- Everett (2/5): Another failure by hotels.com - Expedia cheated me. Hotel.com never provided hotel with booking, after paying through app. I had to pay again - direct for a new room. Hotel checked several times; but Expedia never provided. It seems I now have trouble getting refund from Expedia. Expedia charges; but does not provide service. Be warned!!!!
