The in-natural smell was extreme off p - On Easter weekend it was an affordable option for Noosa There was an overwhelming smell continually of air freshener in the room. It took our breath away. Not sure if it was a plug-in, and I looked for one as the smell was so pervasive and overwhelming.

• Melissa (8/5): A lovely stay - highly recommend - The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. It is very quiet despite being above the Hotel. We had breakfast at BTDT which is on L2 and this was beautiful. A lovely place and we highly recommend. We arrived at 9pm and the hotel was closed (although the website says checkin is open until 10pm). We couldn’t get in anywhere until a bottle shop staff member helped us and sent us to L3. We were able to get the attention of a staff member who let us in and was able to get our key sorted. This needs to be rectified - if someone isn’t there when you close, simply send them the code to the key safe so they can access their room. Thankfully we had prepaid so there wasn’t any further issue.

No servicing of the room for a 5 day stay, toilet roll not replaced prior to arrival, 4 towels for 2 people. Shower not very hot. Coffee, tea and milk not replenished.

• Michelle (8/5): Overall happy with Bli Bli Suites - The location and value for money were my main drivers for picking this accommodation. During our stay, the staff have been very accommodating and are really good with service. We arrived a little late (from flight delay) and there were staff that we could still check with. The rooms were very spacious and I love how it gave us privacy. There was also a decent sizes study area that was really good for working. It was also quite close to Sunshine Castle and Bli Bli Community Village which is a good thing for us as going to places was closer. The gaming area - pokies was smelling like smoke and dirt (we entered there by chance as we are not familiar with the layout).

• Jenifer (1/5): Run! Just make sure this place is behind you. - The location was handy as there was easy access to restaurants, IGA and major tourist spots on the Sunshine Coast. Staff could not find my booking. The young girl apologised and said she would get the manager. The same girl returned after 10 minutes and said she was sorry but she was still getting the hang of the "Suites" part of her job. Before speaking to the manager, she asked for my name, I showed her proof of receipt AND she then asked me if my name was "Jane Smith" (changed for privacy reasons). The name she asked was nothing like mine in any way. This was alarming to me, as I understand that customer confidentiality is most important, especially due to DV issues. For future reference, do not give out the names of your patrons to strangers in a heavily occupied location, without their consent. The key and fob set up was painful. Not to mention the cavalcade or lifts in the two buildings next to each other. Why in God's name, do you know have a better system? Or perhaps some better communication and signage for patrons. Every single person I spoke to was just as confused as me. The staff AND the hotel visitors. The guy at the cafe, a woman in one of the gyms, a staff member of the bottle shop and a local patron could not effectively advise me of where the best lift was from the parking to the suites. It was a shitshow. When I did get to my room. The backdoor was unlocked, so I tried to deadlock it with the key, however .. this was not provided to me. The blinds were broken and did not even meet the description of "block out curtains". The lights in the room, such as the smoke alarm and such, flashed constantly above the bed and kept me awake. I had also requested a double bed and got two singles pushed together. There were dirty sheets on the bed, a filthy mirror, snotty tissue next to the bed and it smelt like cigarettes. The sanitary bin didn't even have a lid on it. There was dirty water in the kettle, lipstick stained mugs and even a plate that had been used and not cleaned...just put under the pile.

• Cath (9/5): Bli Bli - It is a great place to stay. We have stayed a few times since it opened. There was no TV remote which was resolved quite quickly.

• Neeson (5/5): Frustrating, noisy (plant background noise) - It was local, suitable for our requirements. For a hotel it lacks suitable signage! If one parks in the building (level 2 in our case) the lift gives NO indication of where reception is! Finding some one who knows was difficult. Level 3 had no one, Level 4 was the restaurant and only after waiting at the seating desk were we informed that that in fact is reception (NO SIGNAGE WHATSOEVER)! When we get our room key, the lift to level 5 was unresponsive till one eventually finds where to register it electronically! We were told to return the key upon leaving, but not where!! We left at 7.20am the following morning, but level 4 was locked, and only after a wait to attract cleaning/prep staff were we advised of the drop box in the car park.
• Jenifer (7/5): If we had AC in the hot 33 degree heat and got sleep half our holiday it would’ve been a awesome experience, but that re - Everything!!! Our aircon was broken half my holiday . In Dec to Jan the hottest season of the year, it was horrible to sleep in and just stay in and we had to sleep with the balcony door open let bugs in , and the loud noise from the main road then the noise and smell of the broken AC and the constant LED light from the Bli Bli sign outside the balcony window I was in room 5 . I called the number for the place constantly and messaged everyday , the AC guy came everyday and never fixed it . It wasn’t fixed for nearly 4 days , we stayed for 7 days now . Kinda ruined our holiday . But on the positive , the food was soooo good the staff at the hotel at the restaurant. Location and facilities were great .
• Mark (6/5): When there is absolutely nothing else around - Nice very large rooms, clean, good amenities but the worst bed ever ! they are soooooo soft I slept on the floor, seriously. While on the bed, the sheets are 110% Polyester so you're basically sleeping in plastic bags ...in the tropics .....oh, our down has cum or squirt stains on it, nice bonus. The Tavern down stairs is very good, great young team, good value but there is absolutely nothing else around so a car is a must. Read the all inclusive review above but I will add, finding the car park & check in desk will be fun for first timers.

Very quiet, excellent soundproofing in rooms. Parking was free with excellent access. We will definitely stay here again. Only some small details ... we ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare. It wasn't clear who to contact to ask for more or between what times. We also couldn't work out how to connect the room TV to the wifi. A welcome pack with some operational information would have been helpful.

Need to address some comfortably issues for the cost per night. - Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff The elevation to the suites was out of order which was disappointing as we had booked an accessibility suite. Walking up and down the steps to the loading dock was not very pleasant. No tissues, no shelving for toiletries. The only mirror was above the bathroom sink. The shower curtain looked stained or soiled.

Es gibt einen Kühlschrank und einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, sowie ein paar Küchenutensilien wie Besteck, Teller etc. Das Zimmer ist groß, super sauber und der Balkon toll. Direkt fußläufig gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch die Lage für Ausflüge ist super. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.
• Kai (9/5): Preis-Leistung für die Gegend super, gute Anbindung an alles sehenswerte der Umgebung - Die Unterkunft ist sauber, direkt in einem kleinen Shopping Komplex integriert. Personal freundlich Wir sind an Heiligabend angereist und haben einen Late CheckIn angefragt. Hat am Ende auch funktioniert, aber es war etwas unentspannt, da wir zum Restaurant kommen sollten, die aber schon überpünktlich ebenfalls geschlossen hatten. Es gab in der Garage eine Box zur Schlüsselausgabe und einen Gaming Room der länger besetzt war… warum keines der beiden genutzt wurde, wissen wir leider nicht. Eine Balkontür ging am Anfang nicht auf, eine Steckkarte für den Hauptschalter fehlte und das WiFi sollte auf den Zimmern ausliegen, war aber leider nicht. Haben aber alles direkt mit dem Personal unkompliziert klären können!

• Dhana (8/5): Truly lovely stay - The suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Its proximity to everything essential was within walking distance and the easy access to drive anywhere from here was fantastic. Even though there is one parking space per suite it can be a bit confusing and it is not secure. Going into a busy restaurant to get the keys was different but staff who didn’t know anything about the suites or how to check a guest was a challenge but they were friendly and we got it done.
• Amin (6/5): Overall, is only suitable if you simply need a place to sleep and even for that, it's overpriced - The bed was very comfortable, and the sheets, towels, and bathroom amenities were all clean and well‑maintained. The free covered parking was a convenient bonus, and the overall quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax. The room itself left quite a bit to be desired. The furniture felt low‑quality, and there was little sense of interior design — the desk, table, sofa, and even the wall art seemed placed simply to fill space rather than create a cohesive atmosphere. We also noticed dust on the shelves, which suggested housekeeping could be more thorough. In addition, the Wi‑Fi connection was unreliable and kept dropping out, which made it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

• Julie (8/5): Lovely room - book a table if you want to eat there - Totally self check in and out so no staff to rate but it all worked smoothly once I got into the correct car park.Room was huge and had everything you could need for a stay. There was a horrible smell in the room - it was quite humid inside so I think it hadn't been used recently. The drains were very smelly and when I got up in the night there were 4 cockroaches in the bathroom which makes me think they need cleaning. Also air on switched off in the night which was the reason for me getting up
