• Monica (1/5): - Praticamente niente. Non vedevo l'ora di scappare. Mai e poi mai co tornerei. 1_la poca trasparenza nell'assegnazione delle camere. Ovvero, avevo acquistato un soggiorno in una matrimoniale di 15 mq con scrivania, mentre mi sono ritrovata al ceck-in in una singola di 8-9 mq (con letto alla francese) spacciata per matrimoniale, senza nessun appoggio né per valigie, né per beauty-case, orologi, occhiali, chiavi ecc. C'era talmente tanto poco spazio tra letto e muro, che per aprire la valigia (a terra), mi toccava sedermi sul letto. A quel punto chiedo spiegazioni e per tutta risposta mi sento dire che l'assegnazione delle camere è del tutto casuale (???) e che almeno per una notte avrei dovuto dormire lì. L'indomani mi avrebbero fatto spostare in una camera più grande, l'unica rimasta; peccato, però, che aveva l'affaccio della finestra direttamente sul vano scale! 2_la struttura di per sé potrebbe essere anche carina , visto che trattasi di un ex convento, ma è estremamente umida, fredda e malsana (lo so percepisce già all' arrivo, entrando nel portone). Ci sono grosse macchie di muffa in alto sia sui muri che sul soffitto delle camere. 3_Entrare in bagno è una vera prova di sopravvivenza, in quanto tutte le camere presentano bagni SENZA riscaldamento e la pressione dell' acqua è bassissima. Risultato: ti lavi sempre con acqua ghiacciata (mi riferisco soprattutto a lavandino e bidet), mentre per la doccia, se hai il coraggio di fare scorrere l'acqua per un quarto d'ora, nudo e al freddo, forse riesci anche a lavarti con acqua leggermente tiepida. Ovviamente anche i teli, in assenza di riscaldamento, restano sempre e perennemente bagnati. 4_le camere sono fredde, buie e poco pulite; presentano pavimenti e pareti sporche, con segni di pedate ed insetti spiaccicati e penzolanti nella parte bassa dei muri (a circa 1 metro e mezzo dal battiscopa). Questo vale anche per le pareti del bagno (e pensare che la donna delle pulizie aveva appena finito di pulire..!

• simone (9/5): Da sempre, raccomando a tutti i miei contatti, di trascorrere un soggiorno a Napoli e di "perdersi" - Nella mia prenotazione nn avevamo la colazione, posso invece esprimermi sulla comodità della struttura, lo spazio della camera e la simpatia travolgente della governante.
• Yll (10/5): - Our stay at the apartment in Naples was a fantastic experience. Everything was perfect – the cleanliness was exemplary, the location very convenient, and the staff member who welcomed us was wonderful. She also helped us with recommendations for some local restaurants that were really worth trying. We truly felt at home! A small suggestion for improvement: the towels should be replaced, as they were a bit worn out. Apart from that, everything else was excellent and I would gladly recommend it

• Rossana (1/5): Da evitare assolutamente!!!! - La struttura si trova comoda a una fermata della metro. Unica nota positiva delle nostre camere è che la doccia è in un locale separato dal bagno per cui si possono usufruire i due servizi contemporaneamente. La struttura è pessima. Le foto sono ingannevoli. Già quando si arriva il portone di ingresso da idea del posto in cui ci si trova. Entrati dentro un forte odore di muffa e umido ti avvolge e continua per tutto il corridoio e anche nelle camere. Il nostro soggiorno prevedeva due camere una doppia (leggermente decente) e una tripla. Le camere sono umide tanto da avere i materassi bagnati. Abbiamo dovuto tenere la finestra aperta per tollerare l’odore e, considerando che la struttura è vicino a un ostello della gioventù, abbiamo sentito chiasso tutta la notte. Pulizia scarsissima (gli arredi piedi di macchie di ogni genere), anche i pavimenti erano trasandati. Non abbiamo potuto nemmeno fare una doccia calda in quando l’acqua calda non veniva. Nella nostra camera era rotto lo scarico del wc, quindi l’acqua scorreva tutta la notte (oltre allo spreco il rumore). Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto le Dovute segnalazioni ma non ci è stato consentito un cambio camera dicendo che non erano disponibili. Infine ciliegina sulla torta, La signora ha fatto le foto dei nostri documenti senza consenso, procedura non allineata alle ultime normative in termini di privacy.

Mi è piaciuto molto stare lì. Prenotando qui, mi sono salvata il pernottamento a Napoli. Avevo precedentemente prenotato in una struttura terrificante.

• Monika (6/5): Pleasant - The accommodation is not far from the center, you can walk in 20-30 minutes. There is a metro station nearby, about 10 minutes walk. We ordered a large room and got a small one. After contacting the owners we were directed to check with booking.com and our room was not changed. In the room itself, the strips of the bathroom door were peeled off, the shower was already clogged after a short bath and the water did not run. There is a lot of mold in the room. Also, when we came back from the city, we found the room unlocked and cleaning products forgotten by the maid, which caused a great feeling of insecurity because we had left personal belongings in the room.
• Dhanya (10/5): Definable recommended if you are staying in a group, super clean, quiet and in central location. - The check-in process was smooth and without any hassle, the staff was friendly, welcoming and very responsive 😊 There is not a thing which I didn’t like, everything was amazing and taken care of, kudos to the staff!

Metro is 500m away and not 120m as advertised. don't know why but they asked for City Tax again even though it was included in the total price already according to booking.com. Quite far from the center (around 20 min. Walk). Only 2 (one large one single) blanket for 4 people (actually 5 if you would count our 3y old, but she was free...) mattresses too thin and uncomfortable, (Sofa bed's)

• Leila (10/5): Comfortable clean and welcoming - Extremely clean and perfect location in Napoli. Staff was very helpful with us checking in at a later time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience we will be back. The beds are a little firm but the room is beautiful and clean.

Warm weather, Maradona energy is everywhere :D Very clean place, with hot water, good shower, and cleaning every day of our room. very friendly woman that spoke with me during our visit. 30 minutes from historic centre.

Fridge in room did not work and had to be replaced, but it was done within a day. Shower head in bathroom was old and leaked water on the bathroom floor. Drains in bathroom were inclined to smell.

Sempre! - Palazzo Belmosto is a clean as a whistle b&b in a residential building. the place has been very nicely refurbished to excellent standards. all amenities for today's traveller are at hand, including a Kimbo espresso machine. thanks to Daniela and her staff for a great stay and for adding to a new found love for Napoli and the Napolitans.

• Rabze (7/5): Nice but can improve - A fresh and quiet room, with a very nice coffee machine. Simple and nice decoration with a small fridge, just what we needed. You can tell that the place just (re)opened. Some of the facilities really needed a start check : the AC was loosing water and hot air in the room, the shower's light was not functionnal and the drain was stucked. But we're sure that's nothing a bit of use could fix.

• amberdoestravel (10/5): Spectacular ✨ - Absolutely amazing location. The B&B is about a 2 minute walk to Salvator Rosa tube station so you can get around the city very easily. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. My room was SPOTLESS and extremely modern. It was equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge (bottles of water in the fridge, nice touch after travelling). Most importantly, the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. Thank you to all of you! I will be returning! Really good place to stay if you want to check out the city of Naples 💖
• Amber (10/5): - Super close to Salvator Rosa tube station which can take you all over Naples. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby so you can get breakfast in the mornings. Rooms are SPOTLESS and super modern. Communication from staff was amazing and everything was clear. I was also able to leave my rucksack as my flight was late at night. I will be returning! Grazie!
• Muzslay (10/5): Hidden gem - Absolutely fabulous hidden gem. Room is nice and specious with modern decor. Close to the metro station but also in a walking distance you can be in the center. Host is lovely and helpful.I would highly recommend this place when you are visiting Naples.
