- ANH (8/5): - Hotel located at great location, right by Ha Noi old quarter. You can walk like 5-10 mins to most of popular places, or take grab taxi or xich lo to get around locals, very convenient. Hotel offers great breakfast. Our favorite were omelette/pho and Vietnamese yogurt. Hotel front staff are very professional, friendly, and able to speak English. Restroom is very small, no space between toilet and bathtub. No ventilation in the restroom either. Our room air-conditioner made noises a bit during our stay. Also hotel had some construction on the rooftop so my husband had to call front desk to remind workers be quiet at night for us to sleep.

- efrat (8/5): - המיקום היה מצויין, החדר היה נאה ומרווח מאוד, עם 2 ספות קטנות שמאוד הועילו, חדר אמבטיה מרווח מאוד ונוח . הצוות היה עוזר ונחמד.הכינו לנו ארוחת בוקר לקחת ב4.30 בבוקר לפני הטיסה-אם כי היה שם לחם יבש,חמאה וריבה, מנדרינה ויוגורט. מסעדת המלון היתה נעימה וטעימה אפשר היה להוסיף לארוחת הבוקר הארוזה עוד פרי, ירק, ביצה,גבינה. ,אפילו לא היה עם מה למרוח את החמאה. המרפסת שהיתה חשובה לנו היתה ללא ראות לא ממש נעימה וחבל...היה יעיל אם היתה עוד מעלית, בשעות צקאין או אאוט היתה המתנה ארוכה למעלית.

Rooms are clean, Aircon works very well, shower was lovely. We had the breakfast which caters for everyone. No complaints. We also had a massage which was lovely. Directly in the centre of old town. We had a room not facing the street and it was quiet. Would stay here again if we were to return NOTHING

Walking distance to all the nearby attractions, puppet show, cathedral etc. Best of all, the service was really great! I had a one night stay then checked out for cruise but i left my earbud in the hotel room, the reception was so nice to help keep for me after my cruise for my next two nights stay. A great ending to my Hanoi trip!

- 1GregH (8/5): Another comfortable stay - Good evening, I am pleased to be able to respond to your request for feedback. We returned to your hotel after having three stays with your hotel during a trip last year. Once again, we enjoyed extremely comfortable room accommodation with an excellent bed. The staff are very attentive, with compliments to Robert at the front desk and the rest of the staff who were all very friendly, well presented and eager to assist when needed. My concern is the quality of the breakfast provided. Juices are obviously watered down and not chilled; apart from the egg station choices provided in the warming trays are not well presented in appearance, quantity or quality. A modern toaster would be a welcome addition; Coffee should be presented hotter; butter portions would be better presented individually in a chilled bowl rather than as a molten mess. My thanks for providing the taxi transfer to the airport on our departure. Although this had been arranged well in advance with Mr Jack Tran and confirmed with Robert and Anna at front desk on check in, there was an issue over payment. This was eventually resolved in the previously agreed manner. We look forward to perhaps having another visit with you in the future.

Right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter with amazing restaurants, street food, shopping and convenience stores all near the hotel. Most major sightseeing points are within walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was great with good variety and delicious too (0630-0930). The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Toilets were fitted with Toto and very clean. The staff were courteous and very accommodating - particularly Robert and Jack. They also offer tour packages and a spa on site (unfortunately, we did not have time to utilize same). Would highly recommend staying at the Palago! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. The moment we arrived at 11pm, the bell desk opened our door and offered to take our luggage directly to the room. Room was spotless and we didnt hear any other noises. Currtains were truly "blackout". The breakfast was decent with fantastic omlet. I cant recommend thsi placw enough. Customer service is 10/10 and it is centrally located with lots of walkable shops anytime of the day.

- Alexander (10/5): A special mention! - We LOVED this hotel. Smack bang in the centre of Hanoi Old Quarter we were amazed at how quiet and relaxing our room was only 2 stories up from the chaos. The staff were incredibly accommodating and a special mention to the beautiful staff member who rescued my little girl after she went into the elevator by herself. I wish we caught her name but I hope she sees this and knows how grateful we are for her kind & gentle approach with my daughter who was understandably hysterical. Breakfast was basic but a fresh egg and noodle station was more than enough to get us going for the day! Love love love this hotel! Especially as it was one of the cheaper options but with a 5 star experience!

- Boggypete (10/5): Nice Hotel in an amazing location - Amazing, spacious rooms. Super friendly staff, amazing location. Everything super clean, good Restaurants and Street food within 2 minutes. You hear nothing from the street at night. Nothing, amazing stay.

- Siaw Fung (8/5): - Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location - Hotel is well positioned within Old Quarters and walking distance to train street and Hoan Kiem Lake. Safe for solo travelers. Can Grab readily - Be mindful of longer travel time on weekend evening when the night market is happening. Room - Requested for room in quiet zone and hardly could hear the traffic outside. Bed was comfortable and there is bathtub. Water pressure is average if you like it strong. Food - Breakfast was reasonable with the selection of choice. Convenient store (Circle K) is round the corner on the same block as the hotel. You can easily find food options within Old Quarters. Staff - The hotel staff helped with my booking tours, credit to Wendy. All the staffs in general are helpful when you have questions or request for recommendation.
