Daniela Alejandra (4/5): Habitación descuidada, muy caro - Me gusto la ubicación del hospedaje, queda muy cerca de varios puntos de interés, es estratégico ya que puedes conectarte con el metro rápidamente Mi experiencia general del alojamiento es muy negativa, la habitación que nos toco era muy diferente a las fotografías publicadas en booking, por lo que siento que nos dieron una habitación que no estaba terminada en su totalidad porque le faltaban muchas cosas, incluso al entrar se veía un poco vacía. Se veia descuidada, porque las paredes estaban manchadas por las maletas y por las perchas de ropa. El baño era demasiado oscuro, tenia dos luces y una de ellas estaba quemada, cuando entramos nos pusieron un papel higiénico a medias y no nos dejaron más. El enchufe de la habitación donde va conectado el hervidor y el minibar estaba malo, por lo que tuvimos que usar el hervidor en el baño y nunca pudimos enfriar nuestras cosas. Nisiquiera habia un lugar para poner el jabon en el lavamanos, ni el shampoo en la ducha. En general creo que es muy caro para lo que es, deben mejorar muchas cosas.

Anita (7/5): Hotel with lift in good location. - Naples is expensive and this hotel seemed decent at a reasonable price point. Staff were lovely and helpful with booking a taxi & providing details of where to find it (by WhatsApp). There is a lift- small & old in the side of building we were in- but helpful for bags. We were there just to sleep so it was adequate for our needs. Reception was tricky to find (tucked in up side street); our room was off different side street & once thru street door we were in a ‘gritty’ space before going up to room. Room had everything needed but quite sparse.

Anthony (7/5): Not worth it - Good location The place appeared thrown together to create the space. The shower and bathroom door was raised to create space for plumbing. This raised section also was between the rooms so you had to step up just to walk between rooms. The kitchenette was non-existant and was the cause of the raised floor between rooms. There was NO water for the kitchenette sink. The shower didn't drain properly so we had to take 1 minute showers to keep the shower from overflowing. They're was no blanket on one bed so it a little cold overnight.
Maciej (1/5): - Pobyt w Residenza Toledo w Neapol był niestety ogromnym rozczarowaniem i zdecydowanie nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Zdjęcia obiektu wprowadzają w błąd – przedstawiają budynek naprzeciwko, podczas gdy rzeczywista okolica jest brudna, zaniedbana i bardzo głośna. Już samo wejście do budynku pozostawia wiele do życzenia – sprawia bardzo złe wrażenie i jest po prostu odpychające. Kolejnym problemem była winda – skrajnie mała (około 1 m na 50 cm), praktycznie uniemożliwiająca korzystanie z niej z bagażem czy wózkiem. Co więcej, po wyjściu z windy trzeba jeszcze pokonać schody, co jest wyjątkowo niewygodne. Wnętrze apartamentu również pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Panował tam brud – na podłodze znajdowało się mnóstwo ciemnych włosów, prysznic był zatkany i wyglądał bardzo niehigienicznie. Widok z okna był wyjątkowo nieprzyjemny – wychodził na stary, zaniedbany budynek. Dodatkowo kubki były brudne, co tylko potęgowało ogólne poczucie braku czystości. Dodatkowo spotkaliśmy się z nieakceptowalnymi, ukrytymi kosztami – ostatecznie zapłaciliśmy około 100 euro więcej, niż wynikało to z oferty przedstawionej na Booking.com. Taka praktyka jest bardzo nieprofesjonalna i wprowadza klientów w błąd. Podsumowując – był to jeden z najgorszych pobytów, jakich doświadczyłam. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca i uważam, że standard oferowany przez obiekt jest nieakceptowalny.

Federica (8/5): Posizione ottima per visitare città - Posizione ottima, da via Toledo si raggiungono facilmente a piedi tutti i luoghi turistici. A due passi comunque c’è la metro. Se si viaggia con neonato, con il passeggino l’accesso alle camere è molto scomodo.

Wir können die Residenza Toledo wärmstens empfehlen. Nichts... Es war alles wie erwartet. Wir können nichts negatives sagen. Ausser das auf der Insel Capri alles sehr teuer ist.

IleanaID (8/5): - Zona aproape de metrou, obiective turistice, curățenie. Camera era la etajul 1, cu fereastra la strada, dar nu se auzea gălăgia de afara. Pereții interiori subțiri, se auzea tot ce se vorbea dintr o camera în alta sau de pe hol. Fierbatorul nu funcționa, dar am descoperit în ultima zi și nu am mai solicitat altul.

Non c'era emmeno una bottiglia d'acqua, arrivando a tarda ora sarebbe stato utile trovarne. Ho mandato un messaggio della mia partenza e che avevo rimesso le chiavi dove le avevo trovate non un messaggio di conferma né di ringraziamento. Non credo debba aggiungere altro.

Justin (7/5): Naples offers full immersion into the busy city culture of an Italian city. Vibrant and full of sights but also a perfe - Central location to everything. Clean and modern decorated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Well priced and despite being in the busy part of Naples, there was hardly any noise. Some part of the room needed some attention. One of our side lights didn’t work and the tap wasn’t very secure. But this didn’t impact on our stay.

BEWARE: Deceptive practices and arrogant staff Overall Rating: 0/10 I strongly advise against booking this property. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. It’s not even about the money anymore; it’s about the lack of integrity and the appalling way they treat guests. The Issues: • False Advertising: The room we received was completely different from the one we booked. It was much smaller and definitely not soundproof as advertised. We could hear everything from the street as if the windows were wide open. • Cleanliness: The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. • Arrogant Staff: When we raised our concerns at the reception, the staff was incredibly rude. They told us that if we didn't like it, we should cancel on Booking.com and they would refund the money we had just paid upon arrival. The Refund Trap: We followed their instructions and cancelled the reservation while still at the desk. The staff assured us they would accept the cancellation. Instead, they rejected the refund request twice. It took three attempts for them to finally "accept" it, yet a month has passed and we still haven't received our refund. The Outcome: Because of their dishonesty, we were left without a room at 8:00 PM and were forced to find a new hotel last minute, which cost us twice as much. Avoid this place at all costs! They are unprofessional, deceptive, and have zero respect for their customers.
