• Matthew (9/5): Confortable room, easy access right on the highway. Could hear the traffic though which was good. Excellent, friendly st - Delux bed, good room. Bathroom was a bit small and had a slightly annoying aroma, but we kept the door closed. Shower temperature went up and down every time some else turned theirs on it seemed.
• Hood (3/5): Not recommended for solo female traveller-didn’t feel safe . - The owners of the property are definitely trying really hard to present this property in a good way . They do care about their business The rooms were tidy and presented well The sewage or bore water from the bathroom could be smelt throughout the room if the bathroom door wasn’t closed. Everything looks clean on the surface but actually if you wipe the floors they aren’t really clean . The trucks on the freeway can be heard belting past the accommodation all night. There are additional charges on top of the Booking.com fees for pets that weren’t clear at the time of booking I was put in a room next door to a recovering addict who (not his fault) but was awake all night moving furniture and vomiting - it was slightly scary for a solo female traveller.

Lovely newly renovated room Unfortunately I was unable to use the pool as it was full of algae and it was so hot when I was there...after a long day of travel. Also was disappointed with all ashtrays outside of every room and most of them were full when I arrived late afternoon and they hadn't been emptied when I left the next day . I'm just grateful that my immediate neighbours were also non-smokers during my stay. The staff were friendly and polite and if they can improve pool maintenance and create a smoke free zone it would be amazing!

The room was perfect and I wouldn't have expected anything more if the price was double. It was very fresh and clean and everything I needed for my overnight stay. The reception lady was lovely and more than once checked how everything was. Ì left there in the morning feeling like I would definitely stay there again if I was needing a stay in Wagga. I cannot comment on anything I didn't like because I had no complaints about anything

Area is quiet, food outlets and electric charging station 200m away. 100% recommend the motel. For bonus points it was also pet friendly!! Nothing

Staff were attentive, asking for feedback at check-out and following up with a call afterward. Great value for money - we will be back! The only downside was that the room door had been left open by the cleaning staff before we checked in, and given the extreme heat (43°C), the air conditioning took several hours to cool the room. The staff apologised for the inconvenience.
