• Axel (7/5): au calme - Belle surface de chambre, jardin de l'hotel très sympa, la localisation du logement est très bien. situé dans une impasse , en retrait du traffic et proche de l'aéroport. c'est un Hotel ancien qui aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement , les fenetres ne ferment pas toutes correctement. les équipements , notamment de la salle de bain auraient aussi besoin de renovation. Attention c'est un hotel sans ascenseur, si vous avez des bagages à monter au 3ème ETG par ex.
• Anh (9/5): It’s good value for your money. - The apartment is stuck away in a quiet alley. It’s close to the airport and about 15 mins from central area. The manager, chú Thuỷ, is exceptionally nice and attentive. He helps you with everything. He’s the sweetest person you would ever meet. The staff is also very nice. The property could use a little upgrade. And maybe change out a few old things inside.

• Tam (6/5): For the price that we paid, we didn’t expect too much from this place. The location was convenient, the courtyard and ov - Good location however vehicle parking was on the street/alley, no parking within the property. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and always willing to help. The courtyard had a pleasant atmosphere. The beds were comfortable. The overall level of cleanliness was average, there was a dead cockroach in one of the rooms, the utensils have definitely seen better days and the infrastructure of the place seemed to be slowly falling apart. Our toilet bathroom had a permanent leak, there was a pool of water at the shower and around the toilet, the window was taped with mesh and seemed to have been damaged prior.

The in-hous - The property is very nice , they have in-house cafe, also within walking distance to many restaurants, cafe, big banks , just a short drive to the airport. Great location !

• Quyen (10/5): Good Value to Stay - Overall it is good, the security guard Trong Thuy is very helpful, kind, and friendly. He helped me carry the heavy luggage, and accommodated my needs. The hotel is a little too old but still ok to live. The street to the hotel is small, it is difficult for taxi to drop off or pick up.

• Beyza (1/5): Terrible Experience – Not Recommended - Nothing! AVOID THIS PLACE! We arrived at night, with the surprise of a security guy who couldn’t speak a word of English and took us to what was our room: a filthy ground floor level apartment, that had nothing to do with the pictures of booking. He directly asked for our money (of course only cash). This is a very sketchy place. We tried ordering a pizza and basically you’re TRAPPED in the building. Only if you manage to wake up the security guy the doors will open. Besides this, the room: FILTHY. To our surprise, we weren’t alone in the room, the moment we laid our bags on the floor A COCKROACH started running vividly. This was no surprise given the state of the room, mold, dirt and rust were everywhere. We didn’t even open the bed and slept in our sleeping bags. We woke up and immediately changed hotels. So would recommend EVERYONE AVOID THIS SCAM

• Dwayne (6/5): Acceptable for 1 night stay. No more than that. - Near to airport. Friendly security guard with sweet smile. Loud neighbors. Woke up at 630am with someone upstairs blasting music early morning. Great way to ruin someone’s morning. Later around 11am can hear people playing drums. However, night times are quiet. No complementary mineral waters like many other stays provided. Not a big deal though.

• Peamsri (9/5): Worth money. - Location is good. It is located inside a small lane but within a short walk, you can reach to the main road. It is safe. Environment is good. There are a number of big trees at this property and I see that they are under good care. Hotel staff can't communicate in English but they were trying to help. There are also a number of hawkers, restaurants and vendors around this area both for breakfast and dinner. There was only a security guard in house and he can't communicate in English. However, he demonstrated his willingness to provide service. He also had to lift my large luggage to 3rd floor as this property doesn't have elevator.
• Lam (10/5): Great stay, will come back - A neat oasis in the middle of the big city. Excellent place, great location and value for the money. No lift/elevator and the stair is relatively small so maybe problematic for people with large luggages and stay upstairs.

• Lam (3/5): This hotel should not deserve the high rating as shown on booking.com site. - * Room is on the ground floor - we saw 4 cockroaches - 2 in the living room, and 2 in the bathroom. * broken shower door. * Room is at the bottom of the staircase - frequent traffic (Decided not to bother to change rooms as we only stay there 6 hours (11:00 pm to 5:00 am))
• Conan (8/5): Great for one night in HCM if flying next day. - Checking in was a small issue as only the guard was there who only spoke Vietnamese but he was extremely helpful and polite and phoned the owners to verify our room. Extremely clean room good local coffee shops and street vendors. Close to airport. Airport taxi should be around 60k. Taxi driver wanted ten times that. Advice is to download Grab app and show taxi the cost of that ride before disembarking. Check in could be smoother but this was a very small issue.

• Adrian (8/5): Great location, good room, pleasant staff - The room was large and clean. Kitchen had enough equipment to cook in. Quiet location in a busy part of the city. The location of the hotel on Google maps is about 100 m off (as of March 2024). It is just around the corner, down the alley.

After an online booking, I came to check in but went away immediately, space and rooms’ atmosphere sounded creepy, and cold. No TV channel, lacks of toiletries, not any complimentary… I felt it was not safe in my premonition, and had left away without spending night here. …sorry.
