• Sara (1/5): - We didn’t get to stay in the hotel because they cancelled the reservation the day of the check in and we had to go elsewhere.
• Vlad (10/5): Cozy and comfortable - The location was nice, and the staff was very respectful. The room was extremely comfortable, with a big fridge, AC, and blinds. The contact for the hotel was quick to respond whenever we needed to, she even asked if it's ok for the housekeeper to come after we just wanted a towel change the day before. Just nitpicks: It's a bit hard to find, and you need to wait for a door to slide if going in/out at night. The place wasn't the cleanest (just a bit of dust that the housekeeper eventually cleaned at some point), and the shower door in our room didn't fully close.

• Luis (9/5): Great location.... - We love the location. We had a difficult time finding the place. It would have been good if the host had shared a picture since the civic number was not easily seen from the street. Thankfully the travel agency next door assisted us. Quyen the host was very responsive however.
