Laundry facility was remarkable. Special thanks to Mr. Gin and Miss Trang Gia for their outstanding service. They were friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to help us, especially when our original tour was cancelled at the last minute. They quickly helped us arrange a new tour with another operator, which saved our day. Their support truly made our stay memorable. Thank you! The room was bit small.

Cons, shower and toilet doors are frosted glass that you can see through, so if you’re friends sharing, it could be awkward.

- Kat (8/5): Very good - The hotel was really well located for walking to the centre of District 1 without being right in the tourist bit. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in this area. Once in the room I couldn't hear the outside traffic, which was great. The room was comfortable and had what I needed for a basic stay. Don't expect frills, but there's a TV and water and a mini fridge, plus the laundry facility downstairs (I didn't use it so can't comment on how good it is). The staff were very helpful, especially Jia on reception.

- Karan (8/5): A quaint business hotel in city center which hits the sweet spot - A quaint little business hotel in city center which is quite centrally located and near to everything. Big front street leads to a plethora of restaurants nearby, convenience stores. Reception has a comfortable seating facility, and it's a 9 floor hotel. Non-smoking small rooms. Laundry, you can do it yourself, and they provide the soap for free. Small Gym. Jia and the other reception staff are really friendly. Single slow elevator. Rooms have very compact and no frills bathroom and toilet.

- Kylie (7/5): Not good value for money, housekeeping staff are rude! - The bed was very comfortable. And the washing machines and dryers available to use was very handy. The security guy down stairs was so lovely. Housekeeping staff were very inconsiderate, being so noisy at 7am getting their equipment out where it was stored. They would bang their trolleys up against the walls, talk loudly to eachother and sit outside our door eating, being loud and on their phones at all hours of the day. They wouldn’t even move out of the way to let people through if they were on their phones! This was daily and not just a one off - we were there for a week and were happy to leave.

A Very nice and welcoming staff- we got there 3 hours before official time of check-in and were given a room right away..The room was spacious and very clean. There was free coffee in the lobby all day long! The whole experience was very positive.

We really liked the washing machine room, managed to get our washing done for free which was great. Although we used the dryer twice and clothes weren’t really dry. Room was a bit on the small side but for a 2 night stay this was fine.

Bed is comfy Room are weirdly designed and make it uncomfortable to move around the room which is already small. The smoke detector which right on top of the bed come with bright flashing light that right above you, make it very difficult to relax at night. NO SOUND PROOF, can hear the cellphone ring from the other room. Overpriced due to small room and weird design despite the location.

The location was good, there was Circle K next door and about 5mins walk to Walking Street (party Street). Food/coffee all around. The staff were welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel had a laundry area, which included iron/board for your convenience, and a small gym. Not a fault of the hotel, I have a sensitive back and the bed was a bit too firm for me, so I had to check out early. The staff were very understanding about my situation and refunded my extra nights. Everything else was great.

The room was very clean and bedding extremely comfortable. Shockingly quiet in a street-facing room (5th fl). I ended up using the laundry machines, which was so nice. Everything is brand new. Only critique/pro-tip is the water station on my floor was super slow; I ended up using the lobby spigot to refill bottles. Also, elevator can be a bit slow.
