Michelle (9/5): - Loris ist ein unglaublicher Gastgeber. Noch vor Anreise hatten wir tollen Kontakt, er hat einige Informationen gegeben, uns für den Check-In gut informiert und war immer erreichbar. Wir hatten in der ersten Nacht Probleme mit der Matratze und Loris war unglaublich hilfsbereit. Am Folgetag (wir hatten erst abends angerufen, daher konnte er am selben Tag gar nicht mehr reagieren) haben wir während unserer sightseeing Tour Bilder bekommen, dass er die Matratze ausgetauscht hat und eine nagelneue besorgt hat.. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts und der Abreise war er sets zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Auch das Reinigungspersonal war super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist zwar einfach gehalten, aber super sauber und absolut ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt man erreicht alles wichtige zu Fuß und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe. Direkt am Eingang ist eine super leckere Pizzeria. Sollten wir nochmal nach Rom kommen, dann übernachten wir sicherlich wieder bei Loris.

Las instalaciones están impecables, cuidadas hasta el mínimo detalle, y la habitación era muy cómoda y acogedora. Queremos destacar especialmente a Loris, que fue súper majo y atento con nosotros en todo momento. Nos ayudó muchísimo con información sobre el transporte y facilitó toda nuestra estancia. Además, llegamos para hacer el check-in pasada la 01:00 de la mañana y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. Nos envió por WhatsApp toda la información necesaria para instalarnos fácilmente y estuvo pendiente en todo momento para asegurarse de que todo saliera perfecto. La ubicación es ideal y el ambiente transmite tranquilidad y comodidad. Sin duda, una experiencia de 10/10. Volveríamos encantados y lo recomendamos totalmente a cualquiera que busque calidad, buen trato y una atención excepcional.

The host communicated very well all the details about getting our keys and even recommended restaurants around and left a sweet treat from a local bakery. We were a little suprised the rooms are in one big aparment but we still had enough privacy. Everything was clean and very close to Vatican, shops and public transport.

Der Gastgeber Loris ist absolut freundlich und antwortet binnen 15 min wenn man was braucht oder eine Frage hatte. Die Lage ist absolut top! 10 min in alle Himmelsrichtungen zum Vatikan Innenstadt oder zum Colosseum. Kiran (10/5): Conveniently located in beautiful neighborhood! - Staying at the San Pietro Rooms 84 was very comfortable and felt very peaceful. The host Loris was very responsive via WhatsApp and accommodating and it felt like we had a personal concierge to navigate the city! The room we were in was simple, but had everything we needed and the bed was quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the surrounding area, it felt very safe and convenient, steps to a delicious gelato place, fresh fruit vender, pharmacy, supermarket and lots of cafes but still a calm street with less traffic. There is also a metro station within a 10 min walk and quite a few convenient bus stops quite close. It felt like we got a glimpse into a local Roman neighborhood.

Tonia (3/5): Δεν το συνιστώ τραυματική εμπειρία που δεν την περιμέναμε από τις φωτογραφίες! - Πολύ και τοποθεσία Φύγαμε από την πρώτη μέρα και κάποιοι τη δεύτερη. Παλιά στρώματα, μύριζε απαίσια το δωμάτιο και συγκεκριμένα είχε μυρωδιά ανυπόφορη από ουρά στα στρώματα κουβέρτες πάτωμα (όταν τα άλλαξαν έφυγε η μυρωδιά) στο πάτωμα παρέμεινε, παρά πολλά ακάραια τα διαμερίσματα στο πρώτο block παλιά και βρώμικα. Στο νέο block πιο μοντέρνα εμφάνιση άνεση αλλά θέμα με την καθαριότητα βρήκαμε ακόμα και σκαθάρι στα πατώματα. Το ένα παιδί ανέπτυξε αλλεργίες φουσκώματα και έρπητα. Απορώ με τις υπόλοιπες αξιολογήσεις κάτι το οποίο μας παρέσυρε και κλείσαμε εκεί. Αλλάξαμε κατάλυμα. Παρόλο που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα ο οικοδεσπότης αρχικά ευγενικά και με κεραστικα ως συγνώμη δεν αποδέχθηκε τα παράπονα μας τέλος, παρόλο που θα έπρεπε να τα λάβει σοβαρά υπόψη και να προστατέψει την εικόνα του καταλύματος του για το μέλλον. Δυστυχώς μας χάλασε μέρος του ταξιδιού αυτή η εμπειρία. Δεν το συνιστώ να προσέχετε σε πιο block θα μείνετε καθώς σας ενημερώνουν ότι έχει απόσταση το ένα από το άλλο 100 μετρα.

Kávéfőző és hűtő van a szobában. ❤️Kedves személyzet, Loris nagyon jó házigazda.🤗 Van lehetőség a csomagok elhelyezésére a szobák elfoglalása előtt, illetve a hazautazás napján is az előtérben. Nagyon jó helyen van a szállás, mi mindent gyalogosan értünk el, de a metró sincs messze. Ha valamit említeni kell, talán az hogy vékonyak a falak és vannak vendégek akik nincsenek másokra tekintettel, de erről nem a szállásadó tehet.

La ubicación es estratégica, a pocos minutos del Vaticano y rodeada de restaurantes, cafés y tiendas. El WiFi funciona perfecto. El host destaca por su amabilidad, rapidez de respuesta y una logística de check-in muy bien organizada, con información clara y útil. Aunque hay algo de ruido propio de la zona, el host incluso proporciona tapones para los oídos, lo cual se agradece, y cuenta con aire acondicionado. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y recomiendo.

Helpful, friendly. Accessing the room is clearly explained in messages from Loris. The location is perfect, you can reach the Vatican in approx. 10 min. on foot. It is personal so not a negative aspect, but the bed was a bit too soft for me. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Jimmy (9/5): A clean modern cosy room, a super convenient location and a responsive owner who shared helpful tips - We had a really good stay at San Pietro 86. The central location is super convenient as it's only 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and 4-5 minutes from the nearest metro station. Amenities such as a nice cafe, pharamacy and supermarket within 1-2 minutes walk. The room is cosy, clean and modern. The owner was extremely kind, responsive and welcoming and he provided all the information we needed for the apartment. They even shared some helpful travel and food tips! A solid and convenient base for exploring Rome and the Vatican. Overall we were happy with the experience. Given the central location, the space is quite compact. Slightly larger bedside tables and more comfortable chairs would improve comfort and usability.

Zuzanna Bielecka (10/5): Idealna lokalizacja - Lokalizacja idealna - blisko Watykanu, do hotelu z lotniska dojechaliśmy autobusem Terravision, z przystanku blisko do samego hotelu - pieszo ok 10 minut (trzeba wybrać opcję transferu z przystankiem przy Watykanie, bardzo łatwo - wystarczy wyjść z lotniska, iść wg znaków "bus", dojść do terminala 3 i tam znaleźć przystanek nr 18, stoi tam Pan, który pyta gdzie chccie dojechać i sprzedaje odpowiednie bilety). Właściciel bardzo miły, zawsze dostępny przez What'sApp, gdy było czegoś potrzeba. Codziennie sprzątany pokój. Jednego dnia dostaliśmy bardzo miły upominek w postaci tamtejszych słodkości. Mogliśmy przechować bagaże po wymeldowaniu (miejsce tuż pod kamerą, więc bezpiecznie). Dosłownie 2 minuty od wyjścia znajduje się bar/restauracja/kawiarnia, w której serwują przepyszne cappuccino. Sam pokój był po prostu normalny, ale absolutnie wystarczający :) Przede wszystkim polecamy ze względu na lokalizację. Chodziliśmy głównie pieszo (jak to w Rzymie) oraz jeździliśmy metrem.

Está muy bien ubicado , con las indicaciones que nos dio Lori pudimos hacer un itinerario para un día. Desde el alojamiento hicimos recorrido andando!
Ana Carolina (7/5): - Amei a localização! Excelente! Dá pra ir a pé para todos os principais pontos turísticos de Roma, alguns bem perto, como o Vaticano, e outros mais longe, com caminhadas mais longas, como o Coliseu. O anfitrião foi bem solícito, mas você não chega a conhecê-lo pessoalmente, o que para mim acaba sendo um ponto negativo. A Internet é boa. Infelizmente, das instalações. O prédio é extremamente antigo e o elevador tem portas de vidro. Até aí, não amei, mas tudo bem, sem problemas! A questão é que o quarto em que ficamos era extremamente pequeno, bem diferente das fotos. Não conseguimos abrir as malas (eram 3, duas pequenas e uma grande) direito e foi tudo ficando uma bagunça, porque, sem espaço para procurar as coisas, íamos tirando as roupas de dentro da mala praticamente às cegas. No banheiro também, tudo muito apertado. Tinha que testar a temperatura da água de fora do box para ela não cair gelada ou quente demais diretamente em cima de você. Meu esposo tem 1.85m de altura e tinha que tomar banho inclinado, o que foi bem desconfortável para ele. A cama era muito baixa e meu marido estava com problemas de coluna. O fato de você não chegar a conhecer as pessoas pessoalmente e ter que resolver tudo por mensagens também é um pouco cansativo. As fotos davam a impressão de o quarto ser maior e foi um pouco decepcionante. Resumindo: a estadia vale a pena pela localização, mas a questão do espaço é muito importante para nós, por isso minha nota não é maior.

Pedro (9/5): - Localização excelente, perto do Vaticano e à distância certa de todas a atracções do centro de Roma, não usei sequer transportes públicos. Quarta com Limpeza e confortável, e a atenção de Loris ao nosso bem estar, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. A rua do alojamento é fantástica, restaurantes, cafés, gelataria, padaria, mercado, e muitos mais locais, não há como nos sentirmos em casa. O melhor local para iniciar a descoberta de Roma. 🌟

Byron (10/5): Maravillosa - Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin ninguna duda. Uno de los aspectos que más destacaríamos es la limpieza, que fue impecable durante toda la estancia. La habitación estaba siempre perfectamente cuidada, nunca faltaron toallas ni ningún detalle básico, y se notaba una atención constante para que todo estuviera en orden. La ubicación es otro punto muy fuerte del alojamiento. Está en una zona muy cómoda, con muchas tiendas, servicios y varios puntos de interés a poca distancia. Aunque el Coliseo puede quedar algo más alejado, se llega muy fácilmente en transporte público y el metro funciona muy bien. En cambio, la zona del Vaticano y muchas otras áreas importantes de la ciudad quedan bastante a mano, lo que hace que moverse resulte muy práctico. También queremos agradecer especialmente el trato de Loris, que fue excepcional con nosotros. Estuvo pendiente en todo momento, nos ayudó con cualquier duda o necesidad que nos surgió y, además, nos gestionó la reserva del taxi al aeropuerto. Su atención, su disposición y los detalles que tuvo con nosotros marcaron muchísimo la diferencia y hicieron que la estancia fuera todavía mejor. En conjunto, una experiencia de 10. KLUZ (10/5): Ferie zimowe 2026 - Wynajęliśmy że znajomymi trzy pokoje w tej lokalizacji, bardzo dobry kontakt z sympatycznym właścicielem. Pokoje bardzo czyste i zadbane. Jest wspólny mały aneks kuchenny który pozwala przygotować gorące napoje. W pokojach jest mała lodówka. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Pokoje znajdują się blisko metra i przystanków autobusowych. Dodatkowym atutem jest bliskość piekarni i dużego sklepu Pewex gdzie można zrobić zakupy. Bardzo blisko do Placu Świętego Piotra. Mam nadzieję że jeszcze odwiedzę to miejsce. Gorąco polecam Czajnik długo gotował wodę.

LYDIA (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, ήσυχη και ασφαλής γειτονιά κοντά σε σουπερ μαρκετ- καφε- φουρνο και εστιατόρια. Η απόσταση απο το κέντρο ήταν περίπου 15΄ με τα πόδια ενώ είναι πραγματικά πάρα πολύ κοντά στο Βατικανό. Τα δωμάτια εξαιρετικά, με όμορφη διακόσμηση και πολύ καθαρά. Πολύ σημαντική η καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Ο Λόρις είναι πολύ φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός. Μας σύστησε πολύ ωραία εστιατόρια και γενικά βοηθούσε σε ό, τι χρειαστήκαμε.
Carlotta (9/5): Roma Prati, comodità e servizi a due passi da Città del Vaticano - La cortesia di Loris, disponibilissimo e attento a ogni esigenza. Ci ha accolti all'arrivo con spiegazioni dettagliate inviandoci anche una serie di consigli per il soggiorno. Roma Prati è un quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, con la fermata della metro a due passi e l'autobus che passa per raggiungere tutte le principali destinazioni romane classiche è un luogo perfetto per un soggiorno comodo e per visitare l'intera città. Unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è l'insonorizzazione delle stanze che si scontra con la maleducazione delle persone durante la notte. Aspetto che però è molto ben bilanciato dalla cortesia di Loris e dalla comodità delle stanze. Non mi farei scoraggiare da questo e prenoterei comunque nuovamente questa struttura.

Anke (10/5): Es war rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ich würde es genau so wieder buchen. - Das Apartment war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am Anreise Tag gab es zusätzlich hilfreiche Tipps zu Restaurants und Bistros in der Umgebung. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe der Engelsburg und des Vatikans. Das wir nicht noch länger bleiben konnten. 😉
Paulina (10/5): - Bliskość od Watykanu, spokojnym, czasem dłuższym spacerkiem do wszystkich atrakcji. Kontakt z właścicielem, który nawet przesłał polecajki miejsc, gdzie, co zjeść. Apartament codziennie sprzątany, wygodne łóżka. Czułam się naprawdę zaopiekowana. Okolica bardzo spokojna, dookoła knajpki, kawiarnie, markety, przystanek autobusowy, do metra też spokojnie można się dostać. Już wiem, że następna wizyta w Rzymie to nocleg w San Pietro Rooms 84. Wszystko było super.
