- Jessie (8/5): - Great location It was a motel refurbished to be fancy! Motel’s are fine but that was hidden in the advertisement and we were unpleasantly surprised upon check in. Otherwise, it was a lovely property.
- Monique (10/5): Modern comfort with country service - The staff were exceptional. Special mention of Sophie, she went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The bed is one of the most comfortable beds in accommodation world, not hard. The location was great and the room was modern and clean. Little bit of noise from the Union hotel but not too bad.
- Ruffian (3/5): - The furbishing was quality

the fact it is not a 5 star hotel as advertised

We were coming to Wagga Wagga to see our son who is training at Kapooka and the hotel met every expectation I had. It was a delight.

- Orpha (10/5): A Wagga gem: perfect on all counts - Stayed for 5 nights and loved everything about it. Its location is unbeatable, a block away from the best shops and restaurants in Wagga. So central yet so quiet! Great pub across the road serving the best steak ever. The dining options within a few minutes walk are amazing: Indian, Tibetan, Sri Lankan, Lebanese, whatever cuisine you fancy they all serve truly authentic dishes, tasty and good value.
The hotel is outstanding in terms of service (warm and friendly staff, especially Tom the manager and all the cleaning ladies) and comfort (plush mattress, soft bedding, blackout curtains, strong aircon, luxurious toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, bar fridge etc). And soooo clean!
We will definitely stay here again next time to come through Wagga. The lift is a little bit slow but we were near the stairs so it was not a problem.
- Virginia (8/5): great - would stay there again - Location was fantastic and bed was very comfortable. Coffee was great Room a bit small for the rate
- Dawn (5/5): - Staff View
- Helen (8/5): Clean, comfortable and modern accommodation. Ideal location with shops and restaurants nearby. Very pleasant stay. - Location is excellent. Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom updated, modern and clean. Parking easy. Nil, everything was great.
- Prudence (9/5): - Clean
Very comfortable
- Weller (9/5): Would stay there again if I return to Wagga Wagga. - Clean and well presented. Comfortable bed. Reception looks like a shop from the outside. This made finding the hotel a bit difficult.
- OBrien (7/5): Nice, apart from IT Issues - Great location, great staff especially Tom!! WIFI & TV Connection very poor. All options like Foxtel, Netflix etc - wouldn’t load and if it did, cut out and buffered endlessly- rendering viewing virtually impossible!!
- Justin (10/5): -
- Monica (10/5): - The property is in a perfect location very modern clean lovely boutique feel,
The coffee shop was a real treat.
- Valerie (4/5): I’d never stay again. - It was a very basic building which had been renovated. We had a Superior King room which had an excellent bathroom and was a reasonable size. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Unfortunately, the furnishings seem to have retained an overpowering odour of past smokers and drinkers, despite doors and windows having been left open for our arrival. An attempt had been made to mask the smell with room freshener but to no avail.
The only window overlooked the bins and waste skips at the back of adjacent shops.
The room was grossly overpriced and we were very disappointed.
- Peter (8/5): Good accommodation in Wagga Wagga - Excellent location, well appointed room, nice shower room TV did not work
- samuel (9/5): -
- johnathan (9/5): -

- Kajsa (8/5): - Very comfortable beds! The best on our trip so far. And host very welcoming and helpful.
- Heidi (9/5): The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in! The coffee shop downstairs was amazing! -
- Ronelle (9/5): -
- Tanja (9/5): Great hotel with lovely decor in a great location. Very comfortable. - Great location, love what they have done to the hotel with decor. Felt very upmarket and comfy beds. All was great.
- Deborah (10/5): Fabulous property. - Very clean and well appointed. Great location and quiet. N/A
- OBrien (8/5): -
- MICHEL (9/5): Excellent - As advertised - clean and central Bed could be of better quality mattress. But overall ok
- Eugenia (4/5): A disappointing experience - Central location, new facilities We did not enjoy our stay in room 101 of the hotel. Room 101 has a disabled bathroom. Instead of the luxe we were expecting from the photos, we felt as though we were staying in a hospital room. To add to our disappointment, we were woken early the next day by hordes of people at the cafe which was next door to our room. It was not a pleasant stay. We did not ask for a disabled bathroom. I cannot fathom why we were put into room 101 when other rooms were available. Based solely on our personal experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- Karen (10/5): Great place to stay! Highly recommend - Everything! Great location clean room very comfortable bed, great coffee & close to everything There was nothing we didn’t like
- Daimon (10/5): -
- Ramalingam (6/5): - Air conditioning is not enough for the size of room in extreme heat struggle to sleep Some alarm systems was hooting from nearby buildings 3 times in the middle of night
- Kelly (10/5): Great stay beautiful service & clean central location - Amazing customer service and great support with a baby
- Irina (8/5): Central location, nice permises. -
- Janine (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and would book again - Friendly staff, well positioned near the Main Street.
- Isobel (10/5): - We loved our stay! We will be back. Nothing.
- Annemieke (10/5): Comfortable quiet and easy - Close to town centre but quiet Nothing
- Madeline (10/5): A modern escape. - Tom at the front desk was amazing. The room was clean and modern, with double glazed windows! The mini-bar was reasonably priced as well. The location was central and it was really easy to get things like food or go shopping. The drain smell was a bit overpowering when we first entered the room.
- Pedro (8/5): -
- Shaun (10/5): -
- Shevaun (6/5): The classiest motel you will every stay in - Staff were lovely. Rooms were very clean with tasteful, new decor. Common areas weren’t great. Lobby is actually a coffee shop (which was packed up with chairs on tables at check in) and hotel layout is actually a motel, which means it’s quite noisy when other guests leave early.
- Valli (10/5): -
- Bob & Jan (9/5): -
- Molly (9/5): Lovely hotel with great staff - Lovely staff
- Boutros (10/5): The hotel is wonderful - I liked everything The ceiling fan was annoying
- Scott (9/5): - Location Location Location, smack bang in the middle of town, supermarkets in walking distance, good pub across the road with nightly meal specials, if you're a coffee lover you will the aroma of the coffee as you step out your door in the morning, Makers Coffee..........make a great coffee!! Also it was very quiet, exceptionally clean & very cosy. I will be visiting Wagga a lot in the next few months with work & fully intend on staying at St Hugh's again👍✅ Nothing to do with St Hugh's, I like a firm bed & pillow, I should travel with my own pillow. Carpark within the Hotel seemed very tight.
- Michelle (7/5): Was clean tidy and convenient but with the cafe next door I would not stay here again the noise was awful - Clean tidy good facilities Cafe next door they staff get there in the 4s and are not quiet
- Tara (10/5): Great service and beautiful rooms in a great location - Beautifully finished - clean and great location. My flight was cancelled back to Sydney and therefore Joel the Supervisor kindly provided access to the room before the scheduled check in time and even shouted me a coffee! Great service and beautifully finished rooms 😇
- Michael (10/5): -
- Adam (8/5): Great staff at a well appointed hotel with a lux feel. - Great location. Refurbished tastefully. Coffee shop integrated with check in counter is a nice touch. Was on a ground floor room and found the side street traffic a bit close to my window as I order to leave the blinds open during the daytime.
- John (10/5): Nice relaxing hotel in Wagga Wagga - St. Hugh Hotel is a wonderful little hotel that we picked to stay as we were driving from Sydney to Melbourne. It has a very nice bed and a wonderful rainfall showerhead! There is a coffee shot in the lobby of the hotel. They close up early - by 7:00 p.m., and by that time the lobby is closed. The key must be retreived through the lockbox.
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Toni (9/5): Very clean comfortable room -
