• Annie (7/5): - The staff were fantastic. Mr Loong went out if his way to help us organize a spa massage, even getting us a taxi both ways free of charge! Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was nice and clean. Everyone had great English and were helpful and courteous. A fantastic affordable option in a top location.
• Veerle (7/5): Great location but quite expensive for what you get - Nice and central location! Great to plunge in the (small) rooftop pool after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Hanoi. Breakfast was not tasty at all. Room not very clean. Pool was in the other building.

Une femme de ménage est entrée brusquement sans autorisation a 8h du matin alors que nous dormions encore Lit peu confortable

• Andreasen (6/5): Hotellet var ok til pris, men præget af placering i meget hektisk gade. - Hotellet var fint som overnatning tæt på den gamle bydel, men var præget af placering i en meget travl gade. Hotellet deler nogle ting med naboen, hotel med samme ejer, feks. morgenmad, massage og pool. Hotellets beliggenhed er lige ud til en meget trafikeret gade. Hanoi er præget af utrolig mange biler og scootere, og hvis der ikke er plads på vejen, kører scootere på fortovet.. et afspærret marked med meget smalle gader, var også præget af scootere, så det virkede en smule kaotisk og prægede nok vores syn på Hanoi. Poolen var ikke opvarmet, så den var iskold og blev derfor ikke brugt.

• Yan Ming (10/5): - The room was quiet given that it's still in the old quarter, so we had a good night sleep. We can still hear noises from the corridor, but it wasn't as loud as our other stays. Staff was friendly, and the location was in a good place. I'd recommend staying here if you're here for a short stay.

NO Window in sister hotel ! Make sure you know which one you are in. Ours haad no window, previous guest put towel over 'window' as light in it. WALLS also paper thin, could hear conversation at 6am as guests leaving.

De locatie is goed, maar ietsje verder wandelen van het echte 'centrum'. Ze komen elke dag vers water brengen. De kamer had geen raam, daar moet je je op voorbereiden.

• Virginie (7/5): Hôtel agréable mais le spa n'a de spa que le nom. - Nous avons apprécié la situation centrale du Skylark hôtel. Avons pu bénéficier d'un calme reposant dû à la position reculée de notre chambre. L'amabilité des réceptionnistes est très agréable. Mais la position reculée signifie aussi le caractère aveugle de la pièce. Il faut choisir entre fenêtre et lumière ou calme ressourçant. N'avons pas apprécié la position du "spa" de l'hôtel, dans un petit réduit sombre qui ne correspond pas du tout aux images de la publicité, l'odeur de renfermé et d'humidité, les aboiements incessants du chien voisin et la rudesse des masseuses dans leurs gestes et leur façon de réclamer, ou pourrait on dire plus justement, de forcer la main aux clientes pour obtenir un pourboire. Avons discuté ouvertement de ceci avec les réceptionnistes qui ont présenté leurs excuses, sans plus.

• Bhawnani (10/5): - A very cozy hotel, Dung, the receptionist along with the other staff gave us all directions about what's around the hotel, very friendly, the bathrooms were good sized, and it's in the middle of the market place so everything is very accessible and nearby.
