hair in several places. Faucet dripped continuously.
- Peter (7/5): Apartments convenient for getting to the airport, not far from the city. - The manager was very helpful when I rang him after finding there had been a mixup with keys to the apartment upon my arrival and I couldn't get in. Apparently a cleaner or electrician or someone had used my key and left it somewhere else. He made a special effort to Uber a spare key.
The building is an odd place that would not suit some people, but when I went in, it seemed like someone's place that was being lived in, and that seemed very welcoming and comfortable to me. I guess some work could be done to improve it. The letterboxes out the front, for example, are ugly and a bit of a driving hazard. I think the only mail put in them is junk mail.

Very clean oven , microwave, large fridge , plenty of empty cupboards for food and large double wardrobe with afew hangers (great) , kettle clean inside aswell , aircon works great and clean filters aswell ( we checked) bed comfy and clean pillows clean Just needed a little shelf inthe bathroom next to the hand basin to place toothbrush and afew personal items and the rug inthe lounge needs to be replaced had stains look dirty and a spare blanket would be nice for cold nights needs a broom and dust pan . New vacuum cleaner went flat and now charger was provided
- Matt (4/5): - Cockroaches throughout the living room.
No linen or towel for our child - we asked for some and it was delivered at 10pm after we had to follow up when it wasn’t delivered.
Ceiling fan in bathroom filthy.
Floor under bed hadn’t been cleaned in years.
Coffee machine missing water tank - so useless.
Lack of hooks and hanging space in the bathroom.

- Hazel (5/5): Passable - The location of the unit, and it comes with parking. Plenty space in the unit. Found a sock from the last tenant under the sofa. The salt and black pepper grinders are new and empty. The vacuum cleaner doesn’t seem to work. The door lock is not small smooth to open.

- Adrian (3/5): average - no towel door lock jammed and was locked in
- Ian (7/5): Good - Location was great. The working washing machine was very good. Owner was immediately responsive. Well laid out facilities. . Found bed and the sofa very hard (one of us suffers arthritis and hard is painful). Outside rubbish bins hadn't been cleared. Garden was thorns and weeds.
Bedroom had no cooling feature.
- Paul (7/5): quite and enjoyable - Close to transport and the beach Back door we couldn't open and a few cockroaches
