Katarzyna (8/5): Goede locatie in strikt centrum - Super dichtbij alle dingen in het centrum, cafes en mooie meer, veel te doen rondom. Kamer was okay en had veel erin. Gevarieerd ontbijt, zeer vriendelijk personeel Kamer die geboekt was was zonder raam dus behoorlijk donker, na aandringen andere kamer gekregen met daglicht, sommige kamers can plaatjes bestaan niet dus pas op wat je boekt. Matrassen waren hard om te slapen. Er was maar 1 nachtkastje en 1 stoel op kamer. Bij een kamer was douche los van de muur, bij andere water kletterde van de wasbak. In algemeen standaard is niet wat wij kennen in Europa. Gebouw was vervallen en veel was nodig aan renovatie toe. Verder zijn kamers erg gehorig

Leitch (9/5): I felt welcome and comfortable.i could linger in the lobby if i chose to and able to go about my day easily from here. - The facilities are comfortable and very convenient for my stay. I was here for 5 days. I could walk from here to most of the Old Quarter easily. I do not have anything to report.

Auley (5/5): - It was in a good location Manager asked me to let her do the review over 10 times very annoying. Room cleaning comes at 9 am so remember to put do not disturb signs up if you’re planning a sleep in.
Cristina (10/5): Buena opción - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Relación calidad-precio bastante buena. Además tuvimos un problema con la habitación y a la mañana siguiente nos cambiaron a una mejor sin coste adicional. El desayuno muy abundante y bueno. El personal muy amable.

Lynne (7/5): - The staff and location. Despite being upgraded to a better room, it was very small. There was only 30cms space on one side of the bed, and easy to catch your shins. Breakfast was good for most people, but I informed them that I had an egg allergy, but lots of choices with egg . I managed with fruit and toast, though, so that was ok. Young staff tried hard to get me to have egg and did not understand.

Pablo (8/5): Buena calidad-precio. Personal amable - Hotel muy céntrico, junto a toda la zona de fiesta de Hanoi, pero que no afecta en absoluto al descanso. Habitación doble de un tamaño normal, quizás algo pequeña si es para dos personas. Muy buen desayuno buffet incluido en el precio. Personal muy amable y te gestionan un taxi para el aeropuerto a mejor precio que si lo negocias tú directamente. 300k con todo incluido el viaje El baño un poco pequeño

The location is great. A very quick walk to the night market and to the bars area. I picked the perfect location - thank you.
evangelio (5/5): not satisfied thats why we transferd to other hotel. - i like the location first it so noisy .peole are shouting and children running. breakfast food is not good. we have to wait for plate and coffee cup.coffee not readily available when they did serve the coffee its not hot.

David (7/5): Apart from the last bit, excellent - Breakfast was fine. Not exotic but filling and a good way to begin the day. Assistance in finding places to go at hand, I was even given a SIM card so the I could use the google maps. Central, accessible to everything. A bizarre situation a I was checking out-there was no evidence at hand to say that I had paid which I did on arrival, when I checked in. It was insinuated that I had not paid. Indeed I had even though I never received a receipt. I had to show the agreement to the staff, payment at check in. If i did not pay I would not have been allowed to stay. My taxi arrived and I bid the staff farewell. I was not forced to pay again but really, this should have been avoided. I was made to feel as if i was a thief.
