From the moment we arrived, Monica went above and beyond—not just as a host, but almost like a local guide. She was incredibly helpful, full of valuable information, and genuinely invested in making sure we understood the city and made the most of our time. She even arranged an early check-in for us and provided a clear access code to the accommodation, which made our arrival smooth and completely stress-free. You could tell her priority was simple: make her guests feel comfortable, confident, and happy. The accommodation itself was exactly what you hope for when visiting Italy—authentic, charming, and full of character. It had that real “Italian” feel that you don’t get from generic places. On top of that, it exceeded expectations. There were thoughtful touches like complimentary snacks, and overall it offered more than what was advertised. Cleanliness was flawless. The room was spotless, and the daily cleaning service was consistent and reliable—easily a 10/10. The location was another major advantage. Set in a peaceful area, yet extremely well connected with transport links. With just a short walk, you could reach pretty much everything you need, which made getting around effortless. A special mention has to go to Pizzeria e Trattoria Regina Vittoria, which became our go-to spot. The food was outstanding—especially the pasta and gnocchi, which the owner kindly prepared specially for us. Great atmosphere, great people, and genuinely memorable meals. Overall Ratings: Cleanliness: 10/10 Helpfulness: 10/10 Location: 10/10 Value for money: 10/10 Final Verdict: This stay was a perfect 10/10 across the board. Affordable, authentic, and run by someone who truly cares. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, local character, and genuine hospitality, this is it. I didn’t like that this place isn’t in London… because I’d happily move in permanently if it was.

La posizione ottima per chi avesse bisogno di frequentare l'Osservatorio o altre strutture a Capodimonte. Ci vorrebbe qualche istruzione in piu' per l'utilizzo del riscaldamento.

• Ricardo (9/5): - The common areas of the apartment were very well decorated. For breakfast you can have tea or coffee (a nice professional coffee maker). I didn't meet anyone during my stay, not even the owner. We did everything with whatsapp. The air conditioning worked and it managed to warm up the room. In the bathroom you can heat up with a little electric stove. They cleaned my room once during my 2 night stay. Poor illumination in the bedroom and in the bathroom. The room was cold at first (15C) but after a couple of hours it was acceptable (19C). There is a single numerical key code to enter 3 doors: the building, the apartment and the bedroom. The building pass code should be different as there is no way to have privacy. I appreciated very much the water boiler, however it was full of limescale buildup (hard water). The location is not the best but the price is fair. As it was pointed out already, the view from the room is simply an enormous wall.
• Kadima (10/5): Perfect - It’s the best staying experience in Naples, and the neighborhood is also very nice! Monica replies very quickly and give useful recommendations nearby. I will choose here again if I come back to Naples in the future.
• Ariella (10/5): - מלון חדרים מקסים, מרגיש כמו דירה חמודה בלב העיר העתיקה. בחרנו במלון כי היה קרוב לקורס הפיצה שלקחנו ב AVPN (המלון לא קרוב למרכז, אבל נמצא במיקום מעולה לקורס וקרוב לפארק הארמון המהמם). אני חושבת שמעל לחדרים היפים והנקיים האירוח הלבבי של מוניקה פשוט עושה את השהות ל WOW! היא זמינה תמיד ונותנת טיפים מעולים למסעדות ותחבורה ורק בגללה שווה ללון ולחזור למקום. המקום עצמו הוא סוג של "דירה" גדולה, כשלכל אורח יש חדר עם קוד ובמרכז הדירה "חדר מגורים" ומטבח מאובזר. מומלץ וחוויתי.

• Frank (7/5): Communicatie verloopt eerder stroef - Mooie en propere kamer annex badkamer. Mooi en groot salon, mooie en grote keuken. Jammer genoeg kan je er niet koken en is de koffiezet (met capsules) afgeplakt. Gelukkig is er oploskoffie. De communicatie verloopt eerder stroef. De gastvrouw haakt voortdurend in als ik haar voor de toegangscode bel. Ze blijft anderzijds steeds dezelfde sms sturen voor een scan van mijn documenten, ook nadat die verzonden is. Ik heb de gastvrouw helaas nooit persoonlijk mogen ontmoeten.

Communication from owner was great and very helpful throughout I loved the location and neighbourhood but you need to like hills and cobbles to stay here

• Laura (10/5): Napoli Quick Visit - Gorgeous restoration! Elegant and comfortable. VERY quiet in a local working neighborhood. Easy walk to local cafe for wine and pizza. It was very close to large park for walking. Near historical sites. Loved having an in room refrigerator. Coffee, tea provided. Also breakfast pastries. Heat and cooling excellent. Very spacious and sophisticated shared space with games and sofa. Our host arranged for a taxi to airport pickup, about 12- 15 minutes ( early in the day). That is so helpful for guests! I would stay again!!! Highly recommend!

She advised where and how to visit Tourist places. Very welcoming and friendly, and communicated with us everyday. Local area has 2 lovely restaurants, supermarket (7 mins walk), park and a cathedral. Everything was good for us.

• Catherine (10/5): Gorgeous & peaceful place to stay in Naples - Beautiful bnb, rooms were so beautifully designed and the breakfast & common areas were stunning too, felt like a home from home. Gianpaolo was really easy to contact and help us with advice on transport and some trips. The area felt very safe and close to the very beautiful park and museum. Nothing! It was perfect
