• Bohdana (5/5): - Солодкий сніданок, який складався з: джему, хлібців, кави та чаю, який і сніданком не назвеш. Тарілок ми не знайшли до цього сніданку) Розташування непогане, поблизу набережна, метро, багато ресторанів. Сніданок не сподобався, краще купити 2 круасана. Велика ванна у ванній кімнаті, а гарячої води для неї не вистачало) Не було спіральної машинки, а з дитиною вона дуже потрібна.

Keller Atmosphäre da nur kleine Luken an der Decke als Fenster mit entsprechendem Lärm von der Straße. Mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar. Wir mussten die Koffer zu einer 300 m entfernten Parkgarage schleppen. Frühstück verdient seinen Namen nicht (ein Snack auf dem Zimmer). Café muss man mit einer nicht voll funktionsfähigen Maschine selber machen.

• Laura (6/5): Very pleasant inside, but awful if you want a calm stay with no noise issues - The property was clean and had a very nice bathroom. The room was as described and depicted as seen in the photos below. There were free drinks in the fridge which was a nice touch. The host was very accommodating and kind. Check in and out was very easy with lockbox access. Sadly one of the main negative was the breakfast, we imagined it to be more than it to be just packaged toast and spreads, rather than some fresher food. In addition, the location of the property was far from relaxing due to how thin the walls were! You could hear everything regardless of the time of day, with loud banging noises very late into the night and very early in the morning and meant we did not sleep peacefully. The neighbourhood generally seemed to be very loud and did not respect the quiet hours at all. The nature of the high flats also meant the houses echoed around and made the sounds worse. In that respect, I would not recommend staying here due the fact that the walls acted like a curtain.

• Janet (7/5): Beautiful room a ahort tube ride to the centre - Beautiful room that was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Didn’t stay in room a lot but would have preferred daylight (ground floor window shutter closed for privacy).
• RaymondMonique (8/5): Goed - Locatie en parkeren. Ontbijt was niet veel goeds en het contact ging via whatsapp wat ik zelf niet zo prettig vindt. Bij binnenkomst een kakkerlak waardoor we onder het bed moesten en daar lag het 1 en ander onder dus dat mocht wel wat schoner.

• Nishaanthan (10/5): Found the best guide through this room - We stayed for two nights at Ylisea Luxury B&B as a group of three friends, and it was a fantastic experience! The room lived up to the photos – clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities mentioned in the description are of very good quality, and having a full fridge as well as a coffee machine really saved us more than once. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe neighborhood, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and very welcoming neighbors. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was our new friend Domenico! He personally picked us up from the airport and, from the very first moment, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He showed us the real Naples, invited us with his friends to the best party in the city, gave us daily recommendations, and even helped us at 5am when we accidentally got locked out. We will definitely book this place again – not only for the room itself but especially for Domenico, who turned our trip into an unforgettable experience. Also didn’t like the hidden fees. When I booked online they never mentioned a tourist fee or per person fee. Don’t like the Ponzi schemes in italy

• Stephen (10/5): Great stay for 1 night in Naples! - This was a great place in the heart of Naples. Studio apartment that slept 5 comfortably with lots of amenities including coffee, items for breakfast, and a beatiful bathroom area.
• Barbora (8/5): Very good - location was great, in the safe and center area. Also Domenico was really helpful host and took care about our every need. We enjoyed our stay as much as we could. Only one minus were little windows. Accommodation doesn't have any balcony and windows are electronic, you can open them only for few inches so room environment was a little bit wet. However there is an air conditioning.

The location was excellent, almost everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city very easy. • Shuang (8/5): Great Spot in Naples with Awesome Service - The hotel is situated in a great location in Naples, just 100 meters from shops and restaurants. The service exceeded expectations. However, being on the ground floor, there is a possibility of hearing people walking by or conversing outside.

• Koalahudson (8/5): Very good - The owner/host was fantastic, with detailed recommendations and help with any questions we had about the room, the area and further afield. Easily contactable via WhatsApp and replied quickly too. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The location is good for access into the area of Chiaia with lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. A selection of cakes and continental morning snacks were in our room with plenty to last the duration of our stay, with a nice coffee machine and a good working kettle! Lots of milk stocked in the fridge with water and juice. There was also a milk frother but we didn't use it. Lots of steps, more than expected, leading to the property from all directions. We're in our 30s so not a huge issue although my husband has a recurring knee injury so he found them a little bit of a challenge on days where we'd been out. Getting suitcases up and down them was also a challenge. The 2 windows are high up and frosted which doesn't let much natural light in. This slightly interfered with our circadian rhythm but it's only a small issue. The TV wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we couldn't use our Netflix but also not very important, just useful for anyone like us who watches an episode of something in bed before going to sleep. We were mostly too tired anyway!

• Ludmila (8/5): Very good - I like the property but is very hard to find the hotel, the Uber get confused. So I really recommend you hire the driver they recommend at least for the first time so you can located the hotel. The shuttle service you need to pay on the side. It’s very hard to located.

• Davy (8/5): Unexpexted GEM in that area - Everything about this place is luxury. It’s a gem in the area. Very clean and new materials. And an amazing communication with Ylisea. She is the best prepared person I have aver booked wirh. Although the streets 100m from the building are full of high end stores, you need to be prepared to walk the stairs to the place.

• Santiago (10/5): Great place! - The owner was very friendly and helpful. The room modern and tidy. It was near a trendy neighborhood with nice shops and restaurants,very well located. Our stay was great! We didn't have a problem but to get to the room people have to climb very steep steps with their luggage. This would be very difficult for people with limited mobility.
