• Đức (1/5): - Đặt tầng 6 giữa đêm 12h đêm đến mới báo không có phòng, phòng có người khác ở rồi. Không hề liên hệ trước với khách để báo. Mất thời gian đến nơi giữa đêm lại mưa gió, mất thời gian, khó chịu thực sự

• Miley (10/5): - The property was in a very good location and close to city attractions. Was very happy with the room/suite. It is hundred percent value for money. Property was right in front of the lake with excellent views. The beds were very comfortable and heaps of space in the suite.

They sent me the standard reply three times, saying that if I let them know my arrival time, they'll prepare my room, and I sent them my arrival time three times. My room wasn't ready when I arrived, and they didn't receive my messages. Well, there they are, in the message history.

На картинках чудовий, але не факт що так і є, оскільки не вдалось туди потрапити - Мене не було в цьому помешканні, так як готель за годину до мого заселення написав шоб явідмінила своє бронювання, так як в них немає вільних номерів і вони мене заселять в якийсь інший готель. Дуже прикро, адже я забронювала готель зарання, кілька днів обираючи найкраще помешкання для себе. А вийшло, що жила б рандомному готелі. Відношення до клієнта

Chose this location as it was very near to Hanoi Standard chartered marathon 2025 starting point. actually, didn't stay in this hotel. when nearer the date of my stay, was informed that the room I booked was unavailable. Was arranged to stay at another sister hotel (along the same road)
• MINH ANH (5/5): Với mức giá 1m2 thấy chưa hề xứng đáng, mình ở những hotel 450-800k đều có áo tắm - Phòng rất chill, vị trí thuận tiện Ga giường còn nguyên vết ố vàng và rất nhiều lông tóc, và đặc biệt hơn là mình không thấy có áo tắm mặc dù có bồn rất xinh, và khi CI đến CO mình có xin hoá đơn invoice nhưng k thấy ai gửi cho mình dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng khá tệ

• Joshua (10/5): Great and easy. - Clean, easy, check in, great tub, great view. The hotel staff was also extremely accommodating with transportation. It wasn’t loud but it wasn’t quiet either. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs might be best. No smells like others reported. I stayed in the top floor lake view room with the tub. The hot water runs out a little quick but you can wait about 10 minutes to start it again.

The bathroom did not smell good, like something wrong with the pipes, potentially. Also the second day they left the same spoon there,seems like a small details bit not when ants are crawling on it. Area was not convenient for me.

Mein Zimmer hatte tatsächlich diese schöne Aussicht, die auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, auch mit der schicken Badewanne .... Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich war in jeder Hinsicht zufrieden und würde jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

There are a few nice cafes within walking distance as well. The room facing away from the lake is toward a community, which can be a little noisy in the morning.

• Adam (10/5): I would recommend, great value for money. - It’s a good location even though it’s not in the Old Quarter, it’s still fairly close. It was exceptionally clean and the staff were always very nice and helpful. Cannot think of anything, just had to learn to operate this bidet as there is a very fine line between a strong stream and no stream.

• Mary (9/5): Lovely staff, new modern hotel - Ha, the lady on reception, was super helpful and friendly and speaks great English. The hotel is relatively new and you can tell, the decor is done really nicely. This is by the larger lake more north of the old quarter but it is quick to get in if you want to. Good working TV with netflix and YouTube. Nice to have towel changes and fresh water each day. As in other reviews, there is a sewage smell in the bathroom once it's used but didn't bother me, especially when door closed. Wish the balcony doors locked better, and if you have a balcony onto the back street it can be super loud in the morning.
• Jazmine (10/5): Clean comfortable - The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were so helpful and friendly and I really enjoyed my time, i ended up staying an extra two nights. Perfect location next to the lake with lots of nice coffee shops and places to eat within walking distance A lot of people have mentioned the hot water - you have to wait just 15 mins when you put the hot water on before it gets hot! But then it’s fine 😁
