- Shuen Sern (9/5): Definitely come back to stay here again if I’m around. - Pick this hotel for your layover, it provides a free shuttle bus/van service between the airport and the hotel, with a fixed schedule. It’s recommended to contact the hotel upon landing to reserve a slot for the shuttle service. Overall, it’s a great option. If you’re heading into town, you can contact the concierge to arrange the shuttle; they will drop you at the airport, where you can conveniently connect to the subway. The facilities and cleanliness are good, and you can even enjoy complimentary laundry services. -The response from the hotel/concierge through wechat/booking.com message is slow. -The bathroom got no place to hang clothes and towel. -The view from my room is below expectation.

- Shiryaev (7/5): - По работе остановился на 2 дня чтобы не ездить далеко в город. Я думал что это будет прям в пешей доступности от Аэроопрта но оказалось что там около 5 км. А так в целом хорошо Шатл автобус ходит один раз в 30 минут, немного далековато от Аэропорта, Из окна слышен Аэропорт и системы отпугивания птиц (стреляют газовые пушки). Ресторан вечером работает в определенные часы с 5 часов кажется и до 8. В вечернем ресторане нет европейской еды, сложно для желудка. Но справедливости ради все гостиницы которые есть в этом Аропорту они все стоят рядом друг с другом, прям соседние здания, так что жругие сокрее всего будут такие же. Нет рядом магазины чтобы купить перекус

- Linda (10/5): Great if you have an overnight layover! - I got a nice, spacious twin beds-room for $60 a night, close to the airport as advertised (6 mins drive? from airport, about 20 RMB for taxi). Staff were nice and there’s a restaurant in the hotel so you can get food for the night. I also left my universal charger at the hotel, didn’t realize until I flew to the next destination, and I messaged them about it. They were so prompt in their reply and helped me sort it out through WeChat and I paid 26 RMB for them to ship it back to me the next day (shipping domestically in China)! It was also packaged well, with bubble wrap to prevent damage. I booked a room when I landed at Qingdao so I wasn’t able to schedule the hotel’s free airport shuttle in time to come get me, (you have to let them know in advance), but that’s okay. I used their free shuttle service to get to the airport in the early morning (I think their earliest shuttle is 4:30am). Super convenient!

In het restaurant zaten veel mensen met een jas aan want het was er echt koud. De cappuccino was alles behalve lekker. Het was zeker niet fijn om daar te ontbijten.

Отличный просторный номер со всем необходимым. Хорошо оборудованный спортзал. Завтрак отменный, очень разнообразный и вкусный! Персонал совсем не говорит по-английски, но пользуются приложением и очень хотят помочь!

- Valentin (1/5): - Близко к аэропорту В окрестностях нет НИЧЕГО! это так называемый мертвый город, построенный, но не населенный. Ближайшая цивилизация километрах в 20 от отеля. Транспорта нет. Навигация не работает. Гугл карты там не работают. WiFi в отеле нет! Персонал общается только на китайском. Ни одного иностранца в отеле не заметил. Кроме завтраков, поесть в отеле негде. Примерно в получасе пешком от отеля случайно нашел магазин типа 7elevan. Это и спасло. Ужас! Причем ужас именно из-за незаселенного места.

- Cheryl (8/5): Really convenient for overnight layovers, saving time and letting long haul travelers rest - Initial communication with the Ramada through Booking.com was good, and we were able to use Wechat to contact the shuttle driver and go to our pickup spot. It was also easy to hop on the shuttle back to the airport. I ordered dishes from one of the restaurants, the staff were great and sent the dishes up to the room with the robot (still hot). When we checked in, the desk asked me to cancel the reservation because they said our room was not available (converted to a family room because of the bathtub), and they changed the room to a smaller room. I did not mind the change, and they said there would be no cancel fee. We paid for the new room in cash with a discount. BUT on Booking.com, it showed that the cancel request wasn't approved and that we might be charged a fee. I messaged Ramada twice through Booking.com both in English and Chinese, but there was no answer. I didn't want to be charged a fee when the hotel told me that I wouldn't be charged any extra fees. Since we already paid the hotel in cash, I ultimately had to write Booking.com to tell them about the situation and ask them to look into the cancellation.

- IULIIA (6/5): Номер отличный, трансфер просто ужасный - Все было хорошо, номер прекрасный, просторно и чисто. Все дело в трансфере. Я заранее предупредила персонал о том, что приеду в 23 ч и мне нужен будет их бесплатный трансфер, мне написали, что нужно будет с помощью персонала в аэропорту им позвонить и они пришлют машину. Я сразу по прилечу подошла и попросила персонал, мы позвонили в отель, они сказали, что пришлют трансфер, я вышла на улицу и ждала полчаса на холоде в оговоренном месте, машина так и не приехала. Я пошла обратно в аэропорт и снова попросила им позвонить, со второго раза только получилось что-то, чтобы они наконец прислали машину. В аэропорту также сотрудники все с удивлением смотрели, как-будто до этого к ним с такой просьбой не обращались. В общем, очень странно и неприятно. В следующий раз, наверняка, я выберу другой отель из-за этих проблем. Конечно же, Английский язык никто нигде не знал.

- TENG TIOW (6/5): Bad service attitude - New clean place. The driver for the airport has a really bad attitude. It was raining and the front desk staff asked that people wait in the lobby and he will ask the driver to bring the bus to the front door. Either the reception is irresponsible or the driver refuses to come. When it was 10 mins past the scheduled time, a few ventured out, they found the driver playing on his phone. He opened the door for them and started the bus and took off, leaving those in the lobby behind!

Good price for what was on offer. I was not too sure about the bath having no screen between it and the bed. However, the shower, toilet and sink area were fine.

- Sushmitha (8/5): Savior for long transit flight Journey. - It’s very convenient, I had a long transit at TAO airport, so booked this hotel as it’s very close to the Airport. If you are reaching to the airport in different timings, please call to the Reception to get their free airport Shuttle, the staff helped to arrange a shuttle at 7PM. The airport to hotel is nearly 2kms , It’s 10mins drive,45mins walk, it maybe difficult to go by walk with heavy luggage and since it’s highway roads and new place, better opt for their shuttle. The staff speaks English and they are really friendly, he explained the place , services and restaurants and shuttle timings, please use simple English, they have many payments options, it maybe expensive for one person but convenient then staying too far, the ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant and quiet, it has a robot which is cute, the room is spacious, tidy and comfortable. There are some Chinese restaurants which will close by 8:30PM. I had an early morning flight and I was able to use the free shuttle at 3:50AM without any issues. The driver cannot speak English but he is very polite and helpful, he understands the short English words to communicate. Very happy for finding this hotel. I was unable to use the internet as the WIFI was not working well.

- Jeroen (10/5): Comfortable and good location - You can walk to the hotel from the airport (takes about 40 mins.) or there is a free dedicated shuttle bus leaving from gate 4 of level 4 every half hour. The rooms were large, quiet and very comfortable beds, perfect for overcoming jet-lag. There was a gym and a restaurant on site too. Some of the facilities were difficult for foreigners to use, the toilet was a bit of an enigma, and the service robots need a 4-digit code, without which you can’t open them to get your orders ! I found out later that it’s the last 4 digits of your Chinese phone number, but I use a data-only eSIM, so don’t have a Chinese phone number !
