For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed. - Jennifer (10/5): The property was clean, stylish and lovely in a fantastic location. Would love to stay again - The process was smooth and our greeter was there on our arrival. The property is lovely and in a great location. The only downside was a lot of noise from people leaving near by pubs and things late at night but that was something I would put up with again for the convenience of the location (and the administration of the booking which I thought was excellent). Thank you regards Jennifer Noise from outside at night (but not the fault of the property owner etc) and largely unavoidable because of the location (one of the perks of which is the proximity of restaurants and other venues.
- Kobi (10/5): Generally awesome place to stay :) - Price was reasonable, host was clear and friendly, facilities were abundant and of excellent quality. No major complaints
- Barbara (9/5): Overall an enjoyable stay in a convenient location, and large enough for a family. - This apartment was new, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also a short walk to the tram stop, with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Also within walking distance (1.5-2.0 km) to the Melbourne Zoo and the Childrens Hospital. The only negative about this lovely apartment was the untidy laneway beside the apartment block.
