• Camille (6/5): I wouldn’t like to stay in the apartment again - The location near the park is very good, the apartment was spacious, the bed comfortable, the AC worked very well and it was clean. Smart TV with Netflix. Free access to washing machine and dryer. The major disappointment was that there was no proper window in the apartment, no daylight, no ventilation. The amenities were basic, just enough, there was no bedside lamp for example.

• Zachary (6/5): The Muse Boutique Hotel in Hanoi offers a stylish and comfortable stay with elegant decor, excellent service, and a prim - The location is good —right near the heart of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the Old Quarter and other key attractions. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The hot water system wasn’t big enough to support a long shower.

The shower drain backed up while I was in it so that was not good. The room was big and I liked having the little kitchen area. I moved to another local hotel after 7 of my 21 days reserved.

• Melvyn (6/5): Pleasant - The bed was very comfortable. The lighting in both the open area and bedroom was superb. I did not have to wait long for the hot water to come out the shower or sink taps. The young gentleman at the check-in and the staff on WhatsApp were very helpful, particularly with the arrangement to the airport at 5 A.M. since I had an early morning flight. Location! Location! Location! Not in a good location, at all! After being dumped by the shuttle driver who did not show me where the place was, I had to find it myself! There is no sign at the start or top of the alley with their name showing you where and how far to go! There were no wine glasses or kitchen towels. There was no furniture on the balcony to sit and relax.

• Shodhan (9/5): A well equipped apartment in a very good location at Hanoi - The location of the room was excellent. There is supemarket by name BRG mart, at about 5 minutes walk to the apartment where one can find groceries, exotic stuff and almost anything that you need for a week's stay. At about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, there is a huge park by name Thong Nhat park and a lot of families visit the park in the weekends. Next to the park, there is an indoor circus stadium and we had the good fortune of viewing a circus show. It was excellent. The room as such was good, maintained clean (everyday, upon request) and had a kitchen (with a two-burner stove-top) and all the basic kitchen-ware. The receptionist was kind enough to book day trips for us to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. They had no visiting cards (with their address) for guests. When I asked the receptionist about supermarkets in the neighbourhood, she had no idea. I am surprised that they were not aware of BRG Mart which is just a 5 minutes walk away from the apartment, It took me a long time and a lot of walking to figure the location of BRG Mart. Between 7:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. and between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., there are only security guards at the front desk who are not able to help us with our questions.
• Marisa (9/5): Great new amenities, friendly staff, shops and restaurants at walking distance - The property is new, clean, located by a park with many restaurants and shopping at walking distance. The staff is super kind. We wanted to change our room, because the first room only had a tiny window. We felt really comfortable and taken care of. The room we had booked (separate bedroom and living room/kitchen) didn‘t have any window in the bathroom and bedroom. In the living room/kitchenette, there was some daylight coming in. We still had a great stay because the staff was super helpful and helped us change rooms.

• John (8/5): Great apartment and staff. - Comfortable bed. There is a water pump which makes a banging sound somewhere in the building. I bang a few times after a toilet is flushed in any of the apartments. Annoying noise woke me up a few times.

The apartments are spacious, and have all they need, very modern and seem to be brand new. Comfortable beds. Hot water. Internet 5G. Possibility to make a laundry. In general I was very happy with my stay. And the price is more than fair for this kind of apartments. The apartments are very big and comfortable but some of them have no windows. If you are sensitive about this I would advice to contact the hotel and check the availability of the rooms with window.
