• Christa (10/5): Gerne jederzeit wieder! - Nett eingerichtete und top ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr sauber und komfortabel. So wünscht man sich eine Ferienwohnung!!! Das Zentrum und der Hafen sind doch recht weit entfernt und zu Fuß nur mühsam zu erreichen.
• Joanne (8/5): Good value for money, not far from town and everything you need - Had everything needed for an extended stay. Very comfortable The only issue was the blind in between the bedroom and lounge room. Doesn’t block out any noise if one is in bed and one watching tv

• Tami (5/5): Disappointing misrepresentation of the one bedroom apartment. - Location, parking, cleaningness and a quiet room (facing the back of the property.) The bedroom was not separated from the living room. It had quite a large opening in the joining wall between the two, in which the tv was sitting on. Therefore it was not a genuine one bedroom apartment. There was no table and chairs for dinning or working on a computer inside the apartment. The pans were in poor condition, badly scratched.

• Greg (7/5): Good value for money but not a true one bedroom apartment. - The unit had everything I needed and was clean and tidy. Key access was simple and there was ample parking. The unit was advertised as a one bedroom apartment however, the bedroom and living area has 2.0m x 1.5m hole in the wall between the two rooms. This meant zero privacy. There are two TV's back to back with no wall between. This makes viewing different programs impossible. The small blind installed is a feeble attempt at creating the illusion of two separate rooms. This needs to be clearer in the description of the property.
• Eleabor (10/5): 10/10 would happily stay again. - Central location close to everything (and the hospital in our case). I requested an early check in as my daughter had surgery the day prior and we were discharged that morning- the host messaged back quickly to say that they would try but the previous people staying were only checking out the day we were to check in. The unit was ready for us at 11:30am. The aircon was left on so it was comfortable for our arrival. The main TV wasn’t working when we first arrived. I messaged the host and literally within 30mins there was somebody there that fixed it. Everything you need in the kitchen. Extra supplies left in the cupboard. Foxtel on the TV. Great pool. Lift to room. 10/10. Clean unit, comfortable bed/pilllows. Nothing.
• John (10/5): A wonderful place to stay! - I only wish that our stay was longer. The place is a little gem. Close to hospital which was important, and there is a local bus just out the front, a good pub across the road. The place was spotless and the bed absolutely wonderful. The reclining lounge chairs so good to rest our tired legs. I think everything is almost new which is unlike the other apartments in the complex I understand. Another plus was the spa next to the pool..so good! My brother unexpectedly came to stay as well and he used the single flip out bed with the topper provided and he had a great sleep. If I could give it 12 stars I would, will certainly be back. Nothing!
• Katrina (8/5): - Well appointed, spacious accommodation with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable, shower is great and the tv is smart with streaming compatibility. The check in process was not smooth as the unique pin email was not received. Contacting the manager of the accommodation was difficult, however sorted in the end. It is a bit misleading to have images of the esplanade lagoon when it is 3km away from the accommodation.
• Hutchinson (6/5): Far too expensive - The position of the unit was very good. Only a very short drive to town, the Boardwalk, shops, etc. The accommodation cost was too expensive. For our two week's stay, we paid $3,515 plus an addition $89 for cleaning. Upon arrival, I queried the $89 and to my surprise, found that it was only for the cleaning of the unit when vacated. To have the unit cleaned whilst there, it was an additional $125. Finding this ridiculous, we requested to have new towels once at a cost of $75, so the remainder of our stay, we had to wash our own towels a few times, and cleaned the unit ourselves. Accommodation at Tropic Towers, (which is the same building), is a lot cheaper and their cost of services are included. We have booked into Tropic Towers (not Unique Tropic Escape 111) for next year. Unfortunately the cost of accommodation not including the servicing, was a bitter disappointment.
• John (7/5): Good - The apartment was comfortable and as advertised. It was possible to walk to the waterfront and cafes. Its both a positive and a negative that it is close to Cairns airport.
• Jeremy (7/5): Somewhat dissapointed for the money spent. Would stay in a different area next time - Clean tidy and a decent kitchen Felt small and cluttered. I thought the blind separating lounge and bedroom with tv inbetween slightly weird. The tv was louder in the bedroom when someone was watching in the lounge.
• Lynne (8/5): - Good having a back unit which was quiet. Key box was a bit tricky and confusing. Wifi information in information folder was incorrect.
