L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très central, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement les attractions célèbres de Hanoï et de profiter de la scène gastronomique locale à proximité. De nombreux restaurants et cafés se trouvent à seulement quelques minutes à pied. Le personnel était chaleureux, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Leur gentillesse a vraiment rendu notre voyage encore plus agréable. La chambre était propre, calme et très confortable pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie en ville. Anche la camera non era all’altezza: nelle zone umide erano presenti piccoli animali/insetti, situazione decisamente inaccettabile per una struttura di questa categoria. Inoltre, il prezzo finale pagato è risultato più alto rispetto a quanto indicato su Booking per pagamento con carta (non è per importo ma non era indicato). Nel complesso esperienza negativa, qualità-prezzo assolutamente non adeguata e struttura che avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione importante.

- Aga (8/5): - Чисто, уютно, хорошее расположение Мы приехали раньше времени, спросили во сколько нас заселят, сказали приезжайте к 12 часам, номер будет готов. По факту номер к этому времени не был готов, нам пришлось оставить вещи в лобби и уехать до вечера, так как уже запланировали день. Конечно хорошо, что отель согласился нас заселить раньше, но лучше не говорить это, если все равно не успевают подготовить номер и заселить.

- Arash (5/5): - The air conditioning was going off every couple of hours and it wasn't adequately cool the room even when it was running. I asked the reception to send someone to have a look at it but theguy had no idea and couldn't communicate in English
- Collins (6/5): - Great location, conveniently located within walking distance of most things in Hanoi. Although the apartment was quiet from the street, the noise inside the building made it up for it. We were woken multiple times by other guests unaware of how loud they were, along with constant running-water noise from the units beside and above. The fridge was also extremely loud, and the light from the aircon was so bright it may as well have been a ceiling light. There was also no window, which made the space feel very enclosed—almost like a prison cell. Definitely can get better value for money elsewhere.

- Christina (9/5): - Es ist ein kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Hanoi. Es ist nicht weit zum Hoan Kiem See und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt. Das Personal war sehr nett, der Service im Hotel sehr gut. Ein sehr guter Ort um von hier die Stadt zu besichtigen.
