The property was very easy to find, and the instructions provided were clear and detailed , especially helpful as we arrived late at midnight. Everything was seamless from the moment we got there. The place itself was clean and well-maintained, and the location is excellent. What really stood out, though, was the host, incredibly friendly and always ready to accommodate our needs without hesitation. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay :)

Roswitha (9/5): - Wir kamen mit der Bahn und das Apartment war fußläufig leicht erreichbar. Maurizio hat uns per Messenger super instruiert, wie wir ins Apartment kommen. Dieses war im 5. Stock und der alte Lift, welchen man bei jeder Fahrt mit 20 Cent füttern musste, rief fast schon etwas Nostalgie hervor. Das Apartment ist neuwertig und mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Elektriker hat sich bei der Beleuchtung der Räume und des neben dem Bett stehenden Whirlpools sehr ausgetobt. Das Frühstück, bestehend aus einem Kaffee und einem Croissant, musste man in einem in der Nähe befindlichen Kaffeehaus einnehmen. Auch die Altstadt war nur in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!!!

VALERIE (8/5): Bien situé et très confortable. - La situation, qui permet d'aller partout, et la proximité de la gare pour aller à Pompéi. Le confort des lits. Le fait que l'appartement soit en retrait de la rue. La réactivité de Maurizio qui nous a donné de bons conseils avec une extrême gentillesse. Moyennement insonorisé (on entendait bien les personnes des chambres voisines). Wifi aléatoire. La cage d'escalier pour accéder au 5e, assez sinistre.

Donald (7/5): Clean, but the ratings and comments don’t seem realistic for the place. - The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Maurizio received us very well. Having to pay 20 cents for the elevator each time had us asking for coins each time we bought something. The breakfast of either juice or coffee and a pastry was not what we expected after staying in b&bs where a complete breakfast is available. There was no common area other than a small water and tea station.
Michaela (9/5): - We visited Naples for a short stay at the beginning of April. We found the Twin Towers on Booking.com. Its proximity to the old town and the train station made it the perfect location for us. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner, Maurizio, who showed us around and explained everything we needed to know. The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. Excellent! Maurizio also gave us some great tips for exploring the city – thank you again for that! Another great feature was the provision of fresh drinking water, coffee, and tea. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside, unfortunately, is that the elevator costs 20 cents. The apartment is on the 5th floor, and after a day exploring the city, climbing five flights of stairs in the evening can be a bit of a challenge.

Sabine (10/5): Wir hatten tolle, spannende und Ereignissreiche Tage! - Die ausergewöhnliche Ausstattung des Zimmers hat uns sehr angesprochen. Wir haben die Sauna und den Wirlpool auch genutzt, da das Wetter noch recht kalt und unbeständig war. Die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr vorteilhaft. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber für uns ausreichend und sehr lecker. Da das Zimmer im obern Stock des Hauses ist, wäre ein Aufzug den man nicht bezaheln muss schön. Es waren zwar nur 20 Cent, aber im Zeitalter der Kartenzahlung nicht immer verfügbar : )

Miguel (9/5): - Der Abholservice von Maurizio war super und er ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön dekoriert und die Überraschung gelungen. Die Lage ist an einem sehr gut gelegenen Ort, sehr zentral, am Anfang des Centro Storico. Leider war es etwas hellhöriger als in anderen Unterkünften. Im Jacuzzi kam aus den Düsen, beim ersten mal sprudeln, etwas Schmutz.

Dommage que le pommeau de douche ne soit pas un peu plus long (20cm), mais sinon rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner était très bon (il est prit dans une boulangerie pâtisserie la rue à côté), le personnel par contre n’est pas du tout accueillant et pas sympathique.

Hady (10/5): - Nous avons aimé la localisation proche du centre de Naples et de la gare. L'accueil de Maurizio qui nous a gardé nos affaires car nous étions arrivés trop tôt pour le check-in. Un hôte très sympathique et accueillant, qui nous a expliqué quoi faire et quoi voir à Naples et aux alentours. Il a été d'une gentillesse exemplaire, l'ascenseur de l'immeuble est payant 0.20 cts d'euros par trajet. Il nous a même donné des pièces de 0.20 cts. La chambre était propre et confortable. Il y a tous les équipements accessibles et utilisables dans les parties communes (un frigo, un distributeur, un fer à repasser...) Je recommande vivement cet endroit et encore merci à Maurizio! RAS.

Simon (6/5): Great Location, Poor Room Layout - The apartment was super clean and well maintained. It was also in a great central location. We had the Queen's Suite and there was nothing to say in the documentation that the toilet wasn't ensuite and was in fact in the bedroom with only a pull down blind to separate it from the bed. The layout of the room was crazy as the massive jacuzzi bath significantly reduced the available space and created a very unacceptable bathroom experience. This poor layout materially impacted our experience negatively.

Whitney (9/5): Great stay... Maurizo was fantastic! - Our stay at Twin Towers was great and made even better because of Maurizo! He was so helpful. He was available via Whatsapp to answer any questions we had and he scheduled us several taxi pickups. He even went to the store to get me gluten free items for breakfast since the cafe across the street didn't have ant GF options. The facility is nice and clean. The bed were comfortable. The location is conveniently located within walking distance to the train station. The pillows were horribly flat and the sheets were heavily scented with cleaning fragrance.

Melissa (10/5): Luxury in a city setting!! Perfetto! - Absolutely beautiful room, very clean, very comfortable bed, spa bath and sauna was very much welcomed after all the walking! Maurizio was amazing and give us recommendations on where to go for food and even rescued us from being stuck in the life (completely my fault 🙈) not far from the main hustle and bustle so lovely and quiet in the room at night. I was in love with the tiles around the spa bath and the wallpaper! Ha Nothing I didn’t like an about this property!

Gianluca (10/5): Preis und Leistung war Perfekt - Maurizio der Besitzer, ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend, wir haben das Queenzimmer mit Whirpool gebucht und hatten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Einschalten, auch Spätabends haben wir zügig eine Nachricht erhalten und eine Erklärung wie der Whirpool funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, man erreicht den Bahnhof und andere Orte in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Würde das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen. - 20cent pro Aufzugsbenutzung - Whirpool ist zeitgleich die Dusche

Fatima (10/5): Ett modernt, bekvämt och lyxigt boende med perfekt läge nära centralstationen och personlig service - Vi bodde på Twin Towers Naples Luxury i tre nätter och fick uppleva tre olika rumskategorier – och allt var helt perfekt! Ett av rummen hade jacuzzi, ett annat hade både jacuzzi och bastu, och det tredje var enklare men ändå mycket bekvämt och stilrent. Alla rum var otroligt rena, välutrustade och smakfullt inredda. Det som verkligen gjorde vistelsen speciell var värden – han var otroligt hjälpsam och engagerad. Han gav oss fantastiska tips på vad vi skulle se och göra i Neapel, var vi kunde hitta den bästa pizzan och vilka restauranger och sevärdheter som verkligen var värda ett besök. Det kändes som att ha en personlig guide på plats! Boendet ligger dessutom på perfekt läge, bara några minuters promenad från centralstationen – väldigt smidigt om man kommer med tåg eller ska utforska staden. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera Twin Towers Naples Luxury till alla som söker bekvämt, lyxigt och personligt boende i Neapel. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka! -
Singh (10/5): - Struttura veramente bella, proprietario gentilissimo. Colazione buona nel bar sotto con la possibilità di scegliere tra una bevanda e un brioche usando i buoni che vi lasciano nella stanza ogni giorno. Per usare l’ascensore servono monetine da 20 centesimi meglio farsi cambiare 2 euro dal custode del palazzo cosi siete tranquilli per un paio di giorni anche perché la struttura si trova al 5 piano. La pulizia viene fatta ogni giorno con cambio dei asciugamani. Peccato solo per la zona, che come sappiamo tutti che la zona stazione non proprio tranquilla.

Stefania (10/5): un soggiorno praticamente perfetto anche se siamo ingrassati quasi 2 kg :D - non sono solita scrivere recensioni, ma io e il mio ragazzo siamo appena tornati da Napoli e abbiamo ancora nel cuore il trattamento splendido che ci ha riservato Maurizio del twin Towers insieme alla sua collaboratrice Federica. calore familiare unito a una professionalità da grande hotel, pulizia impeccabile, colazione deliziosa, posizione strategica (non vi servirà prendere l'auto né impazzire con i mezzi pubblici! potete fare quasi tutto a piedi). il tutto a prezzi più che onesti. non vediamo l'ora di tornare appena possibile, grazie di cuore <3
