Можно выбирать как местную так и европейскую кухню. В номере все есть. Бассейн на крыше был очень к месту после прогулки по жаркому городу. Очень активный освежитель воздуха в лифте. Это если придраться.

- Thi Luan (9/5): Within walking distance to main areas, clean, awesome staff - Location is a bit out of the main central area but definitely within walking distance. It wasn't a huge concern because you can get a Grab ride pretty much anywhere for peanuts. Rooms were a good size, provided all the little items you would need in bathroom, and super-duper clean. The pool upstairs was the star of the show - it overlooked the city, you can order drinks up. Great area to relax and wind down at 12pm when the suns at its hottest before hitting the town later in the day. The staff were excellent - all the ones we interacted with spoke English. They organised our airport ride, called up spa places and hair salons to make reservations on our behalf, and even gave us free bottles of wine and laundry service! Honestly best stay I've had in Ho Chi Minh. Thank you so much for making our stay pleasurable! Everything was perfect!

In particolare vorrei segnalare una persona del Concierge che è stata particolarmente disponibile ed efficiente: il suo nome è Mr. Johnny Ho Solo per indicare un possibile miglioramento: il complimentary service in reception andrebbe migliorato e reso più vario, magari con della frutta.

Late check out seems like a no issue. I don't know when was the last time Ive got a suite category at an IHG, perhafs the front desk here is former Marriott associate. If they could improve the gym and roof top facilities, i will stay here weekly.

Rooftop pool the best we have experienced. Beautiful views and a pool big enough to get some good swimming laps done. The area had nice restaurants and wide sidewalks.

The hotel is perfectly located in a prime location, in the heart of Saigon, making it incredible convenient to explore the city’s vibrant streets, cultural landmarks, and especially culinary gems. ( highly recommend Quan Bui). The location could not be better, whether you are here for leisure or business. What sets Indigo Saigon apart and as our family new favorite hotel in Saigon is the impeccable service. The staff are not only professional but genuinely friendly and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. A special shoutout to Mr. Khang Nguyen and the front office team, who were simply amazing. Their attentiveness, kindness and proactive support made my stay memorable. They also got a lot of praise from my Japanese colleague who joined me to come to Vietnam for a charity project in November. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Saigon who values both comfort and genuine hospitality.

They will clean your room everyday and give you new towels and refill the free snacks and water. They have a big pool on the top of the building and a fitness which was very nice. Besides that our door man (Ken Hoang) was very helpful with the luggage and general the service was very helpful and sweet.

- Dropdeadfred (10/5): Another fine stay in the best boutique hotel in Ho Chi Minh - I've stayed at this hotel for maybe 60 nights this year over multiple visits and never ever had a bad experience. There are so many people who work there who become your friends. Call outs this time are for Ms Tu (Tran Le Cam Tu) who's one of the duty managers who work at the reception desk to greet and check you in and solve problems for you. Ms Anna and her fantastic team at the breakfast service. Mr Clint who is always great company operating the bar and does a great happy hour cocktail. And Johnny and his colleagues as concierges are always there to welcome you to the hotel and send you off when it's time to leave. I've still got another 2 visits to close out 2025 and will be returning in January.

We were assisted by Johnny during both of our stays and the service was always perfect. The team here is second to none, made us feel right at home. Service was consistently excellent throughout our stay, the hotel is tidy, clean, organized and the team made us feel welcomed and remembered. - kevinkU3578VT (10/5): Fantastic hotel in the heart of Saigon - My wife and I just finished our 4 day December 2025 stay at the hotel Indigo Saigon. This is a new hotel, only open for a year. They really have hotel service figured out. Every encounter with their staff is like talking with a friend. We checked in late at night after traveling 20 hours, and they quickly got us and our luggage up to our room so we could rest. We booked a Standard room using points, and we're upgraded to a King Suite at arrival without us asking. Prior to our arrival I emailed the hotel concierge to ask about airport to hotel transport and tours. Jacob responded to all my questions and tour changes, which made our trip easy and delightful. Morning breakfast was included as an IHG Diamond member. I've had many hotel buffet breakfasts at 5 star hotels, and this was my favourite over all. From western to Vietnamese choices, and several made to order options, everything was fresh and delicious. We loved our morning coconut drink. The view from the rooftop pool is very nice. There is a workout room next to the pool, with well stocked bottles of water. Water bottles were also provided in our room daily. We took nightly walks to restaurants for dinner and always felt safe. Be sure to checkout the river lit up at night. During the day we walked to several interesting nearby places, like Book street, Cathedral, Independence Palace, and the building where the famous 1975 helicopter photo rooftop evacuation occurred. We we were sad to checkout, but happy we made new friends. We took pictures with the morning breakfast crew at their Shipyards restaurant and with Johnny and Jacob with their Storytellers concierge team. Their English is excellent. Kevin and Ashley

When I first arrived in Ho Chi Minh I stayed here and the staff, especially Johnny and Tu were very welcoming, kind and incredibly helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the infinity pool on the rooftop is definitely a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re travelling here!

Part of the Indigo chain, the staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. Shout out to Bảo who helped me retrieve a forgotten item in my room. I discovered that I had left my shirt in the room after checkout so I called the hotel. Not only did Bảo finds the item, he sent it to me thru a delivery service within an hour. That’s great service. This hotel will not remain a secret for long.

The rooms are superb with a great rooftop pool and fitness centre. As a couple/family you can spend quality, serene time at the rooftop pool without any disturbance. I had asked for a special birthday celebration and the team did an amazing job. Particularly calling out Mr. Johnny for the amazing hospitality and awesome service. The hotel itself is at a very convenient location with all tourist spots in close vicinity and it has good restaurants, cafes bars on the adjacent roads which makes the stay here even great.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping, delicious dining options, and excellent facilities, every aspect of my stay was delightful. I could really feel the warmth and love of the neighborhood and Saigon City. All the staff, including the trainees, were kind and did a wonderful job. I especially appreciated the personalized greeting card and the lovely surprise treats, which made my belated birthday celebration extra special. The complimentary upgrade also made my stay even more comfortable – truly an excellent value for money. The hotel is situated in the Central District, making it more enjoyable to walk around the heart of Saigon. From there, you can easily reach the Ho Chi Minh City Hall, Saigon Opera House, The Cafe Apartment, Benh Than Market, and other nearby tourist destinations. If you don't want to walk, major tourist spots can also be reached via Grab, which is also cheaper. Along the way, there are also a lot of restaurants to choose from, so you will never be hungry while exploring the bustling city of Saigon. As for the room amenities, everything was provided, including complimentary water bottles that were replenished daily. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was fantastic. Regarding dining options, the hotel offers in-room dining and access to its restaurant. Don’t miss the authentic Vietnamese dishes at Shipyard Restaurant, which can be very comforting—special thanks to Hau Le for his recommendations during one of my breakfasts. Special shoutout also to the following staff members: Mr. Johnny, Lucas Chen, Nguyen Brian, Ms. Joyce, and the person who handed me my keycard during check-in. Thank you for your excellent service, making my stay truly memorable. I am looking forward to returning to Hotel Indigo the next time I visit Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City).

When I arrived at the hotel, concierge came outside and helped me with my luggage and he brought it to my room. Front office staff gave me a warm welcome with smile and provided a friendly and professional service. And I got a welcome drink and a welcome snack just after I arrived. The hotel lobby was beautifully designed. I loved the room and it was super clean. There were all the amenities and three towels each so it was more than enough. They offered me a welcome fruit as well! All the staff was professional and they provided an exceptional service. I'd like to specially thanks to Bao who always helped me with a big smile. He cared about what I might need and showed a thoughtful gesture! He was professional, friendly and attentive. He made my stay more memorable. The hotel is in the middle of the city, the location is very good. The room was so quiet. Everything was perfect and this stay was exceed my expectation. I'll definitely come back!
