• Hans (9/5): Uitstekend - Locatie licht dicht bij het station en binnen 10 minuten ben je in het historisch centrum van de stad. Kamers zijn netjes en worden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Voldoende Italiaans ontbijt met “veel zoet”. Heel aardige eigenaresse en assistente. Accommodatie ligt aan de rand van het centrum.

La nostra camera spaziosa e molto pulita e ho apprezzato molto il cambio degli asciugamani ogni due giorni. Ottima la colazione. Alessandra, la proprietaria è molto disponibile e sempre reperibile. Un punto in più la vicinanza del parcheggio, praticamente sotto l'appartamento. Nonostante la comodità della posizione in quanto vicina alla stazione, la zona non è delle più belle di Napoli: molta sporcizia e molti extracomunitari. Una volta entrati nell'appartamento però si entra in un altro mondo e si di dimentica tutto

Alessandra e la sua collaboratrice sono state accoglienti e calorose. Abbiamo respirato la vera ospitalità napoletana,familiare e genuina,fatta di piccoli gesti e attenzione che solo chi fa con amore e passione il proprio lavoro è in grado di fare. • Bruno (10/5): - Stanza pulitissima e staff sempre a disposizione, gentilissimi e competenti. Unico piccolo difetto l'ho trovato nella colazione. Nonostante sia servita fresca ( raro in un b&b) e lo staff da la possibilità, se necessario, di avere dei cestini per gli ospiti che hanno orari diversi, mi sarei aspettato cornetti e sfogliatelle fresche di pasticceria napoletana e non le classiche sfoglie precotte. Peccato ma si può sorvolare per tutta la disponibilità ed il servizio dato dallo staff.

Interno supera em muito o externo. - Conforto, limpeza, flexibilidade em nos atender (café da manhã em lunchbox para dia de excursão), encantamento de nossa filha de 5 anos. Café sempre à disposição, amenities de excelente qualidade. Café da manhã servido no primeiro andar excelente. Alessandra e sua equipe fazem um excelente trabalho de hospitalidade. Acomodação é ótima. O prédio um pouco antigo, na área central que tem a comodidade de fazer tudo a pé mas também com o ônus que as áreas centrais tipicamente trazem.

• Lilja-Maria (9/5): I recommend this place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to the train and metro stations, and easy to walk ar - The apartment was clean, and it was lovely that the room was cleaned and the beds were made every day. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff were helpful. The location was a bit of a downside in the dark, but the whole downtown area is quite similar. The walls were rather thin, and the crying of the neighbor’s small children could be heard very clearly — earplugs solved the problem.
• Hermann (4/5): nicht empfehlenswert - nette Eigentümer die Lage ist unterirdisch, wir hatten das Gefühl, im Ghetto zu wohnen. Das Zimmer war extrem hellhörig, man Konto nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen, ständig war irgend ein Lärm im Haus. Auch das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung, nur verpacktes Zeug und Toastbrot, ein bisschen Wurstbund Käse. Wie da eine Bewertung von 9,3 zustande kommt, ist uns ein absolutes Rätsel.

• Fiona (10/5): A clean and friendly HAVEN very close to transport links. - Gaisa B&B was the first stop on our holiday in Campania and we loved it! If you want to be close to Naples' main train station, we highly recommend it. The B&B overall: - Very clean, well maintained and well equipped. Fridge, kettle, cold water in the shared area. Dining rooms and a shared terrace where breakfast was served. - Staff: Alessandra and Francesco were both really welcoming! Meeting for check in was easy and they were very responsive on WhatsApp throughout our trip. They gladly offer tips, transport advice etc. to their guests. Alessandra and her team in the mornings were all especially lovely and warm to us. And thank you for the limoncello gift too! - Breakfast: Great! I'm gluten free / intolerant; my partner is normal. We were both given lots of options. Cheese, meats, various warm pastries, waffles, biscuits, cake, breads, peanut butter, honey, water, juices etc. And Alessandra made us lovely coffees too. I wish I had a photo to share as we were so well catered for. We were also given an extra special feast on our last morning! - Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to the main train station and metro. Also a short walk to several landmarks, food and the historic old town. Perfect! - LGBTQ+ friendly: I don't think the B&B listing states this. However, we got chatting to a gay and a lesbian couple here too. I'm a queer woman and I would have felt comfortable staying here with a girlfriend. 'Family Room With Terrace': - Cleaned immaculately every day! - Inside: Great size big bed, sofa bed, desk and clothes rails. So bright and airy with the curtains open! Modern, roomy bathroom with large shower. Very quiet with the doors shut, despite being so central. The air con was adjustable and very powerful on high setting. Blankets in the room too so we could keep it cold for my partner while I stayed warm. - Had a lovely, big terrace to itself. Nothing for us! Two pointers for why some people might not want to stay here: - If you have severe mobility issues, I wouldn't recommend here. We couldn't get the lift to work on one occasion and the B&B is on the 2nd floor I think. - If you are scared by a bustling, multi-cultural neighbourhood, you might not want to stay here. A couple of reviewers said about not feeling safe right outside the building. My partner and me stayed alert like we do in any city and had no problems right near Gaisa B&B at all, or around the train station. Entering the building requires two keys and the B&B itself requires a code. There are groups of adults on the nearby streets at night and there are piles of rubbish around, but that was all over Naples not just on this street. Personally, I felt safe coming and going here.

• Paula (6/5): Quarto bom mas localização horrível - O hotel é um oasis perto da sujeira e do bairro esquisitissimo que o rodeia. Por dentro é lindo, cheiroso, bem arrumado, o quarto é okay para passar uma ou duas noites, mas ainda estou chocada como a vizinhança é perigosa e dá muita má impressão. Logo quando chegamos um senhor nos avisou para guardar o celular porque poderíamos ser roubadas. Parecia uma grande favela, não gostei nada da localização. Não me senti segura para sair do hotel a noite e ir passear, só tinha uma noite e acabei por ficar dentro do quarto. Fora isso, as donas são muito simpáticas, atenciosas e fizeram um ótimo café da manhã.

Federica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, pronta a dare informazioni di persona e reperibile in qualsiasi momento al cellulare. Posizione della camera ottima, ha tutti i servizi vicini, è a due passi dalla metro ed anche molto vicina al centro storico. Siamo molto contenti del soggiorno, non poteva andarci meglio. Che dire, torneremo sicuramente.

• Maria (9/5): - Personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Habitación espaciosa, muy limpia y cómoda para viajar con niños. Muy cerca de la estación. En una zona con mucho movimiento, el barrio parece descuidado, pero no hemos tenido ningún problema. El edificio es un poco antigüo, pero como tiene ascensor no resulta incómodo. Hay bastante movimiento en la zona por la noche, pero no molesta.

• Rhonda (9/5): This B&B is a beautiful oasis in the middle of a busy city. - Exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing common areas to socialize. The owner was helpful and answered any questions we had, she truly thought of everything someone would need to make their stay here amazing. The area is a bit sketchy if you’re not use to a city environment and the B&B was a little hard to find.

• Adrien (8/5): Chambre top et service de qualité proche du centre - Accueil parfait, en français, anglais ou italien. La chambre pour 4 était très bien, propre et proposant tout ce qu’il faut. Le service et l’accompagnement étaient au rendez-vous !! Le petit déjeuner complet et diversifié. Seule surprise le quartier autour du B&B, qui est la périphérie du centre historique et n’est pas le plus accueillant, mais en 5’ vous vous retrouvez dans le vieux Naples. Parking à disposition avec supplément mais extrêmement pratique ! Merci encore pour l’accueil !!

• Marina (10/5): - Wir hatte eine wunderbare Zeit im B&B – die Lage ist einfach perfekt, mitten im Herzen von Neapel. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, kleine Cafés und auch der Hafen. Ideal, um die Stadt authentisch zu erleben! Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Besonders gefallen haben mir die liebevollen Details in der Ausstattung und das gemütliche Ambiente. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird! Das Frühstück war lecker, ideal für einen guten Start in den Tag. Auch der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Stadt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das B&B allen empfehlen, die Neapel entspannt und stilvoll erleben möchten. Grazie di cuore!

As paredes bem finas se escuta tudo dos vizIinhos ao lado. A proprietária ficou de me enviar o comprovante de pagamento da taxa de soggiorno por email e não enviou.

You share a sitting area in the morning with other occupants. The area around the building was dirty with a lot of garbage. If you do care about surrendering area and plan to be about sightseeing then this place will work. Location is a 5 minute walk to train station. Plan to get up very early because of noise! It is a city!

Super friendly staff and host who gave me great tips for where to go during my stay :) Everything was great, the street is a little busy with some people hanging about on the evening but they seemed friendly enough.

The location was fantastic, great for exploring and accessing the local transport network. The rooms were really spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also lovely. • Carla (8/5): Great. As described. - Host was very friendly and super helpful providing us a map and suggestions on sights and the best pizza! Breakfast was great. My son thought his pillow was lumpy 🤷‍♀️ In fairness, I imagine it would have been swapped if we had asked but we arrived late and only stayed one night.
• Anne (10/5): If we ever come back to Naples we will stay here again - Easy to find and within walking distance of the station. Our room was immaculate and the bed really comfy. The owner was very friendly and welcoming and the continental breakfast was lovely.

• Amy (10/5): - Alessandra is a great host and her associate Mary! Quick to respond when I couldn’t locate the B&B, came down to find me so I wouldn’t be lost. Property was clean and the breakfast was fabulous! It was perfect for an overnight stay and would think maybe 3-5 days would be fine. The only con is the area looks a bit untaken care of but I didn’t feel unsafe at all. It is within 10-20 mins walk to most attractions in the historic centre. Also, the directions to the location can be improved since the uber dropped me at the wrong place. There was a bit of construction work at night, I messaged Alessandra and she immediately responded to get the noise done. I would highly recommend staying here.
• Luis (10/5): - Cuando llegas piensas que el lugar va ha estar diferente a las fotos por la parte externa, sin embargo al ingresar el lugar es perfecto una muy buena atención desde la llegada hasta la salida. Lo que no es bonito es la zona sin embargo es un tema general para los hospedajes. En resumen si debería hospedarme nuevamente lo haría en el mismo lugar.

• Matthew (9/5): Good position, value for money and nice hosts/staff - Close to the Central Station, clean, air conditioned and Hosts and Staff very nice and helpful. Area around the station and apartment is a little run down but don’t let that stop you booking Gaisa, it’s a lovely guesthouse.

Thanks to her, I was able to enjoy my trip to Naples, and she was happy to help me when I asked for it. Although the location of this place is in a somewhat cluttered area like other accommodations near stations, I think it has enough charm. This place is clean, and Francesco's warm heart will soothe the hearts of travelers tired from the heat. Francesco! Thanks to your kindness, I have many good memories of Naples. The end of the trip was Naples, and I was very fortunate to travel to Naples for a while. This review is late as I am returning to my daily life. I will pray from Korea that you stay healthy there and that God bless you for your future. :)
• Georgiana (9/5): Superb - Clean and modernly decorated, the location is in the center of Naples, with quick access to the central station (bus, metro, train). Personally, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms (cleaning is done daily), in contrast to the city streets, which leave much to be desired :(. The staff is very friendly and Alessandra is a special person, always with a smile on her face and ready to give you advice and help with anything you need. Although the availability of a fridge in the dining room was helpful, my personal opinion is that having a mini-fridge in each room would be greatly appreciated.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Really nice large room, super clean and great facilities. Large 55" 4k TV, 2 double and a single bed in the room we stayed in. Large bathroom with a great shower. Feels like it was all refurbished just a short time ago and to a very high standard. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

• Dorian (9/5): It was worth staying at Gaisa’s Naples. - The property was very clean and comfortable. Alessandra is really kind and helpful. Location is not exceptional, however it is conveniently located if you don’t have a car since it’s minutes away from the train station.
• kathy (10/5): - I felt safe inside the property. Walking around outside didn’t feel too safe. The bed and breakfast is very clean and Gaisa is very sweet. I would recommend but be aware the neighborhood isn’t vey esthetic.

La rue n est absolument pas sympa mais l accueil , la chambre, la propreté , la réactivité de notre hôtesse étaient au rendez vous . Je conseille pour une visite de Naples en famille sans souci.
• ADEX FRANCISCO (10/5): Primeva vez en Napoles - Muy buena estancia, al principio nos asustó la apariencia exterior pero ya adentro del cuarto está limpio y cómodo. Excelente atención de la anfitriona.
