• sbiti (9/5): Très bon séjour - Emplacement pratique et calme, à proximité des moyens de transport urbains, et pas très éloigné du centre historique (15 à 20 mn à pied). Serena est une hôte attentionnée, serviable et accueillante. Petit déjeuner assez léger.
• Monica (7/5): Nice clean place in a good location. - It was very clean and spacious. Also the location was great. I think I’ll book again in the future. It would have been nice to have someone at the reception to solve easily whatever situation (the payment of city tax, if there was needed for toiletries, etc). Although the host was very very nice to solve whatever problem.
• Beata (10/5): Piękny i wygodny. - Obiekt znajduje się przy ulicy okalającej historyczną dzielnicę miasta. Duża kamiecica z wielką bramą. Dom ma taras dostępny dla gości ze stolikami, gdzie mozna było posiedzieć. Miałyśmy bardzo ładny pokój. Duży, przyjemny w użytkowaniu ze sporą łazienką. Bardzo przyjemne ręczniki - aż 3 na osobę, w tym bardzo duży kąpielowy. Piękny zapach w pokoju. Dobry telewizor. Wejście na kod. Nasz pokój był od strony podwórka i z ulicy nic nie było słychać. Bardzo blisko do przystanku tramwajowego. Najbliżej jest do Piiazza Dan Marco, a do Duomo ok 15 minut. W budynku na parterze jest bardzo przyjemna Caffe Principe, w której serwowane były nam śniadania (typowo włoskie- rogalik, kawa, sok, woda). Pierwszej nocy łóżko wydawało mi się twarde, ale wrażenie to minęło- łóżko okazało się bardzo wygodne. Zameldowanie było od 14:00, ale pokój był gotowy o 13:00. To nie wada, ale sugestia - w łazience przydałaby się mała szafka lub krzesełko aby położyć sobie rzeczy.

• Enrico (8/5): - Posizione perfetta, appena fuori dalla. Ztl, vicino al parcheggio e con il centro storico a pochi minuti a piedi. La colazione non viene servita nella struttura ma in alcuni bar/pasticceria nelle vicinanze, più o meno immediate. I locali scelti dalla sono comunque ottimi!

• Giansi2019 (7/5): - Buona posizione, si può raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi ma ci sono anche le fermate dei tram/autobus sotto la struttura. Inoltre per chi arriva a Firenze in auto, consigliato dalla struttura, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi è presente un parcheggio molto economico (abbiamo speso 19 euro per poco più di 24 ore). Stanza carina e confortevole. Letto comodo. Palazzo silenzioso. La colazione non è fornita da questo b&b. Noi siamo stati di domenica quindi siamo stati indirizzati con un ticket (costituito da un cornetto, caffè/cappuccino/thè e il succo di frutta) presso una pasticceria a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci hanno chiesto una differenza perché ho ordinato una piccola crostatina alla frutta, piuttosto che il classico cornetto.

It was a bit loud and thin wall, there may have been some construction going on so I don't believe that is too common. It did have an odd small through the hallways, but it wasn't in the rooms.

• Nicola (7/5): Struttura ok, ma servizi non illustrati correttamente e non all’altezza delle camere - La struttura in sé non aveva nulla che non andasse, non era chiaro dalla presentazione che era self service. Questo non ha provocato nulla, a parte che mi sono procurato un secondo rotolo di carta igienica, ma andava detto. Ho filtrato gli annunci per disponibilità parcheggio e colazione inclusa. La presentazione diceva anche colazione straordinaria o qualcosa del genere. Una volta con conclusa la prenotazione, nella mail di conferma si specificava che il parcheggio era vicino a 15€/giorno e la colazione su un bar fuori dalla struttura. La colazione in particolare alla domenica era in una pasticceria a più di mezzo km, dove erano isterici, servizio pessimo, bruttissima esperienza. Entrambe le informazioni, dovevano essere più chiare così che si poteva decidere consapevolmente.

• Noemi M.C (9/5): Oltre le aspettative - Struttura curata nei minimi dettagli. ben arredata e profumatissima. A 15 minuti circa a piedi dal centro di Firenze. Solitamente le strutture di questa tipologia: B&B, nascondono spesso brutte sorprese. Cioè non rappresentano poi nella realtà quello che viene mostrato nella foto su booking. Quì, la struttura è andata oltre le aspettative. Pulizia 'stupefacente' (neanche nei migliori alberghi, molto ma molto spesso). Colazione servita in due bar vicini alla struttura. Nota di merito alla signora del bar sotto la struttura (Gran Caffè Principe), di una gentilezza e dolcezza sopraffine. Grazie alla proprietaria Serena, per la sua Disponibilità e Gentilezza. Cosa non scontata di questi tempi! :) Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, grazie!...e alla prossima! Non è una critica, ma solo un consiglio: sarebbe utile un appendiabiti all'ingresso (accanto alla porta/specchio) per i giubbotti/giacche.

• Abigail (4/5): - Our room was clean and the location was about a 15 minute walk from a lot of the major landmarks. The hosts were helpful through WhatsApp and did a nice refresh cleaning of our room. The air conditioning in the room was also the best we’ve had in Italy so far!! We had a quite an issue however, with the water pressure in our shower. We were only staying for two nights, so didn’t feel the need to mention it to the hosts as it wouldn’t impact us for too long. But, while showering we often experienced the water completely losing pressure, so much so that we thought we had accidentally turned the water off. It would eventually come back, but it was never very strong to begin with. This made showering a little difficult.

• Stephanie (10/5): - Serena was extremely helpful! It’s conveniently located between 2 tram stops & you can take the tram from the airport for less than 2€! This place is about a mile walk from the Duomo, which is great for me but something to consider. Personally, I liked that it was a little bit away from the more congested touristy spots. The room was very clean, with vaulted ceilings and an effective air conditioner. The blackout shutters were FANTASTIC! With them closed, my friend and I did not know if it was day or night. :) There’s a great lil coffee bar right next door that kept me sufficiently hydrated and caffeinated.

A bejutás nagyon egyszerű saját kóddal ment, így nem volt gond hogy a komp késése miatt csak késő este értünk oda. A kommunikáció nagyon jo volt, minden infót megkaptunk. Az ágy fantasztikus végre egy normális matrac. Nagyon tiszta, több törölköző, pipere. Plusz párna.

La flexibilidad del alojamiento, nos permitieron salir una hora más tarde del checkout indicado en la reserva. Lo tomamos tarde, fueron muy comprensivos. El desayuno merece la pena, está en una cafetería algo retirada del hotel pero de magnífica calidad y con mucha historia. Totalmente recomendable. Los productos del baño son de calidad muy justita, por circunstancias no llevábamos nada y tuvimos que salir a comprar.

Travelers generally need a substantial breakfast.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Muy buena estadía! - Al principio fue un poco complicado acceder a la propiedad al no haber recibido el registro del hotel, pero la recepción nos resolvió rápidamente con una llamada. Excelente estadía con una estación del tranvía cerca. En la habitación no se escuchaba ruidos de afuera lo cual fue muy bueno ya que había mucho ruido. Todo bien, solo tener cuidado y estar pendiente del email donde te envían toda la información!

It was close to various restaurants and a nice walk to the train sation. It was also close to the grand central market and the Basilica of Santa Croce. Not to mention, it was right next to a nice little bar with friendly staff. 😀
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Ficamos em um quarto que acomodava 3 pessoas. Camas confortáveis, boa roupa de cama, mas quarto apertado para 3 pessoas. O banheiro também era bom e nos atendeu bem. Sentimos falta de cozinha porque faz muita diferença, mas não nos atentamos com esse ponto. Ar condicionado também funcionou super bem.

• Denisa (7/5): Good - We entered the accomodation via codes, so there is no time limitation for check-in. Even if there is no private parking, we left the car in a park house approx. 5 mins by foot for 15€/ day. You can reach public transport in less than 5 mins which is good as well. Also the city center is in reach by foot in 15-20 mins. Even if it has B&B in a name, there is no real breakfast. We received a voucher to visit a cafe downstairs, where we were offered coffee or tea + water or juice + sweet croissant. We are not fans of sweet breakfast. Also we made a note about gluten free option and response was: "ok for gluten free breakfast" but it was not an option in a cafe. The first morning was rough, as there were construction works upstairs since 7:30 am. Hair dryer functions for 30 sec and the it needs to cool down for 10 mins.
• Yasmin (6/5): - The hotel was okay in general, everything you need was there and the location is also not too bad. It is quite central however not in the middle of the city. I did not like that it was quite noisy eventhough we did not have the room towards the street but the walls are very thin. Also, the water turned cold sometimes in the shower and not much water came out. Same with the hairdryer, it takes you ages to dry your hair. When we arrived there were scrumbles on the floor and some hairs, so it was not super clean.
• Stephanie (10/5): - Wonderful location for visiting Florence, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Dumo, Market Centrale etc. clean room and wonderful communication from Serena. There isn’t usually a staffed front desk person, but the staff is very attentive. Would stay here again! The cafe next door, Principe is GREAT for coffee, Aperol spritz and a quick snack!

• Foster (8/5): Memorable - The rooms were very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the big screen TV provided entertainment and relaxation after a long day of being a tourist. Serena provided assistance when needed and was a gracious host. The location wasn't too distant from the Florence attractions that were a must for us. Good restaurants were close by and the breakfast cafe at just the bottom of the stairs was perfect. The service at that cafe was top notch.....great folks, morning and night. Can't say. No complaints.
