• Julian (10/5): - Located on The Plaza Dante is a lovely location to escape to in Naples. The apartment was a good value for the price. Best was the contact with the concierge, who was proactive, kind, and always supportive.

• Caravello (10/5): - Posto centralinissimo, a piedi puoi visitare tanti posti dedicati alla bellissima Napoli, stanza comoda, pulita e luminosa, staff gentilissimo. Siamo arrivati con la macchina abbiamo avuto il parcheggio dentro il palazzo, e con un supplemento in più in modo molto gentile ci hanno fatto lasciare la macchina qualche ora in più dopo il check out per finire di girare Napoli, pochi metri dai quartieri Spagnoli, Spacca Napoli e la piazza Plebiscito, sulla strada di via Toledo. Se dovessi ritornare a Napoli saprei dove andare.
• Aury (8/5): Ottima camera per brevi soggiorni - La posizione è eccellente, ideale per visitare la città a piedi o comodamente con la metro situata proprio di fronte. L’edificio si trova in un complesso residenziale piuttosto datato e poco curato, ma la camera si presenta completamente ristrutturata, moderna e molto pulita. Molto meglio di quello che ci aspettavamo, con colazione fantastica e con possibilità di usufruire del deposito bagagli. Sicuramente da tornarci. Il bagno, seppur funzionale, presentava qualche limite: lo sciacquone non era perfettamente efficiente e la doccia risultava un po’ datata.

• BANCHEREAU (5/5): Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement. - Emplacement et petit déjeuner Notre expérience a été décevante et très désagréable. La salle de bain n’était pas propre : des cheveux et même des restes d’ongles jonchaient le sol, des poils et cheveux étaient présents dans les lits, et des taches visibles sur les serviettes et les draps. Le ménage n’avait manifestement pas été effectué. La chambre prévue pour trois personnes était en réalité équipée d’un canapé-lit, cassé en son centre, rendant la nuit particulièrement inconfortable. De plus, l’horaire de check-in est rigide, car personne n’est présent sur place. À notre arrivée, la personne qui nous a accueillis était pressée et ne parlait que l’italien, ce qui a rendu la communication difficile. La communication avec le personnel de gestion se fait uniquement via WhatsApp. Lorsque nous avons signalé ces problèmes le lendemain, notre interlocutrice a mis en doute nos propos, sans présenter la moindre excuse. Autre point négatif : les chambres se trouvent au 3ᵉ étage d’un vieil immeuble d’époque (avec des étages très hauts), équipé d’un ascenseur… mais il faut payer 20 centimes à chaque utilisation.

• Jorge (8/5): Buena ubicación para ver Nápoles - Ubicación muy buena en plena Plaza Dante. Se trata de un Palazzo antiguo, con un gran portón de acceso a un gran patio interior, donde está el ascensor. El anfitrión nos recibió en la puerta y nos acompañó a la habitación. Para el desayuno te dan un vale para un café y una sfogliattella en una cafetería próxima. Muy amable el anfitrión, nos guardó el equipaje el último día mientras dábamos una ultima vuelta por Nápoles para no tener que cargar con ellas No nos especificaron que el desayuno era en una cafetería. Contactando con el anfitrión por la noche nos dijo que el vale nos lo darían en una tienda que había justo abajo. La tienda abre sobre las 9h (no recuerdo bien), así que si te quieres levantar pronto para ir a ver cosas y aún no tienes el vale tendrás que recogerlo más tarde - acuérdate de pedirlo al llegar!. Luego en la cafetería, te ponen problemas si vas a desayunar "tarde". El edificio donde está el B&B está bastante viejo y destartalado (pero el B&B está todo muy limpio y renovado!).

• Gerard (10/5): - Un emplacement fantastique dans le centre historique de Naples. Il suffit de faire quelques mètres pour prendre le métro. Il n'y a pas de petit déjeûner sur place mais on peut déguster à moins de 20 m Café, cappuccino, viennoiseries et autres succulents gâteaux pour moins de 5€/personne. De plus les propriétaires sont hyper sympa. C'est certain nous reviendrons à Chocolate's Home sans hésiter.

• Matylda (8/5): Very good - The localization of Chocolate's Home is perfect. Just in the center of Naples, everything is close. No metter what direction you want to exlore the city, this is the strategic point! The whole building has the charm and atmosphere of Naples. What is important, we felt really safe all the time, and at night walking back. During our 4 night stay we had bed sheet and towels change once that I did not expect! Only thing that could be the problem for some people is the localization on 3rd floor ( really high floors so MANY steps) and sometimes elevator did not function. So for ppl with kids and stroller or for someone older it would be not the best option. Also for two people there was only one bed sheet.

• Kristina (7/5): Good - super location, beautiful historical building, huge room with big windows and balcony , big bathroom, once housekeeper went to clean room and change towels and sheet, small fridge and NETFLIX!!! good isolation between rooms it was very dirty, i was washing floor by myself, because floor never were washed there, just vacuumed clean. i was with baby, and he was fully black. and shower cabin are dirty.
• Lucy (8/5): it’s a comfortable property for short stays - location is perfect, bright airy room and well air conditioned lack of cups, spoons etc for drinking and snacking .
• Vivien (3/5): if they added some stuff it would be a great place to stay - The host Salvatore was extremely helpful and friendly but that did not make up for the lack of facilities in the room. There was a kettle but not a single glass or mug and no fridge. in fact nothing but a kettle.
