• Robert (9/5): Great location! - The location was great! People in the building and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was down we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs. There is no reception desk. Code to get in front door and hotel room on the third floor.

• Julie (6/5): Very disappointed - have photos and videos which I can share if required. - Location Lift played up on arrival. Broke down the day before departure and the only way to get cases out on departure day was to carry 20 kilos down 3 floors of stairs which at the age of 69 was not easy. No other way to do this other than drop out of the window. Minute delay between accessing where the apartments were and the keypad outside becoming live, to access. Missing light looks an eyesore. Switches next to the bed are not secured. Toilet roll holder not useable as needs securing properly. Shower door stiff causing problems in and out, rubber under door hard and none existent in places causing shower to leak near to the wall and leave a pool of water on the floor. Poor view from windows. Not a good night sleep due to coming and going (slamming doors) and noises from a cistern from the floor above. APt1 Apartment 4- Air con unit did not work with the controller supplied. Used the air controller from apt 1 as it was the correct make and worked. ( there had been a review previously on this property and the air controller controller had already been raised but when I made contact they advised they knew nothing about any issues) .No glasses in room , found to have a drink, used plastic beakers which took away any feeling of luxury. Toilet holder issues. Towels had to be put on the floor outside the shower, when showering? Neither of these luxury apartments had any tea or coffee making facilities. Lift very old and not the best, we struggled to access the building on arrival with the lift but eventually got our bags to our rooms. From the Monday morning until we checked out accessing the property up the three floors of stairs was not easy and with guests having hip and knee issues it was even harder.

Pokój całkowicie odbiegał od tego co było oferowane w ofercie na bookingu, widok z pokoju mialbyc na galerię a dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na ruiny klimatyzatory i balkon sąsiada . Sam pokój z wyrwanymi kontaktami i zaklejony taśmami , gniazda przy stolikach nocnych przy próbie odłączenia ładowarki wychodziły całe razem z kablami pod napięciem !! To już zagrożenie dla zdrowia i życia!!! Wc bez zasłon z totalnie przezroczystą szybą … zero prywatności na toalecie … Prysznic a dokładnie jego podłoga i krawędzie budziły wiele wątpliwości co do czystości . Zarzadalismy zmiany pokoju i usłyszeliśmy że niema takiej możliwości , zaproponowano nam jakieś vouchery na kolejny pobyt , odmówiliśmy gdyż w takim miejscu to tylko można kogoś za karę umieścić Szczytem bezczelności było jednak to że zaczęli nas fałszywie oskarżać jakoby to my mieliśmy dokonać zniszczeń w pokoju , zaczęli być agresywni co typowo świadczy o ich zakłamaniu , zapomnieli że posiadamy screeny naszych rozmów dosłownie 5 minut po wejściu do pokoju … Nie polecam absolutnie nikomu , chyba że chcecie popsuć sobie urlop o tracić nerwy na ludzi którzy mają głęboko gdzieś klientów .

• Franc (10/5): heerlijk verblijf in een topkamer op een extreme toplocatie - de locatie, de toegankelijkheid, de hygiene, de uitrusting van de kamer, de voorzieningen van de kamer, het (ja, italiaanse)ontbijt, de communicatie met de beheerders - snel en accuraat…extreem dienstverlenend… eigenlijk geen min-unten…tenzij je gesteld bent op -rivacy op de wc…dan is het grote doorzichtige glazen raam niet je ding!!!

O quarto é lindo e confortável, moderno e romântico. Não há um balcão de atendimento, toda a comunicação foi feita por whatsapp e funcionou muito bem, com gentileza e rapidez. Inclusive, na chegada e na saída pedimos para entrar 1h antes do check in e sair 1h do check out e fomos prontamente atendidos. Recomendo muito! Nada

• Sandra (1/5): - Die Lage ist das einzig positive. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Aussicht in die Galeria Umberto gebucht. Bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf einen Hinterhof. Bild anbei. Telefonisch ist NIE wer erreichbar. Nach blöden WhatsApp herumgeschreibe, dann nach Ewigkeiten korrektes Zimmer bekommen. Dusche war eine Zumutung, ekelhaft bis zum geht nicht mehr. Auch keine Gepäckaufbewahrung. Der einzige freundliche Mensch war der Portier.

Will definitely be back next year - Amazing location, stunning views, comfy bed, very quiet of an evening and our room was next to the main door. Would 100% recommend Nothing. We did Struggle to find the entrance but Contacted the hotel and they got back straight away with a video of how to get in.
• Andrej (10/5): Comfortable stay - The accommodation has almost everything you need. A large shower even with a seat. Comfortable bed, beautiful view from the room. I felt comfortable and thank you :) Just missing space to store things. And those who prefer a quiet room may not be thrilled. I personally didn't mind it, but someone more sensitive may have trouble falling asleep because you can hear the sounds from the Umberto Gallery area.
• Anna (8/5): Beautiful Decor but Lacks Privacy and Quiet - My recent stay in Naples had its ups and downs. While it took me a while to find the place, I was immediately struck by the beautiful decor. The aesthetic was charming, and it created a lovely ambiance that I truly appreciated. I encountered significant issues with privacy. The lack of a private shower and toilet was a major drawback. It felt uncomfortable knowing that others could see everything while I was showering. This setup might be fine if you're traveling alone or don’t mind being seen, but it definitely limited my comfort. Additionally, noise was a persistent problem. The sounds from Umberto Galleria were quite loud, especially at night. I was kept awake by young people riding motorbikes inside the galleria around 1 AM. With a 6 AM flight, I desperately needed some sleep but found it nearly impossible to doze off. In summary, while the decor is lovely and the location is convenient, the lack of privacy and the noise made my stay less enjoyable than I had hoped.

Doccia 🚿 enorme a vetro con box che conterrebbe 5 px , soffione centrale incrostato da calcare quindi acqua percola, luci inutili cromatiche con telecomando non sempre funzionante, porta bagno 🚽 di vetro quindi no privacy e rischio sbattere testa Con finestre aperte molto rumore proveniente da galleria , per entrare in struttura 3 codici diversi, niente chiavi 🔑

• u28 (7/5): Wir waren lange unterwegs und haben das Appartement nur zum Schlafen gebraucht, somit ging es. - Frühstück war nicht vorgesehen, es gab aber vielfältige externe Möglichkeiten. Die Lage war für die Erkundung der Stadt sehr gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung des Appartements und das Gebäude waren sehr hochwertig. Den früheren Bewertungen war bereits zu entnehmen, dass es laut werden könnte. Dieses bestätigte sich. Leider war die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft nicht perfekt. Sehr unangenehm war die Geruchsbelästigung aus dem Sanitärbereich. Der Fön war nicht intakt, teilweise verschmort.

Sicuramente la posizione della struttura credo sia il massimo, per quanto riguarda il mio parere personale aprire le finestre e trovarsi all'interno della galleria non ha prezzo. La sostituzione giornaliera degli asciugamani è stata molto apprezzata Gentilissimo e molto disponibile il ragazzo presente al nostro arrivo Per fare la doccia mi sono visto costretto a pulire gli ugelli del soffione (a soffitto) perché non usciva acqua, il phon non funzionava l'interruttore luce del bagno (lavabo) era rotto, e inoltre a mio parere manca di un gancio per appendere gli asciugamani dopo la doccia

• Mauro Pelos (7/5): - Tutto molto bello, confortevole ed elegante. Quello che mi aspettavo. Anche l'ingresso all'appartamento, con l'ascensore inizio novecento, è stato molto bello ed esclusivo. Due/Tre cose: Il Bagno (la parte con il WC) non dovrebbe avere la parete trasparente, ma essere completamente satinato a tutta parete. Un po' di Privacy ci stava meglio. Il Bagnoschiuma era finito, strano che non fosse stato controllato prima. Inoltre mancano gli attaccapanni dove poter attaccare gli accappatoi in attesa e durante la doccia.

La deco des chambres est de bon goût et il y règne une atmosphère calme, douce voluptueuse. La grande propreté. Une idée gênante et tenace, venant des toilettes quand on pénètre dans la chambre malgré la propreté. Comme un reflux de tuyauterie. Sinon il manquait aussi des verres ou gobelets. Dommage car le bar semblait sympa.

• Herbert (8/5): Ruhig und im Zentrum von Neapel - Sehr gute Lage: Ruhig, leicht zu erreichen, ganz nahe an der Oper Teatro di San Carlo. Die Nachrichten des Hotels vor der Ankunft waren sehr hilfreich und ausführlich. Einige Selbstverständlichkeiten haben gefehlt: Kaffee und Tee, Kleenextücher.

• Philip (5/5): Would not book again - Location is excellent, nearby several major tourism sites, as well as metro train station and a fernicular train up to St Elmo. View of inside Galleria is nice. Bed is VERY hard, room is small, room was clean but common areas outside room, elevator, stairs, hallways look like they haven’t been cleaned for years. Was told bags could be stored insides locked gate, but gate was left unlocked, and inside gate is a common area, so not secure. Many homeless sleep inside the galleria, so maybe not a safe place for women.

• marco (4/5): Insonne !!!! - Struttura in posizione strategica, molto curata nei dettagli, moderna, pulita e molto accogliente. Comunicazione con lo staff perfetta! La colazione viene servita dal bar di fronte all’interno della galleria, molto piacevole. Impossibile riposare, lo scrivo con “grande dispiacere” ma la splendida galleria Umberto I e’ una cassa acustica dove tutti i rumori vengono amplificati, compresi quelli provenienti dalle strade che la circondano, gli infissi a mio parere non sono adeguati e quindi non si riesce a riposare nonostante la stanchezza dovuta ai molti km percorsi ogni giorno per visitare la città. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e avevamo due camere chiaramente con lo stesso problema.

• Jane (9/5): Adequada para uma diária (de 19hs) - Localização ótima! Limpeza adequada. 1) Da hora do checkin (14h30) e hora do checkout (10h00). Diária de 19h e 30min. Exatamente 10h nos contactaram para sair. Liberamos no horário e já tinha o staff da limpeza. 2) Não tem lugar para guardar as malas. Indicaram o corredor que estava com a porta quebrada. Qualquer pessoa com acesso ao prédio teria acesso às malas 3) não tinha nenhum cabide para pendurar pelo menos 1 roupa.

Галерията не се затваря и полицията допуска бездомните да спят вътре по централната част. Ставаш сутрин, отиваш за кафе и ги прескачаш. Недопустимо е в такава колоритна сграда да се допускат съмнителни лица, спящи по земята. Страх ни беше да не ни направят нещо. Това е проблем на града, а не на домакините, но все пак е неприятно. Виждах ги как уринират по цяла вечер върху колоните, под прозорците. Можеше за тази цена да се предложи опция за лека закуска в някое близко в сградата кафене.
• andrea (8/5): Buena opción para Nápoles , poco convencional - Es una habitación en una edificio que en si,el edificio estaba bastante deteriorado, la habitación que tomé era cómoda , aunque extraña, tenía cama redonda con la ducha en un cubículo trasparente sobre el cuarto ,no es un hotel no hay conserje , pero igual para una noche estuvo bien La ducha y el baño dentro del cuarto con puerta y estructura de vidrio transparente no me gustó,no fui en medio de una aventura sino con mi esposo
