• Christine (8/5): top - J'ai réservé à la dernière minute, les 15 min. suivantes, j'ai déjà eu accès à la chambre. TOP La chambre est grande. C'est agréable de rentrer dans une demeure de Florence avec plafond élevé...Tout ce qu'il faut est sur place. On a répondu à toutes mes demandes, mème pour les restaurants locaux. Efficacité des propriétaires J'avais la chambre 4 La seule chose qui m'a dérangée, c'est la lumière qui rentrait de l'immeuble d'en face et le bruit + le réverbère. Rien pour obscurcir. J'avais l'impression qu'il y avait une halle de gym (restée éclairée toute la nuit ?) en face et et beaucoup de jeunes avec des motos qui arrivaient et repartaient. On avait mis des protections pour les oreilles sur la table de nuit.

I was a little chilly and the host gave me detailed directions on how to turn on the beautiful electric fireplace! It worked great!!! My room faced busy street but it was quiet at night.

• Chris (7/5): Very good location but bathroom needs some work - Easy and fast check in using keybox. We loved the breakfast provided which is more just snacks in the shared area. The bed was comfortable and the shutter blinds great for getting over jet-lag. Very close to Florence city center, about a 20 minute walk to the major attractions. Great value for money especially with how spacious the room is. The bathrooms are a bit small and bathroom fan is not powerful so it gets steamy really quickly. Also it is quite old with sticky floorboards and mold in the bathroom which wasn't pleasant.

• Nick (9/5): Short stay in Florence - Instructions for arrival were perfect, and the hosts response to our queries was extremely punctual. These plus the great location helped make our stay very enjoyable. Nothing to comment about, everything was exactly as described and expected.

• Edgar J. Salmeron (10/5): Excelente lugar a minutos de todo - La atención es impresionante, muy atentos a los pedidos, la claridad de dar explicaciones y consejos de viaje. Nos quedamos por 2 noches, es una habitación en un espacio de primera planta con un comedor común que comparten con otras habitaciones, todo con acceso electrónico con cámaras y seguridad, nos dejaron guardar el equipaje antes del chk in en una habitación con contraseña, y al dia siguiente dejaron leche, jugos, galletas y snack en la puerta. Muy buena experiencia y solo a 5 minutos de la galería y 15 del duomo. Volveria y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo. El unico comentario es que son 2 camas unidas en vez de una grande. Aunque nosotros solicitamos cama extra grande, imagino que fue por complacernos.

Exceptional communication - we did not meet anyone but they responded immediately to all queries, were incredibly helpful and friendly. We were most impressed by this, thank you. Lanches , cafés, sucos e facilidades pra cozinhar como cortesia. Em 4 diárias , não foi feita a limpeza do quarto. Apenas ofereceram toalhas extras. O ar condicionado apresentou problema . Tentaram resolver , mas não conseguiram. Como não estava tão quente, desistimos de insistir pelo conserto.

Además, la comunicación con el anfitrión era casi instantánea, fácil y agradable.

• Gabriele (8/5): Schönes Hotel, super nettes Personal - Der Kontakt mit dem Personal lief zwar nur über E-Mail, war aber sehr freundlich, sowas Nettes habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt, ganz toll! Es gab jeden Tag frisches Obst und Wasser kostenlos, dazu Kaffee, ein paar Cerealien und Süßkram für das Frühstück, wenn man wollte. Die Lage war in Ordnung, ca. 15-20 Minuten ins Zentrum, gut zu schaffen ;) Leider fährt alle 20 Minuten die Straßenbahn direkt am Hotel vorbei und so ist es auch nachts sehr laut und schlafen schwierig. Hierfür liegen auf dem Nachttisch Ohrenstöpsel bereit.

Luego la cocina tiene todo para poder desayunar y comer frutas en el día y recargar agua. Todos los días te dejan botellitas de agua, jugo y leche en la habitación. Me hubiera gustado que cambiaran las sábanas. No las cambian.

Il personale davvero gentile, ci hanno fatto sentire ben accolte ancora prima di arrivare! Erano presenti cibo e acqua totalmente gratuiti, set di cortesia per il bagno che comprendevano anche spazzolino-dentifricio e dischetti per levare il trucco, mai trovati neanche negli hotel di lusso. Sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta, torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo posto magari per qualche notte in più!

• Gabriele (8/5): Für einen Kurztrip durchaus empfehlenswert - Gute Ausstattung, aufmerksamer Service, super einfacher Check in und Check out. Tägl. frisches Obst, Wasser und div. Snacks für die Allgemeinheit, toll ! Leider liegt das Hotel an einer Straße, die viel befahren wird und außerdem fährt alle 20 Minuten die Straßenbahn vorbei. Ein Schlafen ohne Ohrenstöpsel (liegen auf dem Nachttisch bereit) ist fast unmöglich. Jedenfalls in unserem Zimmer.

• Enery❤️ (10/5): Estupendo! - La ubicación del apartamento es fantástica, la anfitriona ha sido encantadora y super atenta a nosotras todo el tiempo, nos trajo agua de sobra y desayuno. La habitación tenía absolutamente de todo y de sobra, un montón de utensilios muy útiles del baño y todo lo necesario para desayunar incluso dentro de la habitación. Estaba todo super limpio. Y los espacios compartidos estaban muy acogedores y limpios. La verdad que genial.

A diario nos reponían unas botellitas de agua, leche en mini bricks, chips y algún dulce. Desayuno genial con piezas de fruta, café recién molido y algunos dulces siempre a disposición del huesped en la cocina. En caso de volver, repetiré. Por poner alguna pega...las escaleras de las entrada. Al ir con un bebé muchas veces se quedaba dormido en el trayecto y era un poco tedioso...

• Canélia (10/5): Parfait ! - L'accès au logement se fait en self check-in. Les instructions sont claires et le personnel est toujours disponible et réactif à la moindre question ou demande. Une cuisine est disponible avec des gateaux/céréales/café. Chaque jour nous avons du lait, du jus et de l'eau déposé à notre porte pour le lendemain. Le BnB dispose également d'une consigne à bagage gratuite avant le check in ou apres le check out. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Encore un grand merci pour ce séjour, nous recommanderons avec plaisir votre logement à nos amis !
• Laura Foz (10/5): Alojamiento de buena calidad muy cerca del centro - La facilidad del checkin con todas las instrucciones detalladas vía whatsapp. El anfitrión muy amable en todo momento para cualquier duda vía whatsapp, con contestación rápida, nos ofreció la opción de dejar las maletas después del check-out sin haberle preguntado con anterioridad. Gran variedad de amenities en la habitación, zapatillas, higiene dental, algodones para el maquillaje, higiene de ducha, antimosquitos eléctrico, cafetera con cafés y azúcares, botellas de agua, galletas, patatas, zumos... Variedad de alimentos en la estancia compartida, fruta, bollos, tostadas, cereales, café... Con microondas, horno, cafetera de cualidad, menaje de cocina, lavavajillas, etc. Y todo incluido con el precio de la estancia. Parada del tramvía justo delante de la puerta, la línea que lleva directo al aeropuerto

• Karen (10/5): Perfect location and a well-appointed BNB! - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at CASA IVH BNB. They have thought of everything to make your stay just perfect. We loved the ability to help ourselves to snacks/ beverages in the kitchen area and they also provided coffee, tea, juice, milk and snacks in the room. There was an iron & ironing board in the closet, which was so helpful! They also had toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush & small toothpaste, shower caps, hairdryer. The space was very clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and was much appreciated during our summer travels! Directions for self check-in were clear and communication was excellent before and during our stay. The location couldn’t have been better! The tram stop was a 1 minute walk from the door! It was a very easy walk to all of the sites of the city that we wanted to visit. We will definitely choose CASA IVH BNB for our future travels to Florence! Nothing…we had an excellent stay!

• Sabir (10/5): Great, relaxing, easy stay!! - This hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center and basically a straight road there. Everything is within walking distance and there is a Tram station right across the street that takes you straight to the SMN station. The hotel was super accommodating, had great communication, staff responded quickly and was very helpful, and had great amenities. Perfect if you are staying as a family, that may need to use the kitchen. The hotel room itself was super clean and had extra snacks and bathroom supplies inside. Overall great stay! I’d definitely recommend to anyone coming to Florence. NA
