• Lesleigh (8/5): - Easy access, great facilities, close to the city, nice large apartment. I found the letter box confusing as i couldn't open it. the automatic garage door broke down.
• Christian (4/5): Gute Wohnung aber sorry hier muss erst mal geputzt werden! - Steven war schnell erreichbar , nachdem wir nicht die richtige Adresse gefunden haben. Die Lage ist wie beschrieben ca 1km vom Strand entfernt. Schöner kleiner Pool und schöne Ablage mit Parkplatz. Schöne Terrasse, war nur zu heiss zum draußen sitzen. Auch wenn die Wohnung an sich gut war, müssen wir die Sauberkeit als sehr negativ bewerten. Die Bäder waren schmutzig, die Handtücher waren fleckig ( wir haben sie dann selber gewaschen und sie wurden sauber!!) Der Staub wurde schon lange nicht mehr auf den Betträndern, Lampenschirmen , Klimaanlagen entfernt! Die Schubladen in der Küche waren schmutzig und auch die Fliesen/Wände im Bad wurden nicht gereinigt. Sorry aber die Klobürste war so verrostet, es war schon eklig und der Toilettenpapierabroller war total verdreckt .Wir hatten den Vermieter per Mail kontaktiert, bekamen aber keine Antwort. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass darauf geantwortet wird, da wir sehr ungern Ferienwohnungen negativ bewerten. Ich werde hier keine Foto posten, obwohl ich alles fotografiert habe- vielleicht wird dieser Zustand jetzt verbessert! Zur Info: ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Lüftungsfenster was nicht zu schließen geht, Straßenlärm ist immer zu hören.

• Diana (8/5): - Spotless. Well appointed. Easy access. Great location. A few issues with the facilities - missing bulb in bed 2 lamp; missing batteries in bed 2 aircon remote; missing towel rail in main bathroom; no key to pedestrian entry gate
• Stacey (8/5): Great apartment in excellent location - Location was excellent, decor eclectic and very homely (I would love a couple of the pieces of the furniture in my own place). Everything was provided for a comfortable stay (cleaning products, basic cooking supplies), short walk to numerous eating places and a Woolworths. Excellent security features (door bolts, security screens, secure parking). Looking forward to our next stay. Parking is tight as per normal in apartment carparks (on street parking is available after dark). Cleaners need to clean the exhaust vents in the bathroom and the filters in the air conditioners. Main bedroom can be noisy from street noise if you are a light sleeper (my 18 month old had no problems). Sheets not supplied for portacot (which I had no problem with, always bring my own)

• - Russell And Simone (10/5): The property was larger than expected, clean and very central. - The Property was safe with security gate entry, double locks on the doors. All the beds had 2 bed pillows and spare blankets. The pool was clean and large with a spa. The Property was larger than expected. It was the small things like having board games that make the accommodation more like home. It was overall a great place to stay, and we would stay again.
