Puedes llegar caminando al centro histórico (20 minutos aprox), está muy bien ublicado. La cama podría ser un poco más blanda, pero la verdad todo estuvo súper bien.

La camera é molto pulita e spaziosa, c’è tutto il necessario, se devo proprio trovare un difetto mancano degli attaccapanni in camera e uno scaffale in bagno per appoggiare le proprie cose, ma per tutto il resto era tutto perfetto e soprattutto pulito. His wife, Mia, was also incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived in Rome—she guided me on the most economical and efficient way to get from the airport to the apartment, which I truly appreciated as I was traveling alone. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I felt very safe throughout, and the location is excellent—close to many areas (with a bit of walking), and only about a 10-minute walk to Lepanto Metro, which is a very convenient line for getting around the city. This will definitely not be my last visit. I felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again. Grazie mille da Debbie ☺️

• Marcin (10/5): Bardzo udany krótki wypad do Rzymu - Czystość w pokoju i w łazience wzorowa, pokój przestronny, łóżka i poduszki wygodne,. W dniu przyjazdu w pokoju było nieco chłodno ale to żaden problem gdyż dogrzanie pomieszczenia klimatyzacją przed pójściem spać w zupełności wystarczało. Wyposażenie wspólnej kuchni, jadalni bardzo dobre, nie brakowało niczego, no może za wyjątkiem papierowego ręcznika kuchennego. Kontakt z właścicielem od początku wyśmienity nie było żadnego problemu z zameldowaniem się. Właściciel bardzo gościnny, pomocny, uprzejmy, poleca dobre restauracje w pobliżu oraz doradza co warto zobaczyć w Rzymie. Troszczy się o komfort gości, pyta czy coś potrzeba jak minął dzień, to bardzo miłe. Kontakt osobisty oraz przez whattsapa co też jest bardzo wygodne. Nie ma najmniejszego problemu z dogadaniem się po angielsku. Na plus również możliwość zostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu się. Lokalizacja apartamentu doskonała, wszędzie blisko: Watykan, historyczne centrum, stacja metra Lepanto, market, kawiarnie i restauracje a także przystanek autobusowy do i z lotniska. To był naprawdę komfortowy urlop w Rzymie, polecam gorąco Mia House Roma i pozdrawiam Pana Emanuele - właściciela 😃 Trochę brakowało małego stolika w pokoju, żeby postawić na nim kubek z kawą lub herbatą albo butelkę wody, nie była to jednak jakaś duża niedogodność

The apartment was clean and comfortable and met everything we needed for our stay. The shared kitchen is large and very well equipped, which was a big plus. The building is old, but that’s part of the Roman experience and perfectly acceptable for the area. The host was outstanding — very attentive, checking in daily to see if we needed anything and always helpful. The bathroom is not heated, which can be noticeable in colder months. The shower entrance is quite narrow, so larger guests may find it a bit uncomfortable.

La posizione è ottima: fuori dal caos del centro, ma allo stesso tempo tutte le principali attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti, e se non si vuole camminare le fermate dell'autobus si trovano a 3 minuti a piedi. L'accoglienza di Emanuele fa la vera differenza: sempre disponibile e presente per dare ottimi consigli e fornire tutto il supporto necessario a farti sentire a casa e vivere il soggiorno con leggerezza.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento, la ubicación es ideal para conocer la ciudad, la relación calidad-precio es excepcional comparada con los precios de la zona. No le falta detalle, completísimo respecto a enseres de aseo, toallas, etc, no echas nada de menos, como en casa, con una cocinita que utilizamos para los desayunos sólo, pero es muy completa, incluyendo horno y lavadora por si lo necesitases, que no fue nuestro caso. La comunicación excelente, Mía nos facilitó las instrucciones del check-in el día de la llegada, y todo sin problemas. Además pudimos dejar las mochilas allí el último día si coste alguno lo cual fue un lujo porque nuestro avión salía tarde y eso se agradece enormemente. Sin duda ha sido todo una fenomenal experiencia encontrar la casa de Mía para visitar Roma, estamos mucho más que agradecidos y encantados. Todo el apartamento está estupendo, no hay nada que no nos gustara, ha sido un inmenso placer poder descubrir la ciudad de Roma con los niños y alojarnos en la casa de Mía. Completamente recomendable, seguro que volveremos allí en nuestro próximo viaje a Roma. Gracias Mía.

The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming - they always go out of their way to help with any questions or needs you might have. Their hospitality really made the difference in making this trip memorable. The location is absolutely fantastic! Being so close to many of Rome's major attractions made exploring the city incredibly convenient. You can easily walk to numerous historical sites and landmarks without spending too much time on transportation. The accommodation itself met all my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend MiaHouse Rome to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in the Eternal City. I think that a minimal set of plates, forks, and knives would be helpful. Sometimes when you come back tired in the evening, you don't want to go anywhere. And you can eat with products from nearby supermarkets.

Il quartiere è perfetto...fuori dal caos turistico estremo, ma molto vivo. Seguendo i suggerimenti del nostro host Emanuele, abbiamo sempre mangiato nelle vicinanze trovandoci molto bene.
• Thierry (9/5): Super séjour dans un endroit idéal pour les différentes visites de la ville et du Vatican. - Logement très bien situé, proche du Vatican. Les hôtes sont d'une grande gentillesse et se plient en quatre pour votre satisfaction. Les lits conforts et le logement propre situé au 3ème avec ascenseur. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre familiale avec 1 lit double et un lit simple. Le point négatif est la vue sur les vis à vis, mais cela a peut d'importance puisque nous étions là pour visiter Rome et non rester dans notre chambre. Pas de possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner sur place , bien que un grand frigo et une bouilloire dans la chambre avec du thé ou du café à disposition.

• Yoann (9/5): Our stay in Rome was wonderful! - Our stay in Rome was wonderful! Communication with the host was very easy, and the automatic messages with access instructions were clear and helpful. Upon arrival, we received a great brief with local recommendations, including a list of restaurants and things to see. The host was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. The room was spotless, the neighborhood was calm, and the location—perfectly between the Vatican and the historic center—was ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommended! No kitchen In our flat but it was plan related to our room selection.

• Моника (8/5): - Персонала е много приветлив. Настанихме се в часа, в който пристигнахме (около обяд). Бяхме там за меден месец и ни бяха оставили комплимент. Имат разтворимо кафе, чай и чаши + кана за затопляне на вода. Ватикана е близо, замъка и куп заведения. Минахме всички забележителности пеша, така че не е много далеч и от останалите забележителности. Много е шумно в този град и добре, че прозорците заглушаваха горе долу външния шум. Има и външни щори, които затъмняват и заглушават. Не ни допадна това, че за 4 нощувки никой не почисти стаята, може би, ако бяхме за повече щяха да ни попитат за почистване. Самите апартаменти са в средата на една голяма сграда. Може би в нея има офиси, живущи и хотели.

• Dana Marie (10/5): Top Lage, sehr freundliche Besitzer. Absolut empfehlenswert! - Die Lage ist top. Man kann zur Engelsburg oder zum Vatikan laufen. Die Metro und der Bus sowie der SIT Flughafen Shuttle Bus fahren in direkter Nähe. Es gibt tolle Restaurants in direkter Nähe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Unser Zimmer ging zum Innenhof raus und es war sehr ruhig. Wir haben dort eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mit Kind im Grundschulalter.
• May Fatima (3/5): Not worth £162 (average) per night. - The Location This hotel/guest house is not worth the money that you will pay. It is not sound proof and you can hear everything from other tenants room as well as everything that is going on outside by the road. No refill for coffe ( i mean with that price per night it should have at least) and the plug of this room is very limited. I normally review places that I stay since I am a digital content creator and recommend certain places that I’ve tried. But I dont think this place is worth £162 per night. There are lots of places in Rome that deserve that amount. Aside that this place needs major revamp. Its not safe how their hot water tank is just above the toilet bowl. Cleanliness is superficial only the corners are dirty.Bed is not comfortable as well as the pillows.

Tem vários restaurantes próximos tbm! Ferro de passar roupa e tábua (raridade). Ótima opção! Anfitriã excelente que dá várias dicas! Mia é ótima!

• Ines (4/5): Puntuación desproporcionada - La ubicación, un barrio tranquilo y agradable desde el que fácilmente se puede acceder al centro. Locales cerca para cenar y desayunar. Reservamos por la valoración elevada y las buenas reseñas. Nunca me había alojado en un establecimiento que se alejara tanto de la puntuación en Booking. Tuvimos un problema con la cerradura de la habitación a nuestra llegada, a pesar de la amabilidad del propietario para resolverlo el alojamiento en absoluto merece esta puntuación por diversas cuestiones que fallaron y desperfectos en la habitación. Si quieres alojarte a un precio “ razonable” en una buena zona puede ser una opción pero en absoluto bajo mi criterio se corresponde con la puntuación. Resaltar la amabilidad del propietario pero no es suficiente. Una mala experiencia.

Mis papás se sintieron seguros y contentos El sofá cama es delgadito y sentía lo metales debajo a la hora de dormir

• orly (9/5): - קודם כל הליווי של הצוות מרגע ההזמנה ועד העזיבה היה מעולה... עצות למסלולים, מסעדות,הזמנת נהגים לאיסופים וכל מה שהיינו צריכים. נדיר למצוא כאלו מארחים. חשבו על כל הפרטים הקטנים בחדר ולא חסר לנו דבר המיקום מצויין רבע שעה הליכה ממרכז העיר (אנחנו הלכנו ברגל אבל גם יש תחבורה ציבורית נוחה מאד) בסהכ אהבנו מאד וזו תמורה מצוינת למחיר. היו כמה דברים קטנים שהסתבכנו איתם למשל רק מפתח אחד לחדר (וכמה פעמים התפצלנו ואז היה בעייתי לתזמן את החזרה לחדר שאף אחד לא יתקע בחוץ) ואין כספת בחדר (אז הסתובבנו עם הדברים החשובים עלינו אבל לתקופה ארוכה זה לפעמים בעיה)

• Kahraman (5/5): Memnun kalmadığımız bir konaklama ile - Tesisin konumu sessiz sakin bir caddedeydi ama merkeze biraz uzak Tesise girişte odayı nasıl teslim etmişlerse çıkana kadar bir daha hiçbir şekilde temizlik yapılmıyor havlular değişmiyor ve copler alınmıyor üç gece konakladık Zaten tesis sahibiyle sadece telefonda görüşebildik
• Filiz (10/5): Harikaydı - Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi. Tesise birçok kapıdan geçerek girilmesi güvenli hissettiriyor ki bu konuda en ufak bir tereddüt yaşamadık. Yataklar konforlu, odalar gerçekten tertemiz. Ama asıl konaklamanın güzel yanı Ayşegül hanım ve Eşi. Ayşegül hanım her detayı düşünerek varıştan ayrılışa kadar gerekli tüm bilgileri iletiyor. Sadece konaklama ile değil, sanki şehirdeki yerel rehberiniz gibi gezilecek yerlerden restoranlara kadar birçok gerekli bilgiyi detaylarıyla paylaşıyor. Bu tatilimizi çok konforlu hale getirdi. Hiçbir araştırma yapmadan gitseniz bile Ayşegül hanımın ilettiği bilgiler şehirde gezmek için gayet yeterli. Roma’ya gidecek herkese tavsiye edeceğim yerdir bundan sonra. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz tekrar. Geceleri yakınlardaki bir bardan olsa gerek gürültü oluyordu. Normalde sessiz sakin bir sokak nasıl canlanıyor anlamış değiliz :) bizim için sorun olmadı ama siz bunu bilerek gelin. Odada kulak tıkacı mevcut.
