• Thimmy (10/5): Great area, beautiful room, worth the money! - Nice area, clean room, lots of restaurants nearby, close to the water. Great introduction/check-in by Carmine! Medium distance to subway/train, and takes a while to get into the central part of Napoli (Centro Storico). This was however expected and comes as a consequence of wanting to stay in Chiaia, which is one of the nicer neighborhoods. Would recommend that you get the Lime-app and ride an electric bike along the coast (maybe 3 minutes walk to the coast) to get further into town :)

• Nancy (7/5): It's not really worth the slight discount to stay in a guest house. Better value elsewhere. - The staff was good and very responsive but completely remote. It's a great location and the room was impeccably clean. Reported a dripping faucet in my bathroom that never got fixed. Maid came and left all the windows open; room was muggy and smelled like a Naples sewer. Never did get the HVAC to work right. It is a guest house and the only probems that will get fixed are over the phone.

I rate the property highly just a few things to make it even better. The plugs don’t fit sockets well so need to had the plug in while you use hairdryer etc. bathroom tap had a constant drip just general maintenance things easy resolved. There is no interaction with any physical staff. All access to the room is through an app on your phone to gain access to the building and apartment. Takes a little to get used to but is fine once you start. Had no issues.

The communication with staff on WhatsApp was smooth and they always replied very fast. Check your phones internet connection as the access to the apartment is through an app and due to my phone problems I had a 5min struggle to get inside in the evening

• Helen (9/5): A little gem in Chiaia - Super clean, staff extremely responsive. The room was comfortable enough but pretty tiny. Don’t book room 5 if you need space. It was very quiet however, which some people might an advantage. Room was at the back of the building, so don’t expect a view. We noticedsome other rooms being cleaned that were much larger and even had a balcony, so pay attention to details when booking. The two Antonellas who maintain the rooms are wonderful. Breakfast was just coffee and cornetto (croissant). The voucher said something about juice and when we asked for water instead the barista went into a loud harangue. Even a waitress who worked there thought he was over the top. Definitely doesn’t like his job. The waitresses are sweet and helpful. You can’t really find anything resembling protein for breakfast anywhere in this neighborhood but there is an excellent upscale supermarket where we got yogurt and berries just a block away.

Negativt: incheckningen samt utcheckningen som inte fungerade alls!! Servicen som var svår att nå. De utger sig för att vara hotell som inte stämmer. Väldigt lyhört. Man hörde grannarna hela tiden. Oskön väckning runt 2 på natten när de kom hem och snackade i korridoren. Positivt. Riktigt rent.

The keyless entry worked well, once we figured out how to use, and was not a problem but it does require a mobile connection to access. (We purchased an Airalo data plan before traveling which helped us be able to access the room.)

Before arriving to Napoli, she arranged for car service to pick us up at airport and bring us to hotel. The hotel let us store luggage since we arrived so early... then sent me a message to let me know Antonella prepared our room - which was way before the normal check-in time. Marina's explanation and instructions for self-check-in and where to have breakfast was easy to understand. The room was small, but fine for our use since we were out exploring all day. We had a balcony with table and chairs, and a clean bathroom with excellent shower. The location was great for us... but FYI it is a bit of a walk from the Napoli Centrale train station if you plan on using that.

• Brandon (9/5): Incredible room with an incredible view. Recommend for everyone! - Very clean room with an amazing view. Has to be one of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Perfect for couples wanting to explore Naples, location is great to walk around. The virtual access via website is great when it works, but we had some issues with it not loading and having to wait and contact the host to let us in. Despite having internet access. The shower didn’t drain properly neither, causing the bathroom to flood every time we had a shower. Though this was resolved once we let the very kind cleaner know, who fixed it.

• Sabrina (10/5): - We stayed 10 nights here and we absolutely loved it. The host and the housekeeper were polite and helpful. Shopping, restaurants, gelato, grocery store and street foods all within walling distance. Lots of bars too but we didnt go to them. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Napoli. Neighborhood was very clean and so must history around every corner.
