• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall great stay - Great heated pool, clean and modern rooms, comfy beds and nice food at the club. Only thing is we were charged additional for a child in the room cost plus a rollaway bed charge so double charging for a toddler!

Table/chairs on front porch, provided was soap, shamp, cond, lotion, toothbrush/paste, shaver/cream, cotton pads, cotton buds, shower cap, comb, nail file, tissues. Coffee pod machine and pods, toaster, kettle, microwave, iron, Cups, plates, cutlery... Beautiful swimming pool opposite rooms, pub grub also 👍😃 what more can you ask for in a accomodation.. Will be recommending and returning 😃👍

Despite booking and fully paying in advance, the staff failed to leave the key to the accommodation, leaving me and my 7-year-old son locked out. Multiple calls to the property went unanswered, forcing us to spend the entire night in our car. This was an extremely uncomfortable and distressing experience, especially with a young child. We left the following morning and returned to Melbourne, as we had no alternative. This has caused significant disruption to our plans and was entirely unacceptable. I request the following: 1. A full refund of the booking amount. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience, discomfort, and distress caused. 3. An explanation of why the property failed to fulfill its obligations.
